Dan and Albie at NextLaw are the professionals you need. After experiencing two DUIs within a six-month period, following a particularly challenging year, I found myself in a difficult situation, especially considering I had a prior offense from 6.5 years ago, just shy of the seven-year mark. In Washington state, the law mandates a minimum of 30 days in jail for a second offense and at least 90 days for a third. No narcissist, abuser, bully, intimidator, gas lighter, manipulator, or exploiter are too big for Kirk Davis! My case was complicated and multi-faceted. I had difficulty finding an attorney to take my case. I am eternally grateful Kirk Davis accepted the challenge. I assumed I would lose most of my award to all the medical fees I incurred. While walking through the crosswalk with my family I was struck by a vehicle and injured. It was a difficult time made more complex by the fact that I had no experience with the legal system or how medical billing for injuries work differently. My massage therapist recommended I hire an attorney and it was the "you won't have to talk to the insurance company again" part that sold it. Carter is an expert at what he does: detailed, persistent and a clear communicator. I'm grateful to have hired him. He told me exactly what the process was going to look like and followed up well. As a former admin I respect how well Carter kept track of details. At one point I was upset to receive a large bill from the Physical therapist that Carter was able to sort out for me. Without his expertise I would not have understood my rights, or gotten my settlement, which was sizable. Carter is a shrewd negotiator but more importantly, he is a quality human being and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Carter hick helped me a lot after I was in a bike vs car accident. He helped me get my bike replaced in a matter of months, set up a pip claim under my insurance since the person who hit me didn't have pip and then once I was done with all of my medical treatment he got the pip claim reimbursed in addition to the settlement I got from the other persons insurance. During the process I had an ER visit, appointments with my doctor, x-rays, CT scan, chiropractic care and massages done to help with my recovery process and Carter was able to make sure that I didn't have to pay out pocket for any of it. He worked with me over the course of a year or so and made sure I was informed about everything and felt confident with his expertise. Very nice guy and very approachable.

Once I talked to Stan, I immediately noticed his knowledge was FAR superior, and his calm honesty was reassuring.

He was already talking about reviewing police body cams on the first phone call!
Stan is a former Deputy Prosecutor, and has even served as a temporary District Court Judge!
Trust me, your getting alot of lawyer for your money and it's well worth it.

After an accident which wasn’t my fault we sought help from a law firm. The first few contacted did not appeal. However, when we contacted Swanson+Gardner+Meyers we were impressed. After a conversation with Mr. Meyers we were convinced and set up an in person appointment. This proved pivotal in our year long relationship. They have always been there for us giving the needed timely advice and followup. Most of the personal contact was with Jennifer but both Mr. Meyers and Mr. Gardner where available when needed. There help was very helpful in my recovery. We would recommend anyone needing legal advice contact them.

Mr. Malcolm just had to deal with a case of mine for over 5 years, where most attorneys would have just caved and would have settled for 10% of what I received. My other attorneys just floated my case to him, thinking it wasn't worth their time. Mr. Malcolm had patience and knew that I had been wronged, he fought for my case and eventually got me even more than I had ever expected. I would still trade what I had received to go back in time and delete that day, undo what happened. I was driving for LYFT and after a minor fender bender (6 months past), I was surprised to get a court summons to pay the other guys insurance company the repair bill (about $5000). I thought LYFT had taken care of it but for whatever reason, they let it slip by without settling the problem. I started calling lawyers but w/o a personal injury component most would not even discuss it. Several referred me to Chris Rounds but I was a bit worried about how much it would cost! After a free consultation, I felt much better about the initial $1500 retainer. Chris quickly made some phone calls and wrote a letter and presto, Lyft settled the issue and I got a refund of almost $1000. I would highly recommend Chris as an ethical lawyer that explains your options very well.

About a year and a half ago, I was hit by a car, as a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
