As I read the reviews below I don't believe that I can top the high praise that this law firm has received, what I can do is tell you that this firm ended up co counseling (took over) from my original attorney in the middle of the case. Robert Johnson was short of spectacular, he literally hit the ground running. Extremely knowledgeable and quick on his feet. As a client you should always want the meanest/ nastiest kicking mule that will have your best interest in mind. Robert is that attorney, during some of the proceedings to watch Robert was extremely impressive. As he strategized with his team and explained it to where I could understand it made me feel at ease. Robert was able to get a settlement that was well past my expectations and couldn't have been happier. His staff including but not limited to Rosa was extremely professional, Rosa was my main contact and she was absolutely amazing through this process. This was a huge undertaking for them to take over like they did and they did it like true professionals. If you need a kicking mule do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed.

I called his firm and sent over documents for him to review. He was the only attorney who actually called me back and discussed my case. Unfortunately my case was not what he handles but, I had a consumer law case against a car dealership he gave me some great information that I was not aware of that made my case stronger,explained a particular statute to me and gave some referrals. Even the office staff who take the calls are educated and know how to answer a call. Not very common today when I have called other offices. You can tell just from being on the phone with him he loves what he does and care about his clients and the bestoutcome.

VERY VERY VERY VERY EXPENSIVE! Charged $10,000 for one motion and that didn't include a follow-up court date. Bait you in with care and open arms to evidence all while draining your retainer and waiting for the perfect moment to request for more money. Choose lawyers wisely read your contract thoroughly prior to signing. The happening already happen take your time find the right help.

I don’t have enough kind words to say about Ashley Bustamante. My divorce was very difficult and challenging in many different ways for almost two years and Ashley never wavered, her calm confidence and caring supporting me on many occasions when things were just becoming too much. Her deadly weapon is having an extremely likable manner while at the same time being extremely persuasive and logical clearly painting a picture in the judges mind of even the most complex issues. At every hearing and the trial where she represented me, every single time she got the judge to see it from our point of view and agree with our position ruling accordingly. She ended up fighting for me until the absolute end and ended up getting me everything that I wanted in the divorce. On the personal side she was my rock and always went above and beyond and made me feel that I was her only client and the most important case she had ever had. I will be forever grateful that she came into my life and fought for me to the end.

Eric Cheshire has not represented me, but did represent my fiancé's ex in our court hearing today. He is unethical, and has no issue lying in the courtroom. He used old photos of me with my ex of 13 years, and attempted to tell the court that they were instead lewd encounters with strangers in my home. He continued to push falsehoods throughout the hearing.
For someone who has devoted their professional life to family court, I was shocked to find that he had absolutely no regard for what's in the best interest of the children, but would rather make a quick buck off their mother. Find an ethical attorney who can win your case, and cares about what you're fighting for, not about milking you for money like Mr. Cheshire. What a sad disgrace to the profession.

Scott and his team were excellent to work with. I was involved in a head on collision at a very busy intersection by a woman going 45-50 mph. She failed to stop at the red light and ran right through this intersection on a sunny dry morning at 9:30 am. As a pre-existing condition (potential) client I was unsure how my health condition would result in a positive settlement outcome. In speaking with a colleague, I was referred to Scott and went in for a consult. Scott felt that pending new imaging and comparing it to my most recent (less than 1 year old) imaging that I potentially had a case as an "eggshell" plaintiff. Long story short and multiple therapies later (2+) years I was able to avoid multiple adverse life altering surgeries at the present time-pending further neurological damage. Throughout this entire process, Scott and MG worked diligently on my behalf. Their patience and professionalism was steadfast and there was never any pressure on myself-only my best health and physical interests were at the forefront. For the last 12 years, I have been dealing with lawyers, both professionally and in my personal life, unfortunately. I trust Mr. Dyer and his firm like I trust my family. Anytime I had an issue pop up throughout the duration of my cases, they were quick to come to bat for me and they always produced the best result. It didn't take long for me to learn they take pride and care in all cases, large or small, high-profile or just your average person. After witnessing Mr. Dyer fiercely battle for my children, I was not surprised when I later learned he too was a parent. Mickey Smith and the entire team at LLL & S did a fantastic job for our family. As I read the reviews below I don't believe that I can top the high praise that this law firm has received, what I can do is tell you that this firm ended up co counseling (took over) from my original attorney in the middle of the case. Robert Johnson was short of spectacular, he literally hit the ground running. Extremely knowledgeable and quick on his feet. As a client you should always want the meanest/ nastiest kicking mule that will have your best interest in mind. Robert is that attorney, during some of the proceedings to watch Robert was extremely impressive. As he strategized with his team and explained it to where I could understand it made me feel at ease. Robert was able to get a settlement that was well past my expectations and couldn't have been happier. His staff including but not limited to Rosa was extremely professional, Rosa was my main contact and she was absolutely amazing through this process. This was a huge undertaking for them to take over like they did and they did it like true professionals. If you need a kicking mule do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed.

I called his firm and sent over documents for him to review. He was the only attorney who actually called me back and discussed my case. Unfortunately my case was not what he handles but, I had a consumer law case against a car dealership he gave me some great information that I was not aware of that made my case stronger,explained a particular statute to me and gave some referrals. Even the office staff who take the calls are educated and know how to answer a call. Not very common today when I have called other offices. You can tell just from being on the phone with him he loves what he does and care about his clients and the bestoutcome.

I just completed a case wherein I had suffered a fall at work. I was not only injured, but suffered sinus issues, loss of work, then lost my job. Mr. Lesser was referred to me by a family friend who is also an attorney. Mr. Lesser saw me immediately, and his Associate Attorney Alicia Zweig met with me as well. Not only did Mr. Lesser call me often to check on my progress of getting well often, they made sure I got the medical care I needed. They constantly kept me in the loop, giving me details on their progress. I mostly spoke with an attorney. As a former paralegal of 20 years, I know that communications go through the attorney's paralegals. Every time I called the office I spoke with someone who had answers for me. I did speak with paralegal Christina, who was not only amazing and pleasant to speak with, but very knowledgeable of my case. I felt like family there.
