I just completed a case wherein I had suffered a fall at work. I was not only injured, but suffered sinus issues, loss of work, then lost my job. Mr. Lesser was referred to me by a family friend who is also an attorney. Mr. Lesser saw me immediately, and his Associate Attorney Alicia Zweig met with me as well. Not only did Mr. Lesser call me often to check on my progress of getting well often, they made sure I got the medical care I needed. They constantly kept me in the loop, giving me details on their progress. I mostly spoke with an attorney. As a former paralegal of 20 years, I know that communications go through the attorney's paralegals. Every time I called the office I spoke with someone who had answers for me. I did speak with paralegal Christina, who was not only amazing and pleasant to speak with, but very knowledgeable of my case. I felt like family there. I never felt like a burden, which is so important. Finally, I received my settlement, after Gary and Alicia aggressively pursued the best settlement possible. I was informed how they would call the adjuster daily, sometimes several times a day. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this firm. After my wife was hit by a pickup truck while walking across the street, we were a bit overwhelmed. I had a problem with a dentist office that took 22k from me then sold their practice leaving me with unfinished work. And the work that was performed was less then average at best. Mrs. Barbosa took time out of her day to explain the process. Unfortunately the statue of limitations ran out. But she did a lot of research and was patient and understanding to my misfortune. She also advised me to report the dr to the proper authorities so they may have some reprimand. Nevertheless I would hire this young lady if I ever find myself in need of an attorney.

John Chiocca is a true professional. He cuts through the nonsense, tells you as much as you want to know, gets to the point, and works to get you where you want to be. I feel like he pulled a rabbit out of his hat with my case. At his level of success, and his (impressive) University of Virginia law degree, he could be a pompous jerk. But he's not. He's a smart, well-spoken guy, but very approachable. I highly recommend him. His wife is his law partner. I've met her, but haven't worked with her. They seem like really nice people and both are hard workers.
