We had a broken pipe that caused water damage throughout our home. Our insurance company denied our claim; they said it was a longstanding leak. We hired James Spitz and after suit was filed our claim was paid-- 100%. We can't have any hire praise for James. He personally handled our claim and got the job done!

I have been shopping for lawyers for a few months now just for some odds and ends. Things like a will, real estate or when i got hurt in an accident a few months back, I gave Sarta & Scarpati, LLP a call. They were very helpful and one of the attorneys, Nicholas, always called and kept me informed of what was going on in my case. He and his partner Michael, both helped me, and I appreciate that his partner helped me as well, when I originally spoke to and signed up with Nicholas. I'm 56 and have never took the time to review anybody good or bad. But after firing my first lawyer, then hiring Todd and getting such fantastic results I owed him this review. He makes you feel like your the only case he's working on. Takes the time to explain any questions you may have (even if he's already explained it to you before) never makes you feel rushed. He's young, intelligent, aggressive, competitive, detailed and fair. He blew the insurance company out of the water at trial. This was a bad time for me and my wife, Todd made it bearable. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

I have known Gary for 15 years, and I don't know who was responsible for that ridiculous rating but they obviously do NOT know Gary Roberts and his fantastic accomplishments.
I worked for Gary through a malpractice suit. and he is one of the best trial lawyers I've ever been associated with. He is extremely competent, and knowledgeable in so many areas of the law.
