I was in a car accident back in 2016 and had no idea what to do as I had a previous attorney out of state that represented me for the past 3 years with no results and I was lost, confused and frustrated with the whole process UNTIL Eric stepped in and after talking to him about it on the phone he brought me right into his office and talked to me about everything and eased my mind. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful!! Eric always made sure I knew what was going on and up to day with any change in my case. My Son was injured by a negligent care giver back in Dec/2007. My son grew up with special needs. Even tho he had special needs, my son was a very happy person, & he enjoyed his life. On Dec.2,2007 my son's life changed for the worse. He was in the hands of a care giver who was suppose to be caring for him on that day. This care giver was suppose to be at my son's home, Instead, this woman took my son to her home to be with her boyfriend, there he ended up with a spinal cord injury & this injury took all my son's abilities away from him. My son can no longer walk, feed hiself, & he is now total care. But most of all my sons Joy is gone. He is no longer that happy person who once walked around clapping his hands & humming. But thanks to Dino Colombo who represented my son in this law suit & fought for my son to get a fair settlement. My son will never have to sacrifice for the things he needs for the rest of his life. He has purchased a van equipped for a wheel chair, A home with 17 acres of land in a rural area, top of the line hospital bed, & any equiptment he needs. He also goes on vacations & takes week end trips if he desires to do so. I can remember the winter this law suit was taking place, & it was a snowy winter. it seemed like every time a deposition was scheduled a snow storm would come up.But the snow storms didn't stop Dino Colombo, he was always there.Dino always kept me informed about the case & everything that was going on with the case. He called me numerous times during the law suit, & he always made sure I understood everything. Dino Colombo wasn't just a Lawyer he was our friend & he still remains our friend to this day. If it wasn't for Dino Colombo my son wouldn't have the things today that he needs to make his life better because of these injuries. There would be no wheelchair van, no home to accomudate his wheelchair & his bed would be a medicade hospital bed which isn't too good & very uncomfortable. But Because Of Dino Colombo my son has everything he needs to make his life better for him. No, the money can't replace what happened to my son or put him back the way he once was. But it can help his life be a little bit better & he can have the equiptment, etc he needs now because of these injuries. Even tho my son has adjusted to his injuries & can now smile again, he will never be like his old self. We use to do alot of things togeather him, & I.... And I really miss that. I will always be grateful to Dino Colombo for his hard work & dedication to this lawsuit. Without Dino Colombo's help my son's life would not be what it is today. I WOULD recommend Dino Colombo to anyone who is seeking a good Attorney to fight for you & get you the settlement you deserve. It is so hard to know who to call to assist you in the most difficult moments of your life. You are stressed out. Everything has gone wrong, due to no fault of your own. Your finances are suddenly all upside down, and physically you are in a lot of pain.
This was the situation I found myself in, when I was hit coming off of I-64 and exiting onto Washington Street in Charleston. A woman ran a red light and hit my truck, causing us to roll.
My truck was destroyed, and I spent the next two years in doctor's appointments. The insurance company promised me that I was not entitled to anything more than a few thousand dollars for all my medical bills. They insisted that even if I hired an attorney it would be pointless, because I wouldn't get anything more.
I'm so glad I didn't settle for their offer. I called Farmer Cline And Campbell, and worked with Jeff Jones. He was patient and kind, as I had lots of questions and concerns. My medical bills just kept piling up and it took a long time for my injuries to heal. Frankly, I will never be back to normal.
Mr. Jones was professional, friendly, and always patient and kind. I won't disclose the final settlement amount, but it was substantial.
If you are starting the journey I just finished, my heart goes out to you. It is a long journey, and it is very painful, and stressful. So many sleepless nights as I watched my finances all fall apart due to missed work, and so much physical pain that at times it was almost unbearable.
I'm sorry you have to go through it. Know though that this too shall pass. Call these guys, and then, like me, you will also find a light at the end, where your finances are once again made whole, and the stress is at last put behind you.
Hang in there, and know that these are the people who will fight for you. I highly recommend them.

Got hit by a drunk driver. I think God kept me from dying. While in the emergency room I instinctively asked my wife to call a lawyer. She contacted Andrew the next day.
I was in the hospital about two weeks and after that out of work a good bit.
My health insurance paid the bills, but they kindly told me that they expected to be paid back by the auto insurance and I was glad that Andrew was able to take care of that for me. About a year after the accident Andrew presented me with a rather large check, which made me quite happy.
If this kind of thing happens to you the most important thing to do is always get medical treatment and always follow the doctor’s instructions. Keep track of all the money and time you spend getting medical treatment and let Andrew know how you feel.

We had an issue with our local cemetary, involving my daughter's burial and the issues we faced. It was a horrible, awful thing to have to face after the death of a child, but Kevin was there for us. After my initial denial for social security disability, I did what most do, l googled lawyers specializing in social securit disability claims. I contacted the law office and within several hours, Mr. Harman himself returned my call. We just briefly discussed my need for a lawyer and he had his legal assistant, Windy schedule an appointment.
My initial meeting with Mr. Harman was extremely thorough. He, point blank, informed me that he would not take on my case if he thought he couldn't win it.
His legal knowledge of the Social Security Administration, in particular, the legal aspects of the disability insurance claims portion, was overwhelmingly spellbinding. From knowing the simplest issues of forms to the more critical issues of what is necessary from physicians, what type of Physicians in conjunction with my illnesses, etc. It was imperative to him that the flow of communication between myself and his office be fluent. I never hesitated to contact the office with any questions and was never not contacted in a timely fashion.
The more that we met, the more comfortable I felt with Mr. Harman.
Three weeks prior to my hearing he scheduled what he thought would be a critical examination with a physician, other than my own. And it ended up being significantly critical to my claims outcome.
That same week, we had our final meeting before my hearing. Afterwards, I felt extremely comfortable and ready for my hearing.
The morning of the hearing, he ask if there were going to be any surprises for him, did I have any last minute questions, did I feel comfortable, was I okay?
He had me so extensively prepared for the hearing, and I had no doubt that he was.
Entered the conference room, proceeded with all of the legal necessities, and then the judge offered that he was going to make an off the record fully favorable decision but for one question. Once he asked me the question, talked to the Vocational Expert and Mr Harman for a few minutes and then announced a bench decision of fully favorable. Mr. Harman had succeeded at what he had set out to do, win my claim.
There is so much information that I could address here, but I just wanted the public to know, first hand, from a client, that you cannot go wrong if you choose Mr. Harman as your legal representative for your Social Security disability insurance claim.
