12 years ago I was caught up in a Real Estate scam on my new home with a finance company. Wound up so deep in debt from being lied to. I scheduled a conference with Bill. He pointed out that Chapter 7 was our only survival. He proceeded to file the bankruptcy successfully. Fantastic job.

I cannot say enough positive comments about Shelly West. No one ever enjoys the thought or process of planning their will and estate. I am no different, but due to a serious personal situation I had to get mine addressed, and quickly. It was the worst time possible for me to have to think about, much less plan for, this type of an event. Shelly came highly recommended and she never let me down. She is professional, knowledgeable and most of all, a warm and caring person. I thank her for all she did for me, it was much more than several legal documents.

Shelly West!!!! Man what can I say. Shelly and her team of Delayne and Erminia ( I’m pretty sure I spelled her name wrong) are what I call the dream team. From the very moment of consultation to the final court decision I was treated as family. They frequently updated me on what was going on with the case and constantly put my mind at ease. Shelly was more than my attorney. She was a shoulder to lean on and was always pleasant. She made this terrible experience into one that I can look back on and smile. One of the pet peeves of dealing with law firms so far, is the gate keepers, when they say no "not willing to take your case", especially after saying that and if I request to speak with a manager of the firm and they still say 'No' as if they own the firm. In any case the lady conversed with just did not bother forward my inquiry to an attorney, because it was an EEOC case. Regardless what type of the case it is, law firm should still give an opportunity for an employee to tell their story, especially if they will provide circumstantial evidence and when it comes to EEOC process. Especially if the employee had already done majority of the paperwork and all the firm needs to do is provide assistance for the rest of the way. If they do not have experienced attorneys for EEOC cases, well that's a whole different story. Regardless, they lost another business.

When we were searching for a lawyer, we felt that God led us to this firm. My husband had a business depute with a corrupt partner who was a bully, a liar, and a thief. We initially filed a lawsuit in 2020, at the height of COVID. We had a very good lawyer to help us through the case for the last 3 years but he unfortunately passed away this earlier this year. We needed to have someone else represent us, and we chose another lawyer firm (not this one). That lawyer from the other firm dropped our case because we didn’t agreed to have second mediation, even though we thoroughly explained to him we knew it was a waste our money, since the first mediation was very unsuccessful. We were fortunate to have Sarah come alongside our lawyer, Mark Caldwell when our case went to mediation. Mark came into my case as a referral by a trusted friend. I quickly realized that he possesses a natural talent of being able to sift through the nonsense and is able to really identify the areas that need to be addressed. Mark has been such a wonderful lawyer for us and we are so grateful he was referred to us. We needed a lawyer in Texas to handle a trust gone bad! The first successor trustee who was the nephew of the deceased ran off with over $400,000 in trust assets before he subsequently died. It has been a long process but Mark has been so good at keeping us informed of the situation and being thorough in all his dealings. Thankfully we were able to reach a very favorable settlement in mediation which was 100% because of Mark's diligent work and tenacity. One of the pet peeves of dealing with law firms so far, is the gate keepers, when they say no "not willing to take your case", especially after saying that and if I request to speak with a manager of the firm and they still say 'No' as if they own the firm. In any case the lady conversed with just did not bother forward my inquiry to an attorney, because it was an EEOC case. Regardless what type of the case it is, law firm should still give an opportunity for an employee to tell their story, especially if they will provide circumstantial evidence and when it comes to EEOC process. Especially if the employee had already done majority of the paperwork and all the firm needs to do is provide assistance for the rest of the way. If they do not have experienced attorneys for EEOC cases, well that's a whole different story. Regardless, they lost another business.

When we were searching for a lawyer, we felt that God led us to this firm. My husband had a business depute with a corrupt partner who was a bully, a liar, and a thief. We initially filed a lawsuit in 2020, at the height of COVID. We had a very good lawyer to help us through the case for the last 3 years but he unfortunately passed away this earlier this year. Do not hire this lawyer especially for immigration issues. The process is already stressful enough then add an inefficient lawyer to the process. A complete nightmare. I absolutely regret hiring ms rita. She never returns calls or updates you on the process. Instead she shouts and argues with her clients. They dont pick or return office calls and what is supposed to take one day ends up taking months.
