I was referred to Ms. Pierce from another law firm. Ms. Pierce was kind enough to spend FREE time in talking about my case even via email. I don't want to clog up her client list, but she's a rare find. I was trying contest my father's will after he died and after I had already texted him some horrible things about him as a father and dead beat dad. Ms. Pierce advised me well and was straightforward about it all. Although I don't have a chance in heck to fight my father's will, I'm glad she took the time to be straight with me. If I had a case that was somewhat worthy or if my father had diminished capacity, then I believe she would have worked with me pro bono and given me even more great advice!

While doing research for my divorce, I learned Julie Glocker Pierce was the only attorney in Brevard County who was Board Certified in Marital and Family Law. In addition, she was a sole practitioner vs. a law office with 25+ attorneys. I needed someone who was not only caring, patient, a good listener but also extremely competent, well respected. My consultation with Julie confirmed she and her staff were exactly what I was looking for. Julie was the total package: fearless, smart... who also became my coach, my sounding board. And she didn't hesitate to give me a kick in the pants "pep talk" if necessary :) From the get-go she and her staff worked diligently to ensure the best possible outcome. I could not have been happier.

Ms. Glocker Pierce is not a person you want to have to meet, that is not to say she is not a pleasant person, cause she is, but frankly no one wants to have to contact a lawyer. However if/when life puts you in situations where a lawyer is needed Julie is a person you should contact. I consulted with 4 other attorneys across two counties prior to having my consultation with Ms. Glocker Pierce and I knew with in the first 90 seconds of our conversation that I would be securing her services. Every other attorney I spoke with made promises about what they "would win" for me without even hearing my situation. Julie's approach was much different, she listened to the details, laid out a plan, asked me to implement my part of that plan and then did her part to secure the best out come. Over the course of 2-3 years of using Julie's services she was always direct, provided only what I needed to know, reached out to me only when there was something I needed do, which is not to say that I felt rushed or not a priority, it was exclusively because she was trying to keep costs down for me. My only regret in with working with Julie, was not doing exactly what she said to do, had I followed her advice I am confident I would have had less expense, time in court and the very minor portion of the rulings that did not go in my favor would have. There were times hearing what Julie had to say was not easy and not what I wanted to hear, but that's what an attorney is paid to do right? A good lawyer should tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear and Julie Glocker Pierce is exactly that, a VERY good lawyer.

Robert navigated us through our home sale and helped us avoid complications with contractors. He frequently emailed us updates and worked tirelessly to ensure the transaction closed on the scheduled date, despite delays out of our control. Robert was one of the only sure things we could count on in a complicated transaction with too many moving parts.

I hired Attorney Feldman in Dec. 2017 to help with with a unique and sensitive rental property dispute. The whole situation was extremely stressful for me (especially around the holidays) but Attorney Feldman kept his cool, managed a very tense and adversarial dispute between me and the other party, and ultimately got me the desired result (refund) within a matter of approximately one week. He even responded to some of my emails after hours around the holidays when I wasn’t expecting it (I was amazed). Atty. Feldman, if you’re seeing this, thank you so much for everything you did to help bring my matter to a positive end result. You were immensely helpful when I was pulling my hair out...lol. Next time I sign any lease I’m going to hire you to at least give it a once over and advise me accordingly-it would totally be worth it to avoid future rental debacles.

I received Mr. Feldman's name after contacting ACAP. I called ACAP because I felt suspicious of the lawyer I hired as my personal representative attorney who was one in the same my dad hired to do his will. I hired Robert to assist me after our initial telephone consultation. I gave him may areas in which I needed clarification and promised my speed to get through the probate process. My brother subsequently hired Robert for a real estate closing. Robert educated me on the various steps of probate, answered layperson questions and was quick to respond to calls and emails.

I was referred to Ms. Fischer by a friend who had Ms. Fischer represent her previously. What my friend shared with me is absolutely true. Ms. Fischer was "spot-on" in reviewing my concerns and more than able in advising me how to move forward. I was somewhat anxious and nervous when I entered her office and left confident with a game plan which I could move forward with. As my friend did for me, I would highly recommend Ms. Fischer. I was recommended to attorney Blacke from another probate attorney due to limited funds. My father's estate valued at about one million was obsconded from me by my sibling. My story was featured in all the local papers and all local news stations. After leaving all documents at his office, he reviewed them over a few days and stated he would take my case on a contingency basis. My sibling was arrested on May 27th 2015. The state of FL is prosecuting her. I will appear for the first time in the that criminal case in about a year and a half, Sept 8th, 2017 where I am hopeful we will get a date for trial. I last spoke with Attorney Blacke on Thurs. July 20th when he stated he was taking an extended weekend and would get back to me on Tues.(July 25th). I waited, did not hear back from him so I called his office on Wed., the 26th and again on Thurs. The 27th. I had yet to receive a returned phone call so on Fri. July 28th, I emailed him at 1:37pm. I never received a response as of the time I am posting this review (July 29th 9:43pm) I completely understand if he and his partner, had a change of heart but honestly I believe this is a very poor standard of practice and extremely unethical.

Never use this Lawyer First meeting after we paid retainer she was over one hour late. Did not have us meet in her office, actually her office was less the five minutes to the Starbucks she designated for us to all meet. Very unprofessional. Only met once and the rest was mostly text and email.

I first became a client of Mr. Griffin in 1998 as a result of an impending divorce. Carl provided guidance through the process and made it as bearable as possible. With the divorce came financial issues which resulted in a bankruptcy and child custody battle that lasted several years. In the interim there have been several issues with the Department of Revenue because of my former wife but also incompetence of the part of the department. These issues were handled by Carl and his staff in a timely manner taking care of a lot of stress associated with the issues. With so many attorneys in Orlando I have remained loyal to Carl and his wonderful staff as they have to me. I highly recommend this firm.

Marjorie is an excellent attorney. I hired her to represent me in my divorce and she was able to assist me during the whole process, and helped me keep custody of my daughter, and pay reasonable alimony. She was very accommodating and caring and I would highly recommend her for family law matters. She has also assisted me in business law matters by drafting very specific contracts and has been a diligent and strong advocate on behalf of my business.

Marjorie (Brunelli) DeCastro-Hirsch, Esq. from The Law Offices of DeCastro-Hirsch, P.A. is an amazing lawyer. She was recommended to us because she used to work for the banks, and she knew the tricks they used to screw people. So perhaps we expected too much from the start. She is very personable and likeable. But when we hired her for a foreclosure battle, she was the only person on her staff. She is overworked and underappreciated. That is a shame. I really thought she would fight harder, but the problem was the banks still used the tricks. When I started to ask questions and forgive me, ask for replies, well things went south. She was offended when I wanted to know what was going on with my case. And so my case was settled, the bank made an extra $3000 off me, and so did she. Lesson learned. She is a great attorney, just not a fit for us. She owed me paperwork in the end, and never replied to emails sent. But it is ok. The best thing I can say is that we wanted to hire her to handle another legal matter for us, we went to another law firm and we are happier.

If you are looking for a divorce lawyer, do not call them, because their firm does not handle divorce cases, in direct contract to the information on their website. They need to update their information so that people calling for assistance do not waste their time.

We worked with two different lawyers from this firm, initially being referred there for a third. Each of the lawyers worked on a total of 3 different cases. We didn't work with the initial referral but he did a free consultation and provided us with alot of info that was really helpful. Jillian Spangler was fantastic with our first two cases. We had an extremely unconventional situation and when no one else was able to accommodate, Jillian took us on and we are so grateful for it. What started out as a devastating situation to find ourselves in, ended exactly with resolve we didn't even imagine we could get in our favor so smoothly. Our initial consultation with her we did not feel rushed and she listened attentively. I half jokingly told my husband (and she will never know this till reading this review) that she reminded me of Harley Quinn: Similiar in looks (gorgeous), smart and quick thinking, and not intimidated easily. Harley Quinn and Jillian Spangler both get things done! She remains calm under pressure and is in it to get you the results you want. Our situation was so very stressful and unfortunately this was very dragged out, partially because we had one of our cases out of the area and she had to do a bit more research that was location exclusive to real estate in that area. I really don't know how she put up with our anxieties and concerns so tactfully because we were STRESSED. In hind sight, we had no reason to be and were in good hands. Her short answers we sometines received were spot on and I eventually learned through these that she was a very straight to the point, don't sweat the small stuff, kinda gal. I greatly appreciate her taking us on and working with us thru the holiday season in a timely manner even when short staffed due to an employee emergency. Savannah C was the other associate we worked with. We didn't need her services to the extent we thought we might with a real estate transaction, but she was always attentive, informative and timely to respond when we did and guided us when needed. Overall we got the results we wanted, and more, under the terms that we wanted. What more can you ask for?

The complexity of trying to perform a buyout of a property with a sibling with whom I was having a hard time agreeing on the terms was overwhelming. However, once attorney Coleman Hengesbach took charge of the situation, everything fell into place. Mr. Hengesbach made sense of all the terms and solved the issue without going to litigation. I genuinely appreciate his consistent communication throughout the process and the fair price for his service. In the future, if I ever have legal issues with my property, Coleman Hengesbach will be my go-to attorney.

So I’m sure every client experience will vary based off their factors regarding their divorce but here is my take on it. The firm can be expensive without a doubt. However I am sure there are more expensive and cheaper firms out there. I will be paying off my dues for a bit to come, but you are paying for the experience the firm offers. If I did not seek representation I would have absolutely been taken advantage of by my ex. The firms professionalism and knowledge was shown when my cases counsels started going head to head. I was represented by Chauntel Miller and she did an amazing job helping me throughout the whole process which was lengthy. Not only was she able to get a deal that I was happy with and worked best for me and my child she taught me some renewed attributes such as self confidence and discipline which was definitely lacking during the divorce. She is kind, patient and honest when you are working with her.

My experience with Cordell wasn’t good at all. Mrs Alexandria who was representing me not doing her job my Ex was having in affairs I have all the proves gave them to my lawyer she said Florida law man can have many women they want. All. She was promised to do when a gave her the case At the end I come out with nothing. My Ex made 300k and I made 50k she make me pay for everything. I ended up paying him money. We met John Gihon and his team after being turned down by several attorneys, and also hiring a couple with no success. John was extremely thorough and gave us all the different escenarios with my brothers immigration case. John was as able to dismiss his case. Called my spouse and I at 8:30PM with more energy than we were prepared for, to reluctantly ask us if we were interested in hiring him to handle probate and litigation, asked if we had any questions (sorry it’s 8:30, everyone is half asleep no we don’t currently have any questions) so he follows with, “okay goodnight” and hung up the phone. He follows up with an email saying “I’ll pass”. This “gentleman” did not give a reason as to why when he was asked in a responding email. It took us over a month I want to say pretty close to 2, for us to be told “I’ll pass.” The $XXX amount at stake is more than enough for any attorney to jump on. But us not even getting a response as to why passing the opportunity, is just down right rude. At least telling us why, would give us some insight on where everything is standing right now.

I have been working with Mr. David Holmes and Ms. Julia Bauer on moving our business to Florida. Talk about a DREAM TEAM! This firm.files lawsuites about cases they nothing about. They misinform the court with lies. Thry schedule hearings withoit notifying opposing attorneys and they harass the people they sue by srnding them.letters and not their attorneys. They lie to other attorneys and tell them thst they are dismissing cases and they keep them active so the person they are suing doesnt respond. A real.sleaze bag firm.

Thank you Bart Brink for the great experience assisting and gilding me with my fathers estate as it is one of the toughest things we go through in life, loosing a loved one. Aside from being professional Bart demonstrated great empathy towards my current situation and not only focused on my initial request he will provide and suggest several options available to you in order to facilitate the process. The case went over a year so of course you will want to be patient while keeping in contact with Bart making sure all is moving forward dotting i's and crossing t's tackling any speed bumps as they arise, keep in mind his name is well respected and this will keep him busy so your effort put forward will go along way in your favor. Though I live several counties away from his practice the entire experience flowed smoothly aside from requests from the courts or clerk but as far as his efforts you will be happy and satisfied with his professional prompt service.

AVOID! This guy got mad at me over baseball cards! He didn't like that I ran a story about a friend of his who was accused of scamming. Daniel claimed he was going to sue anyone who came forward with information. In messages, Daniel then inquired where I lived and asked me about my personal life. He's probably too busy with trading card drama to take care of you in a meaningful way! Seek other council if at all possible. Some of his 5 star google reviews were written by fellow sports card dealers, so I imagine those are fake.

Very pleased with the outcome of my divorce. I had tried for close to 3 years to get divorced. My case was a difficult case and I was getting very low on funds to keep fighting it. Mr. Pugh has been more or less my personal attorney for over a decade now. What started out as a mechanic lein ( which he successfully won, including legal fees), has transpired into years of continuous work. He’s handled over a dozen real estate transactions for me, written contracts, evicted tenants and dealt with predatory lenders. I’ve even hired him as legal counsel for HOA’s. He’s never missed a deadline, and always follows up. I expect to retain his services for at least another decade to come, and would greatly encourage anyone else seeking sound legal representation to do the same.

My business was trapped in a contract with a credit card processing company with a clause making it next to impossible to cancel as it auto renewed. We were unable to contact them in any way to cancel and they were withdrawing money from our bank every month. David was successful in cancelling the contract. Attorney Carey is extremely compassionate, realistic and honest. She works all times of the day on her clients cases. When I email her, she replies in a timely manner. She was very accomodating during office visits (scheduled and not scheduled) She cared about me and made me feel important. She fought my case (and won), like it was her own case. This attorney and owner are impersonal, they overcharge and have been told by more senior attorneys, they don’t know what they’re doing. I retained Ryan Grubich through my counsel after my husbands untimely death. 10 months into the case, he’s never met me in person or done a zoom call, he is impersonal and used his $485 per hour fee to do all the administrative paperwork which should’ve been done by a paralegal for a fraction of the cost. He doesn’t care about an advantageous outcome for his client but continually sends outrageous bills to a widow with 2 children.

I reached out to Meredith, no one answered the phone so I left a message. Nobody returned my call. After a week went by, I reached back out again. I spoke to Mary. Mary was clueless to say the least. After much back-and-forth with her, an appointment was made for a Teams meeting. I joined the teams meeting at the appropriate time and waited over 15 minutes. No one joined the meeting, I called the office and was told that I was to call 30 minutes prior to make a payment which I knew nothing about. I was called a liar abd was told that Mary had sent me an email worker at the law firm. No email was received with payment request. Meredith requires a payment before any interaction. An initial consult should not be charged as it is finding out if we are a good fit, and if the client feels that the attorney is competent and able to tackle the task. I do not recommend this law firm.
