My family used the Holland Elder Care Law team to help us when our previous attorneys suddenly closed shop without warning us and my Dad's Medicaid status was not renewed. Michael Holland and Martin Sabel did an excellent job gathering the information, filing the right forms and ultimately needed to bring the HHS of Texas to court for failing to make a timely determination of benefits. I am an attorney myself but this area of law is so convoluted and so tricky that you really need someone on your side who knows how all of this works and can navigate the waters safely. They were instrumental in restoring my dad's Medicaid benefits. I highly recommend them.

I was skeptical about being able to remove a Federal tax lien Voss filed on 6 different properties.
Rhett gathered all necessary documents, organization, tax returns, all federal filings, and proved it was filed erroneously on me.
He followed through with the IRS weekly. Once Rhett was able to reach a name in the IRS that dealt with this particular problem, he dug his heals in and was able to release lien from start to finish in less than 90 days.

Non fake review. I also have paperwork I can load with pictures that I was a client if this were to get denied. I should have placed this review long time ago. They dropped the ball on my case I paid a lot of money for them to only lose the evidence on court day. They simply said there’s nothing we can do. In his video he explains how he likes to get people and court while there defenses are low. That is an accurate description of how they act when they can’t/ couldn’t win against the court. they take the same approach to their customers after that. If they’re willing to fix this problem without additional cost to myself I’d be glad to change the review.

Grant Scheiner was recommended to me by a friend when I found myself needing an Attorney. I was being charged with a felony and would soon be arrested. I was terrified and at a loss as to what to do. I contacted Grant. During our conversation, Grant was able to calm me down and let me know he would be by my side the whole way. During the process, Grant and Macie were able to get me a plea. The Plea reduced the charges to a misdemeanor with two years’ probation. Grant is very knowledgeable of the law, effective and very personable. Mr.latimer and his assistant Nazareth was great. Nazareth was really organized and never forgot about me. Always returned my calls and checked on what I needed. He prepared me for every step of the process and made sure he knew what my goals were and what was most important to me. On April 25th 2009 while working as a public school teacher I suffered a massive double stroke. After getting out of the hospital I tried to go back to work and was told I was too sick to remain with the Fort Worth Independent School District and was terminated on April 15th 2010. While talking about my situation with my family doctor she told me I should immediately file for disability. While looking for legal representation from a law firm experienced with Social Security disability I came across the Law Office of Gerard Lynch Social Security Disability Lawyer. When I called the law office I had a very helpful and reassuring three and a half hour conversation with Gerard Lynch. He called Social Security and verified that I met all the criterion for filing for disability.
Gerard told me I was within weeks of qualifying but still met the requirements. He told me that it would probably take 18 to 24 months of hearings to receive disability. Gerard told me to be patient but he was certain in the end that I would win. On November 2nd 2012, nineteen months after filing I received a fully favorable decision from Social Security. Everything worked out just a Gerard assured me it would.

We've been through a few attorneys that have done little to nothing except cash our checks. David Doehring and his firm have accomplished more in the past 5 months than the others did in 5 years. If you have need for a probate attorney, give David a chance. He was upfront about a plan of action in our situation and so far has executed it to a T. This Law Firm And The Attorney Faizon Stole Money From Me And Knowingly Paid Me The Wrong Amount of money. I never met not one Attorney while they handled my case. Faizon Told The Insurance Company That I needed to have surgery to get more money and I never received it. I Told This to Mr.Barton and He Said That I signed for the wrong Amount Anyway. The Address That is Given For Tis Firm is not Their address They Only Receive Mail There. I DIDN'T EVEN SEE THE CECK THAT INSURANCE SENT THEM AND IDID NOT SIGN IT. I'm posting this review a year after my case was dismissed (11/23) because, I'm just now encountering the issue. Jim is great, his team is alright. Communicate was difficult sometimes. When I initially talked to him I felt confident and happy with what he was saying and his experience in law- that I would get the results I wanted. He did however make it seem like it would be OFF my record as I have a CDL. I've been in the plants/refineries oil n gas since then. (They never said anything about my background, I assumed the case was gone) The work is great money- Except you travel a lot and have no life. I'm looking to switch into something more local so I can have a life again, and found that the case is still on my background after I thought it would be gone. So, this unfortunately is still effecting me, as a CDL holder. And my impression was it was going to be OFF my record, and he spoke to my father as well, and my father got that impression too. So, just ask your questions thoroughly and precise. Especially about EXPUNGEMENT. (Means completely off your record, no trace of it). And research multiple lawyers too.
While I was happy with the results at the time (assuming the case was off my record), I'm just disappointed now. It was a long and trying time, and now I have to wait another year to get it officially expunged. And spend MORE money. So just a honest review and heads up for CDL folk. Note: He is still a good lawyer to have in your corner, just make sure the communication and understanding of what you're getting is crystal clear.
