I had no experience with the legal system/lawyers prior to my case. You hear about horror stories with lawyers, but she was exceptional. She was professional and very thorough. She responded promptly to my emails and went above and beyond to answer my urgent calls during after hours. We last did our wills 20 years ago, so thought that now might be a good time to review everything again. We originally worked with Mary Galligan, but this time we were fortunate to work with her equally excellent son, Michael. It was a pleasant and highly productive meeting in which our Wills were completely updated. The experience was so nice that we went out for a nice lunch to celebrate our ultimate demise. That sounds strange, but it felt really good to have our power of attorney, medical POA and Wills professionally done so we don't have to worry about those end of life decisions. Michael was efficient, professional and best of all willing to listen to our concerns. My wife and I highly recommend Michael for any Probate or Estate Planning you might require.

We've been through a few attorneys that have done little to nothing except cash our checks. David Doehring and his firm have accomplished more in the past 5 months than the others did in 5 years. If you have need for a probate attorney, give David a chance. He was upfront about a plan of action in our situation and so far has executed it to a T. And unlike other attorneys, he doesn't try and milk the clock. He tries to make sure you get value out of every attorney hour.

Robert Jewett is a FANTASTIC estate and probate attorney.
I first met him in 2016 when there was an issue with a will being probated within my family. He drove to our home, sat there and spoke with my family in regards to the issue and gave us the advice free of charge. One of the biggest mistakes we made was not to go with him at that time.
Cut to May 2019 and I contacted him asking about a will being written. Not only did he have it completely done within the day, but he was also ready to file it then and there. Unfortunately, the person passed before it could be signed, but, again, I contacted him to probate this persons' existing will. From start to finish he completely probated it in less than 3 months all for a single flat fee. I was amazed especially seeing several peoples I know to take anywhere from 6 months to a year and a half.
Robert is the man to see if you need anything done!

I hired Lashon in late 2014. she actually listened to what I had to say. My court date was fast approaching and I thought I was in a great deal of trouble. From the first consultation with Lashon she stood up for me with the opposing attorney and advised me to continue doing what I was doing and leave the rest to her. I then received a summons to appear in court because my ex-spouse wanted me to give up total control. Well Lashon had something to say about that. When the court date came not only did Lashon get my ex-spouse to admit that the children had never missed an event that she had planned, the judge took about 5 seconds to deny opposing counsels motion. It took everything I had not to break out into tears in front of the judge. Then she took the time to talk me through the process after court and told me what to expect next. I have absolutely no regrets, except for maybe not hiring her sooner. I highly recommend her and would use her again without any delay. LASHON.....Thank you so very much for your help!

Although my wife and I had a will in place, we were looking for legal assistance to address a trust needed for a planned distribution for our grown daughter, spouse and grandchildren.

My divorce was very difficult and involved custody of our two children. Divorce can be a very difficult time with all the emotions that are swirling about you. I certainly didn't know anything about divorce other than I needed one.
A friend recommended Kathleen and I am very thankful he did. She was always calm and a voice of reason. She directed my energy to what was important. First was my children and second was my finances. I honestly didn't care about the money at this point. I wanted a divorce and my kids.
From the start I was advised on what to expect and how to prepare. Kathleen is very serious about her job as an officer of the court. She is very ethical and definitely was concerned about the best interest of my children. Her integrity is unwavering.
She is very pragmatic in her approach. I never was unprepared or surprised even though the opposing attorney went to extraordinary measures to rattle me. As I sat in court and watched our attorneys operate it was apparent to me that I was very fortunate to have a true professional.
Kathleen was very much about facts and the law while the opposition was focused on spinning a tale. The opposition had 3 attorneys and dollies full of documents when they entered. As the trial progressed it was apparent that it was all for show. It became obvious they had never read any of the documents. Time and time again Kathleen pointed out the facts. My ex and her attorney were very surprised at the outcome which is still a puzzle to me. There are established rules, guidelines and laws that the court follows. They do not rule based on accusations, emotions and showmanship.
Outside of the courtroom Kathleen has been the same type of adviser. My kids and I were in dire straits and some very bad behaviors were popping up. Again Kathleen was a person I could lean on. It took quite an effort but I was able to restore my kids well being. My son had been missing school sick with anxiety for years. He was getting into mischief. My daughter was questioning if she wanted to continue living. Today both kids are excelling. Taylor due to his issues was not accepted to UT Austin as he had hoped. He was given the opportunity to attend UT Tyler. If he performed then he would get acceptance to UT Austin which was his dream. Not only did he meet their requirements; he made the dean's list in Tyler. He will realize his dream and be attending UT Austin this fall. My daughter who was depressed and reclusive will not keep quiet these days. She has been and still is a straight A student. She began playing high school soccer and has made numerous friends. Most importantly she is happy and wants to have a full life.
A lot of people have helped us through some very trying times. Kathleen was the first there. She made it all possible. If you need an attorney I highly recommend Kathleen Vossler. Not only did I get a fair settlement; it is one that my conscience can live with. The life coaching was an unexpected bonus.

I am happy to give my strongest recommendation to Mr. Souza. I hired him to help me draft a prenuptial agreement and what I thought was going to be a painful process turned out to be just fine!
He clearly has integrity and you can tell when he plainly tells you what to expect and how the process works. I always felt that I had his complete attention when we spoke and whenever I emailed him, he emailed me back very quickly.

I engaged Mr. Souza to re-write my Will and accompanying estate planning documents. He was very efficient and knew all of the correct and important questions to ask. He was very focused on me as a client, and I had his undivided attention at all of our meetings. If I specified something in my Will that would not have played out the way I expected during probate, he was quick to catch those issues and offer alternative ways of dealing with them that would create the outcome I was looking for.

I hired Teresa Waldrop for my divorce. She came highly recommended. She was very tenacious, honest and professional.
