We LOVE George Constant and his consistent desire to make sure we understand exactly what is happening with regards to our estate planning/special needs trust planning. His calm and laid-back demeanor -- sprinkled with some good jokes -- made our planning sessions with him a breeze. George is more than willing to explain everything until we understand exactly what is going on. He's very concise in his explanations, and he's also extremely thorough. George also empathized with our specific issue, which is planning for the future of a child with special needs. He has a very professional office staff, too. We always enjoyed our planning sessions with George and look forward to any future meetings we might have.

George helped me and my husband create our wills, trusts, and other important documents like POA and healthcare proxies. It was a smooth and organized process, and he clearly explained everything without jargon. He took the time to get to know us and what is important to us in terms of values and what we were trying to achieve with our estate plan. We also liked that he offers electronic services like the ability to exchange documents securely and store important files in a client vault. We even have cards for our wallets so that our important documents could be accessed in the event of an emergency. Beyond all that, he's got a sense of humor and seems to really love what he does. He's definitely highly experienced, and it shows. I could tell he cares about what the process feels like for his clients and acknowledges the parts that can be challenging. He even helped us through the practical work around how to retitle assets, which made our plan truly actionable. It's a good feeling knowing you've made a plan and put it into motion.

Mr. Gosselin was recommended to me by a family member who is also MD in Winchester, MA. He spent 3 hours, 1-on-1, with me carefully explaining the myriad of MA healthcare intricacies me and my family needed to understand before going forward before placing my husband, a CT resident, in a nursing home close to his son. Atty Matt Karr is excellent. He spent the time to understand our need for a credit bypass trust. He explained the process in clear declarative English rather than legalese. I feel that his fee was very reasonable. He supported his documents with a video explaining everything so that I could replay it if I had questions. We spoke to other lawyers that charged more and some that charged less. It is very hard to compare prices like buying a car. I recommend that you meet with Matt before selecting an attorney. BTW trusts are his specialty not just another work product.

During/following our first visit, I questioned myself, and wondered why I was there, and thought Annemarie was a bit "gruff." a customer of the company i work for recommended Joshua Pompilus when he heard that i was trying to get a Immigrant Visa for my mother to come the USA and live with me. It took less 5 months when my mother received her Visa. The process was very smooth.

Boyd & Boyd, Centerville, MA, are experts in elder law. We went to one of their free seminars that was advertised in a mailing. We liked what we saw, and there was no pressure. we learned that Probate will cost our heirs 3-5% of our estates. We also learned that only a trust, not a will, avoids probate. Even if a Trust only saved our heirs 3-5% of our estate (although it can do much more), it would be a no-brainer. That alone would far far exceed the cost.
So we worked with Keats Boyd to set up a comprehensive estate plan- Trust, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills, Homestead protection, etc. Some of the things that especially impressed us were: 1. Working with Keats-it was very easy-he's likable, friendly, down to earth, gentle, patient-
a quality person. 2. Services and fees were clearly explained ahead- no surprises or misunderstandings.
3. Permission to call with questions without being "on the clock" for extra charges. 4. Yearly updates of documents, and three year reviews, at no extra charge. 5. Should anything happen to us, Boyd & Boyd has everything, knows everything, and will walk family members through what needs to be done.

I was referred to the law office of Ernest Stone because I had a case that was very complex. That term isn’t hyperbole, it touched many corners of the legal spectrum. Most of which I was very unfamiliar with and to my surprise most of the other Criminal Defense Attorneys I consulted were also concerningly unfamiliar. I spoke to Atty. Stones paralegal who answered on the first ring and had me in the office the next day. Face to face, I laid out the long and complex situation. Atty. Stone took meticulous notes while never breaking concentration on me or what I was saying and he even captured parts of my speech inflection that he instinctively knew were key points to my argument. Law aside, that is a perceptive skill not many people possess. Once I finished, we went item by item and discussed each section in clear and objective detail. Not a hint of confusion or unfamiliarity. Unparalleled legal advice without any hesitation. I mention this not because of the previous negative experiences I had but because I was/am genuinely impressed at Atty. Attorney Clement is a most excellent attorney in every aspect. He was there as agreed early in the morning in court driving a good distance. He had all the case & evidence well presented to the court already in such an outstanding amazing way that when it was the moment to present myself before the Judge I literally didn't even have a chance to say my name or good morning Your Honor because as I was ready to say my first word the Judge was already saying that the charges against me were dismissed and I was told to leave immediately I was free to go ! Thank God for Attorney Clement who in my book is the Best of The Best for it is hard to imagine how can a Defense Attorney do better than that ?

I had one of the worst experiences with casey lundregan burns plc firm. I have hired them to represent me in a case which I had such a confidence in them thinking this company would do a good job by working on my behalf, at first they give me all the confidence I needed and in the end it was a disaster. They mislead me treated me in a bad manner by not replying to my emails. Neglect me most of the times and wasn't working in my interest. I wouldn't recommend this firm to no one at all, to all clients out there be very careful of this firm. Not a good firm, I have got a very bad experience from this firm.

My mother passed away, predeceased by my father. The estate executor was not fulfilling their responsibilities, after over five years. I offered my assistance to the executor and was repeatedly rebuffed. After consulting with several friends, who are attorneys specializing in other areas of law, I was urged to hire an attorney who specializes in family law.
I immediately thought of Chris Casey, who I have known for many years. We are both members of the Salem Rotary Club. After meeting with Chris, and his associates, I knew I was in the right place. I immediately felt as if a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I was assured they had handled many cases like this before and would be able to help me. They demonstrated great empathy throughout the process, which helped me get through this difficult time. I was apprised of the ongoing legal action through constant communication via email and phone.
The executor continued to be very uncooperative, but my attorneys were persistent. We were forced to go to trial. There were seven pretrial hearings and eventually, due to the uncooperative executor, a trial was needed. During the trial, my attorneys were amazing. The executor and their attorney were left speechless. The judge ruled in my favor on every contested issue. They handled my case with professionalism and achieved an outstanding result. They did such a great job, that I hired them to help me with another family issue concerning a property in Florida. This is an outstanding law firm. Do not hesitate to hire them for your case.

Several years ago I worked with Tricia D'Agostino on my mother's trust and estate matters and found her to be deeply knowledgeable, extremely well versed on changing regulations, and a caring, thoughtful person to work with. More recently I worked with Laura Goodman on trust and estate matters for my brother and I was equally happy working with her. My brother's situation presented a lot of unusual twists and turns. He was the kind of person who had a hard time doing paperwork or keeping his affairs in order. Dena Dionne is the best lawyer I've ever met! She's refuses to drop a case. I parked in her parking space, and she asked me to move. I said don't worry about it, we'll move. Our office recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the law office of Bradley Moore Primason Cuffe & Weber LLP. As a real estate brokerage that does on average 100 transactions a year, we typically enjoy very positive experiences working with attorneys on both sides of the transactions.
Unfortunately, our expectations for a professional and reliable service were far from met working with Attorney James Moore.
In 20+ years of practicing real estate and collaborating with hundreds of closing attorney's, we have never encountered any closing attorney who refused to add legitimate Seller Expenses, which are reimbursable to their Real Estate Brokerage, on the closing settlement statement . In a recent transaction working with Attorney Moore, despite our providing an expense reimbursement request well in advance of the closing, Attorney Moore’s office failed to acknowledge our request, did not put the reimbursement on the closing documents, and refused to address the issue afterwards.
Given the critical nature of real estate transactions, it is essential to work with attorneys who exhibit both courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was not our experience with Bradley Moore Primason Cuffe & Weber LLP and feel compelled to warn others of this experience.
P.S. We were the listing brokerage in which Bradley Moore Primason Cuffe & Weber LLP was the closing office for a sale of a property in Jamaica Plain on April 19, 2024. We have direct correspondence with this office and the closing docs to prove it.
