I recently hired Ms Soffan as my immigration lawyer. I needed her expertise in maintaining my permanent residency that I was at very high risk of losing. I spent years obtaining my greencard. I have 2 daughters in the US one of whom is a young widow with a little daughter to raise. I am in upmost need to maintain my status in the US to be close to my daughters and help raise my grandchild. The thought of losing my greencard was unimaginable. Denise was the third attorney who represented me, as the Personal Representative, in a highly contested and litigious probate estate that spanned 10 years. Unlike my prior attorneys who had represented me in this case, she was diligent in her representation and I found her to have the highest level of integrity and legal expertise. I hired Denise after having a poor experience with a lawyer that was recommended through family. My father had passed away without a will and I needed to become the representative of the estate. After waiting 4 months on the other lawyer and taking time off from work to travel to Massachusetts to meet with him I hired Denise. In less than 10 business days she had me appointed as the representative of the estate. I also had to go through probate court for a license to sell my father's home and she handled that process even faster. You always hear stories that Mass probate court is a nightmare but Denise made the process seem easy and seamless (although I am sure she had to jump through hoops to get everything done so quickly). We conducted everything via phone, email and mail. She made a very emotional and stressful process manageable.

We work with a variety of different professional service vendors for a few different business and private matters. We rarely give endorsements like this. Hire this man!
My wife and I hired Tim to establish our estate plan (revocable trust, healthcare proxy, power of attorney.) He also advised us on our real estate holdings and helped us restructure that component in tandem with the estate plan and also gave us general advice and quality referrals to an insurance agent.
My wife and I are very curious people and we don't sign anything we don't understand and Tim was extraordinarily patient in explaining the mechanics of our estate plan. He is also very tolerant and flexible. As an example, we made a small mistake and forgot to include a particular beneficiary on parts of our estate plan and we discovered it on the signing day when Tim had the 400 page legal documents printed and ready to sign. He said "no big deal" Went and changed it all and re-printed it and was totally nonplussed.
Also, we interviewed other attorneys and oftentimes they would have a paralegal or junior associate do the initial call. Tim does the first call with clients for 1 hour and basically in that 1 hour he laid out the entire game plan. We interviewed 3 other firms in addition to Tim, and Time just blew the others out of the water.

My husband and I sought the help of Mr.Cotton when we were blind sided for a Modification of support 2 weeks prior to moving out of state from my husbands older children (due to job relocation), At the time we were trying to work out a new visitation agreement with the girls mother with no success. Mark prevailed through all the struggles and we now have the visitation we need to maintain a healthy fulfilling relationship with our older children.

Andrea was referred to us by the bank my father in law uses. She offered one hour of free consultation to help us get my mother in law onto Mass Health. I was trying to do it myself but was way over my head. My father in law was apprehensive about what it was going to take to do this. Andrea calmed him down and took her time to explain everything. We hired her and she was great to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way. She was so good dealing with my father in law I know I said it before but it isn't an easy thing to do. She answered all questions and used emails most of the time to correspond with us. Going through with a legal matter can be very stressful and I have been very fortunate to have found an outstanding, thoughtful, articulate, honest and caring lawyer with Andrea Gomez. She listens and remembers everything you tell her, even the smallest of details.
Her writing skill are incredible, so much so that the Judge will take notice.
She is very patient with her client (like me) and is always thinking what the next best thing to do for her client will be.
My case has been a difficult case. She has not let that stop her. She tackles it with gusto and follows through till the end. She also has the ability to make you smile when things are getting tough.
As you can see I cannot say enough great things about her. My only complaint is that I did not find her earlier. I would highly recommend Andrea Gomez as a attorney.

I hired Beth to help me negotiate the terms of an uncontested divorce. She walked me through the process and negotiated separation terms with my ex's lawyer, as well as prepared all of the forms and paperwork I needed to file with the court.
Beth advised me on the possible courses of action and gave recommendations, but also made sure my opinions and needs were expressed to the other party. In the end, we ended up with a fair settlement without having to involve outside mediation or going to trial.
Beth was accessible, professional, and informative throughout the process. I would strongly recommend her, especially in cases where settling equitably out of court is the goal.

Mrs. Caisse and her office provided me with updated Wills and Power of Attorney documents and LLC documents for Massachusetts. She also set up an Estate Trust. All work was done in a very professional and timely manner, and I found Mrs. Caisse to be wonderful to work with. I originally met Lucy Budman when my mother set up her Irrevocable Trust almost 5 years ago. I had agreed to act as the Trustee for my mom's Irrevocable Trust, and Lucy was extremely helpful to both of us while we did all the legal paperwork .
