My mother abruptly passed away and she unfortunately did not leave a will. I had met Chris previously through a networking group in the area and desperately needed help with the probate process. When my father-in-law, Chuck, was suddenly taken to the hospital with heart issues, he realized that he needed to "get his affairs in order." I called Chris. He met us at the hospital that afternoon to discuss Chuck's wishes.
My mother-in-law, Ann, was there as well. Chris discussed with them their options for medical and financial power of attorney and estate planning. He was compassionate, understanding and understandable, without a lot of "legal speak" that can be confusing. All the documents were drawn up for both of them.
Chris met us the next day, again at the hospital, to get everything signed. We were fortunate that Chuck recovered and is doing well. We are also fortunate that we are now ready for whatever does happen. Chris made everything painless. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing estate planning.

Ms Wheeler helped I and my spouse file chapter 7 bankruptcy. I "thank God" i found this wonderful lawyer. She is so so "down to earth". Her office/work environment is remarkable. You would think you needed a million bucks to become her client but i assure you that is not the case. Her rates are very reasonable. Tracey is very "client friendly" and very knowledgeable. She did not try to "hustle" me and she spoke very honestly about everything. After working with her I felt like I could talk to her about anything. Tracey answered my emails even though i ofter emailed her after hours. She filed my case in a timely manner and by the date that i requested. I requested my case be filed within like 3 or 4 days after meeting with her and Tracey made it happen. She knew her job very well and kept me well informed on everything. I was totally satisfied and trust me, I am hard to satisfy when I am spending my money. I could not stand dealing with lawyers prior to me meeting Ms. Wheeler. The ones in the past fast talked, hustled me out of money, and did absolutely nothing. Even when certain details were missed as far as the paperwork was concerned, Tracey happily corrected it and kept the ball rolling. We worked with Bill to purchase a home and to sell a home FSBO. Bill was very detailed in explaining the process to us and advised us on each issue that arose. I do not regret knowing attorney Michael as an attorney and also as a person ; about a year ago,i was referred to him by a mutual frien who is also a lawyer,when i was in financial trouble.

I have used the services of Michael Bartnik for several business and family matters through the years. He has proven to be a knowledgeable attorney who makes himself available to answer my questions as they occur. He is well versed in business matters and recently worked with our new landlord to draw up a lease that benefited our company. He has assisted in closing out estates - specifically one which involved a charitable trust. Also, he has drawn up the required paperwork to help us form a 501C3 while assisting us in the format necessary to submit it properly. Michael Bartnik has helped with personal issues such as a will, and a fight with a medical insurance provider that needed to pay a claim - all with a successful conclusion. He consistently keeps me updated on the progress of all situations. I am certain, I am not recalling all instances, but the point is that he is a great general attorney. He is honest and definitely trustworthy.

Mr. Bieber has handled my personal affairs (will, trust, miscellaneous matters) and the legal needs for my business (sale of one business and refinancing of another). He is attentive, well organized, and intelligent. Mr. Bieber does not drag out issues, but completes his work ahead of schedule. He is extremely fair in his fees. Dealing with Landlords can be a scary thing. Your entire household is on the line. Gary was calming and patient and explained what could and could not be done; what my options were; the best course of action and WHY. Legalese can be very tricky and landlords have the upper hand and lawyers of their own AND they have dealt with this kind of situation multiple times. So has Gary. He made the best of a very difficult situation and crafted a positive outcome. Money very, very well spent. Highly recommended and a great guy as well!

An attorney friend ours referred us to Mark Gatesman because of his membership in the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorney’s. We hired Mark to help us with our son, a minor, who foolishly got into trouble. Mark assured us he could resolve the matter without our son having a criminal record. In a time of anxiety and uncertainty, Mark was able to answer all our questions. In Court Mark was able to get the case completely dismissed. Mark Gatesman represented me when I was sued in a professional capacity as a Realtor, a potential buyer was injured during a showing. Mark was able to explain the entire litigation process to me, which helped with the fear and anxitety that comes with being sued. Mark assured me that he would resolve the lawsuit to my satisfaction. Kristin is knowledgeable and persistent - both of which I needed to get these documents completed. It's not a fun process to think about creating a will or who gets custody of your kids if you and your spouse pass on, but Kristin made the process bearable.
