Spoke to a lady on the Phone who was Very RUDE TODAY 12/27/2024 @ 1625 hours. I called to speak to a Lawyer or someone For consultaion and she said oh you the one who hung up which I didnt & lost service while im currently still in the Hospital. She stated “ oh your the one who called and was VERY RUDE AND NASTY” and she hung up the phone on me.. not nice service at all.

Middle of a tax audit and I was so over my head. The auditor was pretty mean and kept getting more and more aggressive and I was getting super scared of jail or tons of taxes I would never be able to pay back. I called Delia Law the next day and hired them on the spot. Ms. Delia contacted my auditor that day and provided an immediate status to me. She had it under control quickly. She knew the issues and reviewed my case so quick and had all the answers and negotiation strategy. Her confidence in helping me was truly amazing. So grateful she was able to get me through this audit and to help stop an audit of other years. The law office is fine, but Lorraine is a nasty employee who makes the entire experience unpleasant.
After paying for over 50% of the fees well before my meeting, I then had a $2,000 balance. I had one more meeting and asked to have $1,000 charged with a balance due of $1,000 at the final meeting.
Jennifer marched and demanded payment in full...leaving me wondering why would any firm demand full payment with more work to be completed and why would the firm approve of her strong arming me. A little compromise goes a long way Lorraine, with many of attorneys out there with lovely staff I'd rethink recommending this firm.

In my early years I heard many disturbing stories of how people lost a major part of their inheritance to City, State and Federal tax, after their parents died without having lawful protection from the tax system, and the thought of seeking a protection crossed my mind many times. But I kept postponed it to next week, next month, or next year, and year after year until I became much older and one morning I woke up with a terrible thought of how foolish it would have been If anything happened to me and left my family without protection losing half of what really belongs to them.
I spoke to a few attorneys but no one could make clear to me this complicated tax process and the fine print, until I contacted the Vishnick-McGovern-Milizio law firm and spoke with Constantina Papageorgiou who is an elder law attorney. Talking with Constantina was all clear and simple to me. She explained everything with professionalism and care. I did not hesitate.
Now I have a peace of mind knowing my hard earnings, my home and everything else are protected, and my family will get to keep everything that belongs to them.

Mr Wellerstein gave me an abundance of assistance in accessing all the help available to me when my wife was fighting a losing battle with cancer.
He prepared disability paperwork for state filings, he put me in touch with agencies for Home Care.
I was in kind of a desperate place, and he gave me reassurance and showed compassion.
In the end he said he was giving back to the community and did not charge me for the work.
But I am not recommending him for that reason, it's for all the other things that I spoke of. He has an easy manner and can quickly gain the confidence of someone in need of his services. He is straightforward, and not pushy in any way. You feel like you have a hundred percent of his attention. He returns phone calls promptly.
