I spoke with Steve on numerous occasions concerning a legal issue. He was able to collect my fragmented, loosely connected dates and facts, then strategize with me on a winning game plan.
I had a loose idea of what information I needed to present, but Steve helped me make it a powerful, cohesive narrative to present. He showed me which facts needed spotlighting and which were peripheral and supportive, at best.
God forbid you have to deal with the mess I had to but, if you do, you'd do well to choose Mr. Jackson. I was extremely glad Steve was there to walk me through the dark maze of legalese, explain the details in a way I could understand and connect with, then help me prepare a sound plan.

Last February my mother fell and broke her hip, and I quickly discovered that everything we thought had been settled with her money years ago wasn't. The hospital social worker was recommending that she file for Medicaid and I just felt like she was being pushed through the system. I did a search on Google to find Nathan and from the first phone call I knew that he had my mother's best interests at heart. He met with us and laid out a plan that would protect her house from being taken by Medicaid and was able to get us some money back for recent repairs we had made to the house. He also helped her apply for some additional money from the Veterans Department which has really helped her and eased our fears that she couldn't stay at home. It also lets me get paid for some of the work I do around the house to help her from time to time. I couldn't be happier with what he did for my mother and me. He was thorough and took the time to make sure we were fully taken care of.

Nathan was referred to us by our accountant to help my mother with applying for VA benefits and we couldn't have asked for more from an attorney. He was so nice and generous with his time, especially with my 94 year old mother who has dementia and has a hard time understanding anything. I really appreciate how he came out to meet with her since she has a hard time traveling. She was approved for benefits after three months and it has given everyone peace of mind over our ability to pay for her nursing home costs. Ive also used him to create my Will and was impressed with his knowledge and ability to educate my wife and I through the process. He doesn't talk over your head, and I've learned so much about what to do and what not to do as my wife and I enter into retirement. He's one of the good attorneys who looks out for people.

Tom was very personable and professional. He met will each one of us to discuss each document in detail and was very specific about what we needed and how to accomplish it. He answered our questions by telephone and email in a fast and informative way. He worked with my mom's banker to help her to set up my mom's accounts according to the trust rules. After dealing with a previous attorney who left us disappointed and everything only partially taken care of regarding my father's estate I found Danielle. Danielle reassured me that she would take care of finalizing things to close the estate.
Danielle is absolutely professional and knowledgeable; she communicates all the details and provides updates quickly and thoroughly. She explained everything that was happening and answered all our questions very clearly. She went back and finished things the previous attorney left incomplete and guided us through the decisions we needed to make.
It took Danielle a few short months to get things finished out even during covid-19 when it had taken the other person well over 8 months to do half of what Danielle did. I'm very impressed with her level of commitment to get everything finalized and closed out in a timely fashion.

I contacted Mr. Hancock after his name was given to me by a good friend. I had asked her if she knew of attorney who would be able to help my senior mother prepare a Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney, Financial and Medical Power of Attorney, and not charge her an amount that would cause a coronary. I also wanted someone that she would feel comfortable with, and Mr. Hancock was the perfect lawyer for her. He was not only very welcoming, he was very understanding that my mom has early on-set dementia, and was able to communicate with her on a level where she was able to explain what she wanted included her the will.
I am getting ready to have my own Will and PofA's done and will definitely be contacting Mr Franklin to prepare these for me.

Jason is a friend from church. When I approached him for advice about a claim from an auto accident that left me with permanent injuries, the time for filing the claim had nearly expired. Jason began to work for me immediately. He made every effort to settle the claim through mediation, experiencing the same frustration I had experienced with the insurer. Jason was marvelous throughout the trial. He prepared each witness extremely well, presented a well documented and thorough case, and gave keen attention to details. The jury award was substantially higher than mediation would have rendered. Jason Page has represented me for the past year in a case which involved a piece of longleaf timberland I own in eastern North Carolina. Someone impersonated me and sold my timber to a local forest products company. Jason Page helped me recover my damages from the insurance firm representing the timber company. My mediation was completed in January 2012.
I was extremely satisfied with his help on all levels. He was available and responsive through emails and telephone calls and always kept me in the loop with regards to papers that he filed and developments in my case. His background of working in timber before becoming a lawyer made him especially valuable in my case…volumes, pricing, optimal merchandising of a timber tract…all are a bit obscure if you are not in the timber world.
But in a broader sense, this is a person who I would use for any legal matter that he is willing to take on. His honesty, prompt attention to detail, and full involvement with the case at hand all commend him. With more lawyers like Jason Page, the public impression of the profession would get a big boost.

Hired Jonathan to transfer my business from OR to NC. He was able to do it quickly and dissolve the LLC in OR. The NC govt sites arent much help in telling how to do this exactly but I am sure they would be all up your butt if you did it wrong......so glad Jonathan was able to do this for me.

I contacted Harvell and Collins about an IRS issue. Mr. Foster conducted a consultation, examined my documents and listed to my personal situation. Mr.Koenig was knowledgeable and professional as we reviewed policies
on home ownership rights and problems. The need to possibly change
or transfer the deed, the pros and cons associated with any change;
the other possible options: refinancing or sale of the home. He provided
specific facts and costs of each options, facts of NC law relative to each option, and positive and negative financial and/or personal consequences related to each of those options. We reviewed local housing levels of care options for seniors, from rentals to assisted living.
Lastly we reviewed the NC law on tenancy; the right to rent out a room
to either stranger or family; when and how one might evict if necessary.
Mr. Koenig provided dates of upcoming appropriate information sessions. He explained a remedy to an incomplete Will and Power of
Attorney. I surely will recommend him to others and will return to use his
services as needed.
