Austin agreed to represent me after my father passed. The timing of the engagement is key in these matters. Prior to completing the initial negotiations he resigned stating that he had two cases in court and couldn't give it the time needed. He also missed very important correspondences he had already received on one of the issues causing it to be discussed for at least 5 hours unnecessarily in which I was billed for at $300 an hour. He also does not listen well and caused many other issues that wasted more time, which, of course means more money. He was paid $11k and left me with absolutely nothing in writing to show any outcome or even any directions toward the issues still at hand. There are a number of things he could have done to at least somewhat close out the relationship with some definitive resolutions but he didn't. It's too bad, I waited a long time before posting this because the truth is I like Austin, I know he's smart and seems to also be caring but he just seemed to have a preconceived idea in his mind and just headed in his own direction like a bull with blinders on. It was that hard to get something clear to him. I also wanted to make sure I didn't have any emotions involved. Now, its been 4 months and the facts are he seemed to involved in his own agenda. Timing was everything here. I absolutely would have been happy to pay for what was suppose to happen. But in the end the only winner here was Austin. I would have been better off to have never engaged his services. Since writing this review I read the work that Austin was putting together and he is s good attorney. Better then most. He keeps in touch, he's wide and knows his business. I tried to work with him again but the fallout was too much. I felt it only right to update my review. The only thing that still bothers me is I did feel he had integrity and that he cared to do the right thing. In my vade he never did because, well plain and simple, we had a misunderstanding and rather than work through it he decided to my detriment to throw me away. Unfortunately this is the cause with people in this world today.

I met Joshua in December of 2016. My sister had suddenly passed away. She was the sole caretaker for my father who was suffering from dementia and was in a memory care facility. I found myself facing the most severe crisis of my life. I had no authority to make any decisions on my father's behalf or to pay his expenses. I knew I needed to petition the court for guardianship fast! My father passed away in December of 2018. It is now July, 2019. My father's estate just closed. I could write a book on the two and a half years that has passed. Joshua was there for me like a friend from day one. He told me the truth when I needed to hear it the most. He kept me focused on what was important and patiently tolerated my panic attacks and irrational fears. Every step of the way I knew Joshua was there with the best interests of my father in mind. I was recommended Mr Pops by my neighbor to consult him about my wife’s dementia and how to best get help for her. In the process, he drafted my estate plan which consisted of a will, durable power of attorney, healthcare directive and disposition of remains. My children have stopped worrying about decisions they did not want to make about my health. I have stopped worrying about my wife’s future, and that my kids will inherit my estate. I have nothing but praise for Mr. Pops and have already recommended him to several people.

Other than wanting me to "go with the flow" instead if challenging CPS allegations which I fully regret, I can't blame the lawyer, only my own decision. Mr. Desmond is very professional and an outstanding attorney as well as his team of lawyers.

We want to thank Hye Young Park and (Chris) Desmond Law for standing up for me and getting the ball rolling and my 2 son's home where they belong. I was dealing with false cps reports by scorn ex, my pierce county attorney (Fred Thorne) told me 2 file for dependency and left us right after...no attorney after case switched counties and my case stopped fell thru the cracks and into the system and to the bottom of the pile of 4 socal workers desks for a year.. Abandoned, Single Father, victim of DV with 5,6 y/o boys, kids in dependency due to not being able to keep them safe(from mom) and Hye Young Park accepted my impossible case and got the ball rolling and our nightmare was shortly over. In a matter of weeks Hye Young Park had my kids staying over nights and then their trial return home and then permanently home with their FATHER! Case dismissed! She was attentive, very professional, smart and she came at dcyf with a demanding force THANK YOU! MUCH RESPECT!

I have worked with David since April of 2014 on a erroneous creditor collection that was destroying my credit. David helped me fight this major credit card company that "over reacted" to the collection mistake on my credit. In the 30 days it took to dispute the collection error of $100, the major credit card dropped my credit line, charged me insane interest rates and just like a game of domino's red flagged all my other credit cards to panic and do the same. I of course hired David and step by step he gave me the tools I needed to not only fight it but counter sue. It took 2 years of playing their game but in the end it was all worth it! I can't thank David enough and would and have referred to everyone I know, including family members. In my line of work I have worked with many attorneys and David is in a class of his own. Endless Integrity which is so much appreciated and very hard to find these days! Thank YOU AGAIN DAVID! :)

Most lawyers I've worked with do the minimum (if any) work to just mark the task as "done". However, Jerry goes above and beyond. He offers suggestions that definitely make his life more difficult, to help the customer, without extra compensation. He works very hard and deserves every penny he earns.

Scott was an outstanding resource as we produced estate and will documents for the first time. He was generous with his time, common sense about explaining terms and scenarios for our understanding, and communicative so that our time together was well-spent and efficient. Scott is a very pleasant individual, so the interactions never seems strained or formal. I would also comment on his excellent follow-up and after-the-fact communications to ensure our docs were stored well, that we had access to the digital files, and provide ongoing guidance about any potential revision based on purchases we had made or changes in income status. I highly recommend Scott Beetham for personal legal work.

Paul is a well informed individual that is looking out for your best interest. He will note when he starts his clock and will ask what support you are looking for. From there he will be able guide you through his knowledge of how the system works and what the process is like one way or another. He will take you down multiple paths in order to paint a large picture for you, so you can make the best decisive decision possible. He was able to answer my questions within the hour period, so I felt we used our time wisely. I highly recommend, Samuel Fenton and WHC Law. We were in an unfortunate situation where a contractor abandoned a job with our deposit after doing little work that was not to code. Contractor was unresponsive, let licensing laps, and appeared to not have resources to make whole. Samuel created a strategy that was based on limited resource engagement on a limited budget to effectively recoup funds with limiting engagement from the non responsive, under capitalized contractor. The others I spoke with told me I didn't have a case and even though I understood that and still wanted to move forward they didn't want to help me. When I spoke with Matthew he listened to what I had to say and was willing to help me. He was very direct with me regarding my case which I appreciated. He quoted me a flat fee and was able to stick to the quoted cost. He represented me with my former employer and was able to negotiate a nice severance for me when others told me I had no chance. He was timely in his communication and always kept me informed. I'd highly recommend him.

They represented me and my grandma on here death bed. And did nothing right and I still owe them money which I happily let go to collections cause when I went to sell my house from my grandma I couldn't sell it cause everyone who step down as power of attorney didn't file it correctly threw stiles and stiles which means when I went to sell the house I had to get all new signatures from those people who step down again. Which means they didn't do there job and they still think I should pay

Chellie Anderson has been an absolute cornerstone in my experience with legal support, working alongside attorney Joshua Bruner with a level of expertise and reliability that's both impressive and deeply reassuring. She feels like a second lawyer on the legal team. Will Reingold was one of the attorneys who represented me in my divorce. Will’s overall attentiveness to the case and its myriad of deadlines demonstrated a high degree of detail-orientation that was incredibly reassuring during a very difficult period. It was a contentious case in which many motions were filed by both parties, which meant a lot of legal writing had to be done. Will’s writing was unfailingly crisp, concise (while still comprehensive), and persuasive. Through his writing I could tell how seriously he took my case, and how much he cared about the way his rhetoric would put me in a position to achieve a positive outcome. Additionally, the speed with which Will was able to produce incredibly well-written artifacts was equally impressive. If you are looking for someone to do excellent work for you, you will be hard pressed to find a better writer than Will.

What a pleasure it is to work with a competent, energetic, personable, timely, reliable, knowledgable, careful, professional attorney. Mr. Armstrong, Esq. completed documents for Last Will and Testament, Estate Trust, Power of Attorney, Transfer of Deed, Health Care Directive, Community Property Agreement, and other financial arrangements in a prompt and professional manner. Preparation of legal documents entailed knowledge and consultation about international tax liabilities, type of Trust required, advice from an accountant, and arranging a mobile Notary Public. Our situation was very complicated and unusual but it all came together at the end with a big sigh of relief and great admiration and appreciation for Mr. Armstrong as our legal advisor. In addition to possessing strong technical skills, strategic instincts and a vast base of legal knowledge Jill has an innate ability to make difficult situations more manageable for everybody involved. Her calm and measured approach to problem solving is contagious and her concern for the well being of all participants obvious. Jill's counsel extends beyond matters of legality. When dealing with complex estate matters she is great at considering the needs and personalities of each of the family members involved. Her advice leads to good outcomes that leave our family members feeling personally satisfied in addition to professionally successful. I would recommend her more strongly but do not want to share her services with any other clients.

I read the great reviews and am currently going to this lawyer to get my estate planning done. It is mid-March and my first meeting was in December and things are still not completed and I have no expected delivery date. I have a very simple estate. I'm not sure if this is the usual timeline for lawyers, but I think things are moving too slowly. Also, beware to get fees clearly explained up front. I was told one thing on the phone; that the initial consultation was free. Then I received a bill for that service. My fault for not getting it in writing intially! Please learn from my mistake and protect yourself. I am trying to get the estate plan completed so that I can put that fee towards the total bill and have something to show for it instead of an expensive consultation that was supposed to be free and no estate plan.

When there were much bigger events in our lives and we needed an attorney she was there for us to show us exactly what we should do! That was over 10 years ago! After my wife died I had to go through probate because she died unexpectedly without a Will.
