I wish that I had enough writing space to express just how competent and skilled Brian Loffredo has been with respect to my legal matter. Brian came to me as a highly regarded referral and I first reached out to him in the midst of a very busy holiday week. Even with that being the case, Brian returned my call immediately. Unfortunately my Mother passed away without having a Will or any of her Estate affairs in order. Prior to my mothers passing I had never handled an Estate before. I contacted a few attorneys but didn't feel they were the right fit for all of the complications pertaining to the Estate. Some attorney's weren't even willing to take it on. A neighbor of mine (who is an attorney) suggested that I contact Mr. Andre McDonald to handle my Mothers Estate. After our initial phone consultation, I knew immediately that he was the the right fit for all that needed to be accomplished. It was around the holidays. Mr. McDonald went above and beyond the typical duties that involve getting an Estate opened. He stayed involved and was on top of every aspect regarding the Estate throughout the entire process. He followed through with getting the Estate closed in a timely fashion. Mr. McDonald was very professional and knew exactly what to do and how to handle the Estate. He was always informative and reliable. Mr. McDonald always personally returned my phone calls and my emails in a timely manner. His staff was very pleasant and a joy to work with during a very hard time in my life. He kept me up to date on anything that needed to be done. Mike is a sharp lawyer that took on my child's contested name change case. He quickly researched the legal issue and Mike said we'd use this law to set our case. The judge provided her decision based on exactly that same statute. He efficiently communicated with me and I was able avoid a costly case. We won the case and I appreciated his opinion in the courtroom and I took his counsel when having to address the court immediately in the trial. I highly recommend him!

I wish there was a way to put in words how great Mike is. I had a case where someone owed me money and he helped me do everything, from what to expect to settling in court to making sure the judgement was entered into the courts and in front of a judge. He also went as far as to make sure that I am not the one who is responsible for late payments. He calmed me down when I was panicking and remained cool and collective throughout the entire process. Usually responds right away even if I email him on a Sunday or late at night. Cannot say enough great things about him. You will not be disappointed with him!

I haven't needed a lawyer in the past but found myself in a difficult and prolonged real estate purchase with protracted title issues. The sellers then said they were canceling my contract. After two weeks of worry and trying to build a case to support my position, my realtor suggested I contact Mike. When I went to see him Mike had already looked over my documents. He listened carefully, asked questions to be sure he understood the situation and the outcome I was looking for, and suggested a path forward. He wrote one letter over the weekend to the seller's attorney. The letter was short, succinct, and unequivocal. Two days later the seller's attorney said they would honor the original contract. The process to purchase the property excellerated noticeably and was resolved within the next few months. I can't say enough good things about Mike, his abilities to listen, narrow the information to its critical components, clarify the concerns and needs of his clients, and take decisive action. I hope I don't need an attorney in the future, but if I do, it will be Mike Bramnick

Mr. Shore was awesome. In a discrimination claim from an unhappy rental prospect, Tony guided me in handling the issue adroitly and with delicacy. The HUD inspector was satisfied that I had done nothing wrong nor inappropriate. The claim was dismissed.
Mr. Shore also aided me in preparing arguments against fines levied on me by an HOA. The fines were ultimately dismissed.
I would strongly recommend Mr. Shore to anyone with real estate issues.

We've unfortunately been involved in 3 different lawsuits and had 3 different lawyers. Chris is BY FAR our favorite. Lawsuits inherently suck your money dry and it's hard to feel good about a lawsuit or your lawyer given whatever situation you are dealing with. Chris is incredibly hardworking and thorough. When we first contacted him, we needed a lawsuit filed very quickly as we were approaching an important date that would change the facts on the ground. Chris worked tirelessly to pull together our initial filing to protect our rights and reached out to relevant stakeholders for affidavits, making himself available for several last minute signatures. He also specifically took action to file the case or respond in certain ways given how Covid has changed the way that the courts are functioning in DC (e.g., e-filing vs. going to the court, etc.).
Our case was factually and legally complex and he worked for several months to negotiate with the opposing counsel and was extremely communicative with us throughout the process. Going to trial would have been costly and his ability to work with opposing counsel to come to an agreed upon resolution saved us a lot of money, and he was even able to negotiate some of the resolution costs be placed upon the defense, which saved us even more money (and energy!).
Lastly, his approach and his demeanor towards us was respectful and thoughtful and made us feel like we were in good hands through the whole process. We would enthusiastically recommend him to others.
