David has represented my company for more than 15 years. We can always count on him to be there with a cool head and excellent legal advice. He has helped us with everything from updating or creating our contracts, collecting old debt, partnership agreements, contract disputes or sometimes just a well-worded letter to help move a stick in the mud. One thing I can say about Mr. Hotes, he is always on your side the way it is needed. If we ask for fire and brimstone he will be there, if we need him to help nudge a friend, he will be there. If we need a contract to say what needs to be said but with a delicate touch, he is your attorney. I sleep well at night for two reasons, I have excellent insurance and Dave Hotes.

It could have been a timing issue, but it took 10 days and three attempts to finally connect. The day before we were to finally speak, I retained someone else who I was spoke with and had a connection. He did offer a hour consultation pro-bono, which was a nice touch, but I had retained someone already.

I needed assistance with navigating the purchase of a business I was helping to build. The case had a lot of unusual circumstances, and David expertly structured the deal so that we got what we wanted. Very poor communication. Can take months before you get a response. I do not recommend. I totally regretted engaging the services of Raju. You're better off drafting your petition yourself because that is what it'll boil down to, you're on your own.

My experience with Raju Law was very disappointing due to poor communication. Throughout the entire process, I never had the opportunity to speak directly with the attorney handling my case. Instead, I was always redirected to the paralegal, who often provided vague or incomplete information. This lack of direct access to the attorney left me feeling ignored and uncertain about the status of my case. The communication issues became so frustrating that I ultimately had to withdraw my case from their firm. I expected a higher level of professionalism and client care, and unfortunately, Raju Law fell far short of that.

I chose this law firm (specifically Adam Moskowitz) based on a referral from my Financial Advisor at Charles Schwab. From my initial telephone conversation with Adam, I felt relaxed, very comfortable, and certain that I had made the right decision. I needed Adam and his team to put together a comprehensive Estate Plan for me...which would include my Will, a Revocable Trust Agreement, an Advance Medical Directive, and Power of Attorney. I also needed advice and guidance on a few other matters relating to my 'estate'. Once all of the documents were drawn up, I physically met with Adam and his team. Adam was extremely patient, listened to all of my concerns, and explained everything in 'basic' terms....taking as much time as I needed to review and understand the entire process and all of the legal documents that I was signing. He made me feel valued as a client. I left his office with the peace of mind that I needed. He definitely deserves 5+ Stars!!

Mr. Shore was awesome. In a discrimination claim from an unhappy rental prospect, Tony guided me in handling the issue adroitly and with delicacy. The HUD inspector was satisfied that I had done nothing wrong nor inappropriate. The claim was dismissed.
Mr. Shore also aided me in preparing arguments against fines levied on me by an HOA. The fines were ultimately dismissed.
I would strongly recommend Mr. Shore to anyone with real estate issues.

Unfortunately my Mother passed away without having a Will or any of her Estate affairs in order. Prior to my mothers passing I had never handled an Estate before. I contacted a few attorneys but didn't feel they were the right fit for all of the complications pertaining to the Estate. Some attorney's weren't even willing to take it on. A neighbor of mine (who is an attorney) suggested that I contact Mr. Andre McDonald to handle my Mothers Estate. After our initial phone consultation, I knew immediately that he was the the right fit for all that needed to be accomplished. It was around the holidays. Mr. McDonald went above and beyond the typical duties that involve getting an Estate opened. He stayed involved and was on top of every aspect regarding the Estate throughout the entire process. He followed through with getting the Estate closed in a timely fashion. Mr. McDonald was very professional and knew exactly what to do and how to handle the Estate. He was always informative and reliable. Mr. McDonald always personally returned my phone calls and my emails in a timely manner. His staff was very pleasant and a joy to work with during a very hard time in my life. He kept me up to date on anything that needed to be done. I was rear ended very badly one night on my way home and the injuries that I sustained from this accident changed my body in ways that are permanent. I had a prior experience in a bodily injury claim in the early 2000s so I was a bit familiar with the process, but this experience was next level for me. Mr. Bergman and his team were wonderful in their referrals for the medical help that I desperately needed. Being that I am an older man now, my body does not bounce back as quickly as it did 20 years ago. The person that hit me had a minimum policy and my injuries were greater than that. Thankfully, I have a better policy with my own insurance, and Mr. Bergman was able to get all the money available in both policies to compensate me for my injuries, pain and suffering. I am very confident in Mr. Bergman’s skills in getting the job done and I am very appreciative to him for such wonderful results in my case. I would highly recommend to him to anyone that has been in an accident.
