Years ago this man charged me and my mother 1000 dollars for a 10 minute consultation to tell us he needed 50,000 to take my mom as a client and told her to unbury the money she stole from the government . Even after we told him while my mother cried that she did not have this money that they were accusing her of Stealing in a white collar case . The lack of sympathy for my mom who is now deported haunts me And should haunt him good life niel Ruskin .

My best friend referred me to Vincent J. Romano to handle my court case. Upon meeting him for a consultation he made me aware of all the law procedures that were needed to be taken to close this court case. I explained to him my livelihood is on the line and that I needed a dismissal, not an A. C. D. . (Adjournment in contemplation of dismissal) . Romano assured me that he will work towards that outcome. His extensive knowledge of the law and his ability to work accurately with close attention to detail was very impressive to me. Lisa Pullini is so nice. I was in a real bad situation where I was losing my home. She helped me remove all the tenants quick and sell the home quick. I owed water and taxes. I lived far away. Lisa Let me make installment plan payments for the law fees so that I can keep my family in my home. I owed everyone money. The water dept and tax dept were after me. She continued to help me. Lisa was able to smooth out a closing with my brother who never took care over my dying parents. When my parents died my brother was there with his hands out for his share of the inheritance. Obviously I was very upset with my brother's behavior. Lisa was able to stop my brother and I from feuding at the 10 hour closing in which we were bickering over every last dime. I thank Lisa for keeping me calm and getting this horrible period of my life over. Many bad memories in my mind from taking care of sick parents alone with no help from other family could have destroyed my closing. I was able to move on and pick up the pieces of my life. We recently sold The Condo Unit From Hell and I was unusually frantic about something going wrong with the deal. In fact, we had moved out immediately after a man was shot and killed outside our building in the early evening--just one of several gun shot events near our building--and we sold it as a vacant unit. The buyers asked for an unusual concession (a reduced escrow) and I would have agreed instantly to almost anything. But Donald didn't like giving so much up, so he crafted a novel rider to the contract that fully protected our interests while simultaneously solving the buyer's escrow problem. During due diligence, the buyer's attorney was sniffing around the condo documents, on the verge of discovering an ill-advised set of proposed bylaw changes that the ignorant board president was still trying to get passed. I told Donald the whole story with the bylaws. He distilled my account and truthfully informed the other attorney, who cleared the buyers to sign. The closing itself was smooth and flawless. The upshot is, if you're selling real estate, it hardly matters who your attorney is unless something goes wrong. Donald Fraser has a great word-of-mouth reputation and deservedly so.
