Aside from his highly professional conduct, he has an excellent "bedside manner". He has a way of thoroughly explaining complicated legal documents and concepts without being condescending. Sarah is so on point and so quick, it's unbelievable. Thank God she was on OUR side! She's absolutely trustworthy, diligent, committed and ethical. She's one of the people who will ultimately make a difference, and who made a great difference in my life. I wasn't even the main client in a group of cases involving tenants in a building in foreclosure. There were 8 cases in our building. Sarah's clients were the tenants who had children. She arranged with the court to have the cases consolidated into one venue, and she took the time to appear in the courtroom where I had my case, representing me as a friend of the court, and arranged with the judge to include my case with those being consolidated, which gave me crucial protection. She arranged for all the tenants involved, including me, to individually conference at court with the attorney for the bank/landlord, and though he previously had been a very brusque and intimidating man, we found, after Sarah's negotiation with him, that he was very reasonable with each of us, and we all reached satisfactory agreements with him. This would not have happened without the intervention of Sarah Mathison. I'd like to say thank you to her once again (2 years later).

Nadya Kramerova was my real estate attorney when I purchased my first home in the course of October through November 2015. She was extremely knowledgeable about the purchasing and the contract-drafting process. She explained with clarity and patience on all the questions I had, no matter how detailed. When the seller's attorney sent over their draft of the contract, she sat down with me, pointed out all the items that either don't apply or shouldn't be included. At the closing, she took the time to explain to me what the title company does and their role in the process. She is extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her service to anyone who's purchasing their first home or otherwise!

My husband and I used Marc Taylor and his practice to assist us in his adjustment of status process from an H-1B1 Visa to a marriage based Green Card. Marc Taylor and his practice made the process extremely easy. We were able to file for adjustment within 2 months of hiring Mr. Taylor. They made sure all the paperwork was straight forward and gave us clear instructions, which made the process as lease stressful as possible. The practice was extremely attentive to any emails we sent and usually responded within 12 hours, if it was a business day. We extremely appreciated the great communication. I believe that with their help, we were able to receive the Green Card in a timely manner.
Another benefit with Mr. Taylor and his practice, was his fees. We looked at numerous attorneys in the New York City area and were pleased with the fees that we paid to Mr. Taylor.
All in all, we were very pleased with Mr. Taylor and his practice. We still have paperwork that we will have to fill out in regards to my husband's Green Card and Naturalization in the future and we plan to retain Mr. Taylor and his firm when the time comes.
