Nicole Alvarez, Esq is an absolute dream of a criminal defense lawyer. She was recommended to me for her amazing reputation, which she lived up to. Her knowledge of the law and know how to navigate the legal system as well as the respect of the court makes her the best choice to your guide thorough legal issues. My particular case took several years to finally end in a positive outcome, by putting trust in her, being patient (as the courts do take their sweet time) and understand she is out there fighting for you, even if you don’t hear anything in months. She’s fighting for the best outcome she can get and just doesn’t settle on the first, simple or quickest outcome to get you in and out, but what’s the best outcome for you, the client, she can get!! 10 stars!!!

Very rude straight off from the beginning of the call. The "attorney" was very agitated, RUTHLESS, aggressive, angry, and repulsive as I was trying to explain my case. How is this firm a 5 star rating????? The "attorney" did a lot of talking with no solution to anything and on the other hand was truly very nasty, cold, careless, and extremely unprofessional in demeanor, Tone of voice and attitude. Don't ever try calling these people they are verbally aggressive. I Wouldn't even give one star this law office or "attorney" deserves a negative rating. Probably woke up on the wrong side of the bed however I don't deserve that treatment especially when I'm trying to find help and not to be attacked.

I am a full time real estate investor. I was introduced to Mr. Martinez by an RE agent handling the resale of a property acquired at a foreclosure auction. After purchasing several properties at auction over the years, I thought I had thoroughly researched this property prior to bidding and purchasing it. A few days prior to closing with a buyer, I received a call from their closing agent informing me there was an existing superior loan which essentially wiped out any equity I had in the property. I had invested $180,000 in this property, needless to say I was very concerned. For several days I researched on my own and visited several local attorneys who could not give me a straightforward answer on resolving this problem. When I met with Mr. Martinez he immediately went to work. Within 72 hours it had been resolved and I was ready to close! I have retained his services several times since, and needless to say, due to his dedication, professionalism and invaluable source of knowledge, he is the ONLY attorney I will work with. It is refreshing to work with an attorney who actually answers calls and emails, keeping you informed of your case. I have highly recommended Mr. Martinez’s services to family, friends and colleagues on several occasions and always hear back with nothing but admirations.

Jen and Enrique treated my wife and I like family. They were available for us anytime we needed them. This included being on call the day of the appointment at the US embassy in London in the United Kingdom. My wife is British. She reported the CBP officials in the UK were so happy with her professional documentation, she was quickly moved through the embassy appointment.
We filed out of the Country for a resident visa. (Green Card). Due to current wait times, this took us a little over a year. Enrique is able to look at similar case times and provided notice in advance to set the initial expectations. He regularly followed up with updates. Filing outside of the Country still allows your spouse to work at home or come into the US on a separate approved visa or work visa. We chose this option as she already had employment with an America company.

I used Fausto for two real-estate investments properties, commercial lease negations and assistance with current commercial landlords for my businesses. Fausto has always been able to achieve the desired result with everything I have given him.
