Nicholas Siegfried has successfully helped our condominium association handle delinquent homeowners, epecially those that stopped paying their maintenance assessments as soon as they were foreclosed and knew they could continue living for free during many years before their mortgager executes the foreclosure. The association feels powerless against a Florida legal system that protects the banks and mortgagers more than condominiums and HOA's. Our questions and requests for legal opinion have usually been answered promptly.

Mr. Kavulich may have a great deal of success in Real Estate law, but is a novice when it comes to matters in the Family Law arena. I retained Mr. Kavulich in my child custody and time sharing case back in 2009. I wasted three years of my time and money with Mr. Kavulich. In the end I withdrew from my case in May 2012. I have not seen my child in almost 2 years. I pay child support, but have zero rights and contact with my child. Mr. Kavulich did not help me gain any time sharing with my child in 2 and a half years as my attorney.

Stolle Trustee money, lied to me. I know at least of other 2 victims.
Took case what she was not qualified to. Tried to get more money from the case what already been lost because she never paid Trustee, knownly the case cannot be reopened since nobody showed at the hearing. Told me not to go to the hearing and tried to charge me agin. After all sent me fraudulent invoice with fraudulent charges on flat fees which already been paid as agreed. She should not be licensed and must be disbarred.

The attorney missed a critical piece of information regarding a discrepancy between the HOA in my contract and the HOA in the estoppel. I spoke with Adam about this oversight to which he agreed that it was an unfortunate situation. When making such a large purchase, you want to feel confident that the team you have behind you is on the ball, looking out for their clients, and are accountable, unfortunately that is not the case for the Adam Josephs firm. I emailed Adam about a month ago requesting a partial refund or inquiring what he thought would be fair considering the circumstances, and he has yet to reply.

I went for a consultation with Mr. Milian for him to advice me on an emergency condo election issues two weeks prior. Contracted him to reply to our questions. Paid him. I reminded him hours before the election and he said he would have to reply. when the reply came it was a cut and paste job of the sunshine law’s elections procedures manual! none of our questions were answered and We found ourselves defenseless causing serious consequences for our community. Do not count on this lawyer at all if you are serious about having legal advice, And not at all you have an emergency.
