I sought Ms. Wilson’s counsel for my divorce after firing an incompetent attorney, and while the divorce took much longer than I thought, I can’t say enough positive things about her. She responded promptly to my calls and emails, and always kept me apprised of any communication with the opposing attorney. The settlement of my divorce was more than I anticipated, and she helped me avoid a jury trial, which the opposing attorney had requested. Divorce is painful; however, if you find yourself in need of legal counsel, I highly recommend Carol Wilson.

Only could afford a 45 minute consultation. One of the few attorneys cometent in a Bill of Reveiw appeal. Asked all the tough questions and expected consistent answers. Defined exactly what could be done and what couldn't. Didn't get trapped in nuance or that no injustice should be any reason of an appeal. Accepted my premises but said the court may not. In the end he spent over an hour with me. Offered to work with me on the financial aspect but my appeal is from Family Court and felt his talents would be wasted. In the end he provided invaluable inforamation to work with the firm I did retain.

Julie Blend advocated on my behalf in a complex, multi-layered, breach-of-contract case involving the acquisition of a business in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. She filed the suit after the seller refused to turnover the business to me pursuant to the properly executed agreement between the parties. I was somewhat concerned as we went to trial because this was Julie's “first” (stand-alone) case of her legal career. However, my trepidation was short-lived... My business is in Sacramento, CA and David helped me thorugh a nasty litigation process in Texas. After obtaining a summary judgement, the defendant hid assets. David uncovered them and brought that person to his knees despite Texas' laws in favor of people who behave this way. This guy is a great attorney! He worked on a case for me that several other attorneys said was too much work and frankly, they were scared to have to go to trial. This was a business dispute where the other party materially breached the contract and thought they were just going to get away with it because they hired a white shoe law firm. Lindy put me at ease in the first 10 minutes and was very honest with me about the cost/benefit analysis and most importantly he educated me on the legal process.
