Just want to say "Thank You Mark" for all of your help when I was in a time crunch! I was a contractor who had not been paid for work on a home that was closing in 14 days. Mark quickly filed a lien on the property and coordinated with the Closing Attorney so that I could get paid. What a relief! I would highly recommend Mark to anyone!

They handled two unrelated legal matters with different in house attorneys and both were very knowledgeable in each situation. Cynthia negotiated my lease for a commercial retail space. I’m so glad she did, she got me much more favorable terms to the lease. Andrew Kaiser helped me with a business separation agreement in getting out of a business partnership that was not at all amicable and got nastier by the day. James is very attentive and very detailed oriented. This is why he does most of my legal work. He’s done my will and medical directive. He was my closing attorney on my house. He also handled my car accident which resulted in a 6 figure settlement. He’s a bulldog in the courtroom and the nicest guy. I have used De'Anne on multiple occasions to help me with legal issues regarding my business. I first met her when I took out an equity line on my home. I was so impressed by her combination of professionalism and warmth that I knew I would go to her in the future for any legal needs. When I started my business, she represented me through all aspects of the legal process. Because my business type was not currently allowed in Georgia, I ran into difficulty getting licensed by the state of Georgia. I hired and attorney who advised that I sue the state and he charged me thousands of dollars. The result was disaster and completely jeopardized any chance of success. Ms. Grayson was very helpful in explaining why I needed more than just a will for my children and why it was important to have a health care directive, power of attorney and the pros and cons of setting up a trust. She prepared my will and health care directive and I thought her fees were very reasonable. I also have a friend with a special needs child and she seemed very knowledgeable about Social Security and how to prepare to take care of such a child through wills and trusts. She really seemed to care about helping and not just running up her fees.

I have closed multiple properties in four states, and the closing with Anne was the easiest by far . The seller was being a bit difficult regarding the closing date, and she coordinated everything facilitating closing meetings that worked for both parties. She was always available on her cell. The actual closing was a simple 10 minute meeting. I highly recommend specifying Anne as the closing attorney in your next contract.

This Attorney was great! My case did not necessarily turn out the way I wanted but that certainly did not negate the incredible service I received from this attorney. There were a few things I did not agree with in the outcome but it's still overall worked out. After working with this attorney, I am confident that I would secure his services if ever needed again. He was the first and the only attorney to truly hear me out and see that I had sincere and valid concerns, and it was his perception and his ability to hear those things that helped me gain ground in many of the areas within the case. Jake handled a very nasty speeding ticket my son received while driving back to Raleigh through GA over spring break. My son, not realizing how serious the ticket was, procrastinated in contacting us about the ticket. We only contacted Jake a few days before the court date in which my son was compelled to appear. Nevertheless, Jake was very responsive, candid, and entertainingly colorful in his assessment of our situation. The outcome greatly exceeded our expectations as well. We were able to get the charge reduced significantly without having to appear in court, and so much so that the points didn't transfer to NC, which kept my insurance from going through the roof. I couldn't have asked for a better result, and couldn't have been more pleased with the services of Jake.

Lauren Hall Williamson was beyond great on helping us with a property line issue. We have use her many times for other things such as home closings ( 3 times ) and she has always been a delight to deal with. I highly recommend her to represent you should you be looking for a really good lawyer.

The work Lauren Williamson did for me was meticulous. She handled the closing of my house, among other issues. She made sure I knew everything that was going to happen, every step of the way. She worked seamlessly with my realtor and the closing went off without a hitch (due entirely to Lauren's efforts, because the seller's lawyer screwed up a couple of times. Also, the mistakes she caught could have ended up costing me a lot of money down the road, so I am doubly grateful). She is focused on making absolutely certain that the job is done right. She will work incredibly hard to make sure every detail in in place so that you will never have problems in the future. She is very straight forward, and will make sure that you know the facts of your case and will not be sideswiped by some unexpected occurrence. She is honest and hardworking, and will get the job done for you, and it will be done right. I recommend her and her office without reservation.

Ms. Williamson represented me in a divorce and was very thorough in advising me on a settlement. Ms. Williamson is upfront with what she believes is obtainable, and explains the process thoroughly. What could have been a very stressful experience was turned into a smooth process. My wife and I closed on our house on 3/6/2013. I hired Mr Michmerhuizen over 6 yrs ago for a car accident case. I had multiple issues and it wasn't an easy case. Steve and his team were extremely thorough and didn't rush to try and get quick money. He waited until I was at my best medically and then we went to finish up my case. He is very patient and always professional. I do not believe any other attorney could have gotten the results that he got for me. I would highly recommend this law firm. They are all great people.

Edwin took pains to understand the business background behind the lawsuit. For the first time we felt heard by the lawyers. We also knew where every dollar was going and did not feel we were charged for work not performed or work that did not bring a return.

Schklar & Heim provided sound advice and guidance with a very difficult financial case involving fraud, life insurance and the mishandling of assets. I was appointed by the Superior Court of Fulton Couty to act as a Special Master in a highly complex legal malpractice case in which Mr. Schklar represented a number of well-known VC firms. I had never met Mr. Schklar, so I did not know what to expect from him or his fairly small firm. I was, to say the least, pleasantly surprised. The level of thoughtful preparation evidenced by Mr. Schklar and everyone on his team was truly impressive. Although his firm was much smaller than those on the other side, Mr. Schklar and his team were never out-work or out-prepared.
