I appreciated his willingness to give me a brief description of Georgia Law relating to a water related issue that popped up after my neighbor did some landscaping last winter. He also advised me to try to avoid the court system-something I knew I wanted to avoid, but I appreciate a lawyer who isn't trying to drum up expensive work for himself.
I also appreciate that he was willing to do a brief 5-minute phone conversation without charge.

Mr. Daughdrill answered my questions relative to urban tree law by outlining the guiding general concepts and also by providing specific answers to my more targeted questions. Best of all he responded rapidly to my initial message and I was able to speak with him quickly which to me is one of the more important attributes to consider when engaging an attorney. My Lawyer, Jennifer Herzog helped us through legal proceedings with a child custody/visitation agreement. I recently had the opportunity to work with Brad. He handled a case for that was not clear cut, but required a good understanding of the field in which he was practicing. He was persistent, he kept me in the loop, and negotiated a successful result.
Brad also clearly understood how the process was likely to unfold, and accurately presented the time line the case would follow. I was amazed. In addition, he was a careful steward of time and expenses, keep costs low.

Mr. Legare lead me through the process of putting a will together, and all aspects of the adavanced medical directives. These included a living will, health care proxy and durable power of attorney. During the process, Mr. Legare discussed in detail the process, terms and answered any questions I had. Since we completed the estate planning and medical directives I have gone back to Mr. Legare for various other legal questions unrelated to the previous work. He hs been very helpful and responded very quickly.

Having Eric Welch represent me in my DUI case was a godsend. I was facing a 3rd DUI and I was very concerned about my future. I would recommend these attorneys to any of my family and friends. They were very knowledgeable and fought for me even when I had a citation against me. The police officers found me at fault and gave me a ticket even though I was innocent. Josh went above and beyond to protect my rights against an overreaching City and solved the problem at the lowest possible level without litigation or even headache. The Georgia DOT was about to condemn my property to widen a road. I hired Josh and he took the time to walk me through the condemnation process. He then reviewed the road plans with me and explained exactly what the DOT was taking. Josh answered every one of my questions and I felt a great sense of relief when I left his office after my initial consultation. He really put my mind at ease. Once negotiations started with DOT, Josh had already compiled all of the local sales comps and the DOT’s lawyer knew that Josh was willing to go to court if necsssary to get me the most money for the property that was being condemned. Kevin helped me with a residential construction contract issue that ultimately went sour, and fast. He quickly assessed the fact pattern surrounding my situation and was equally quick to identify all the issues and angles and formulate a strategy therefrom. He made most of the other attorneys we spoke to look like My Cousin Vinnie, but before Vinnie won his case.
Also, Kevin drafted an awesome complaint that garnered very high praise and compliments from at least 2 other attorneys who read it.
The best thing is to have Kevin review your real estate and construction contracts before you enter into them. Otherwise, and as our experience showed, it's better late than never.

Kevin helped me out with an issue regarding a Residential Building License for the State of Georgia. He gave me heads up on the many and varied issues that could come up regarding this license issue. Once i went to the meeting with the Board for Licensing issues in Macon i felt very prepared and at ease that I could handle whatever question might come up. Just in case an anomaly occurred which we had not thought of, Kevin, gave me his cell number and told me to call him immediately if I felt I needed him. The meeting went well and I did not need him. I think one of the main reasons why things went well is that I was pretty confident I could answer any question thrown at me. Kevin was an integral part of me having that confidence. I recommend him highly and will be using him again on some other things.

My case didn't look too great after the state picked it up and wanted to prosecute as a felony. I knew it was time to find an acceptional Attourney with a winning attitude. Someone that doesn't like to lose just as much as me. I made the call. Mr. Hamilton's receptionist took down my information and within a short amount of time I was speaking to Paul about my case. He never made any promises or told me we would get it dismissed. He did listen to me and understood my position. I was told clearly what I could expect at worse.
The court date arrives. They gave an offer, which Mr. Hamilton politely declined. I left with intentions of trial.
3 hours later I received a call and he told me my case was dismissed and to come handle the paperwork.
With all of this being said, your attorney is only as good as your expectations. I would recommend Paul Hamilton to anyone seeking legal advice/council.
