The Soliz Law Firm is truly amazing. I have had to use them twice. When both my oldest were in separate wrecks that were not their faults. Everyone at the firm is so nice and truly do want what is best for the client and getting you what is deserved. I was laid off from my last employer in 2009. When I received a letter from the TWC that said that my employer was contesting the claim I submitted, I felt I had been hit very hard in the chest. I was given Griffin's name from a relative and from the first phone call I made to him I felt I had someone who understood me and made me feel that I was in the right. I cannot tell you how relieved I felt having him on my side. Through 3 rounds of contesting my claims, I was finally awarded my unemployment claim. I had a business that I needed some help with copy right infringement. I contacted Mr. Vance and we set up a meeting. When I met with Mr. Vance he was very cordial. He listened to what I had to say and what information I could provide. He then made suggestions as to what avenue to take to remedy the situation and provided approximately what it would cost. At no time did I feel that Mr. Vance allowed my situation to be put aside and not addressed. The situation was resolved and the cost was more that fair. I highly recommend Mr.Vance and if necessary will use him again in the future.

I have been in the commercial real estate industry for over 35 years, covering banking, construction and development, with the last 19 years as a Broker, Principal and Manager in the Houston office of one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the world. During that time, I have dealt with countless attorneys on all sides of the equation. Most have been very good at what they do, technically. However, many are either constantly over-subscribed and/or not willing to grind out the midnight oil when time is of the essence, as it almost always is by the time a transaction gets down to the documentation stage.
Tony, out guns them all. He is extremely pragmatic, responsive, fast and efficient, and has an inherent understanding of the difference between being technically correct and what is “deal-appropriate” in the art of getting to "yes". Understanding those differences and being able to provide solid counsel in the trenches, mark the difference between a valued business consultant, who also happens to have a mastery of real estate law versus a technically correct academic, who can materially impede the closing of a sound business agreement.
Without reservation, I highly recommend Tony, and have long since lost count how many of my clients now look to Tony as their Go-To-Guy as well.

I have had the pleasure of working with Tony for the past two and a half years. At the time I was negotiating a complicated land acquisition/development deal and was dissatisfied with the lack of responsive, well-versed, or pro-active real estate legal counsel that I was experiencing at the time. I reached out to several well-respected contacts in the Houston real estate world for a referral. Tony was the only attorney recommended to me by multiple sources (and multiple disciplines in the real estate industry, including lenders, engineers, title companies, and surveyors). Jay is a Christian atty and a very caring man. He takes great care of his clients, and will not take your case if he does not feel that you will win. He is careful about explaining what to expect, and what to look out for during the pre-trail, or fact gathering time. He will explain what to look out for and what not to do. His staff is also good about answering questions when Jay is not in. We have been very fortunate because in both cases we settled out of court. No one wants to hire an attorney, and no one wants to go to court. Some circumstances can change that.
