We were recommended to this lawyer by the Terry Bryant law firm due to his expertise in handling State Farm cases. After our accident, despite having $21k in medical bills, the driver having only a $30k liability limit, and lawyers taking 1/3 of the settlement, we still walked out with $7k in our pocket after negotiations. The lawyer had just 3 months before statute of limitations ran out and was able to get a settlement in time to avoid a lawsuit. We had our money promptly after negotiations ended. Every inquiry was promptly, politely, and intelligently answered. We are extremely happy with this lawyer and would definitely recommend him, especially if you are trying to settle with State Farm.

I was recommended to Mr. Seidel by a fellow worker when I was sued by credit card company. I was a desperate mom, trying to come out of a psychologically and emotionally abusive matrimony. I have being sued by my "husband" for the custody of my daughter, but he had not filed for the divorce. Due to I was having serious economical issues by that time, I went with a pro-bono lawyer, but my case did not move forward, and I was scared of losing my daughter. My daughter's father had told me repeatedly that I will never will get my daughter's custody nor the divorce, as he has lot of money, so he can hire the best lawyers to get whatever he wants from the court. But God is great, and I got a better job. I went with my case to Goldsberry's law firm in Houston TX. My case was accepted and assigned to Dr. Sundermeyer. Dr Sundermeyer was very compassionate and professional. She helped me to understand the divorce process, and objectively told me what would be the best outcomes that I can have. She was very sincere, direct, yet very empathetic, she was always ready to pick my calls or to promptly reply my e-mails. She stood strong for my daughter and me, and presented my viewpoint to the other part, to obtain whatever was just and convenient. Because of her awesome work, I stayed being the primary custodian of my daughter. My daughter's father just got visitations. And despite that finances were not my main concern in this case, Dr. Sundemeyer got sure that my daughter receives a good child support, and I receive a just division of the marital assets, that allows me now to see the future with hope. It’s incredibly hard to get in touch with these people Racquel, always give the run around when we talk every other 3 weeks they are quick to take a case but terrible at keeping in contact; when it was time to get my car repaired it wasn’t enough to get it repaired I had to still come out of pocket even when my insurance wasn’t even involved and still get terrible excuses after going on close to 2 years. I shouldn’t have to keep contacting a company about MY CASE. Once finally settled won’t ever use this company again and don’t recommend
