I was introduced to this attorney during the middle of an ongoing criminal case that was heading in the worst imaginable direction possible. Once I hired this attorney, he took the time to explain the legal aspect of my case and broke down everything to where I was able to understand. Mr. Ezeoke kept me fully updated throughout my entire case. At the time Mr. Ezeoke took my case, I was facing 5 years of federal prison time. Needless to say, I am here writing this review from the comfort of my own home. Mr. Ezeoke had my case dismissed and all charges dropped. He made the impossible look so easy. Once I brought my case to atty. Alphonsus Ezeoke, I knew right then I had chosen the right person to help with my criminal case. This attorney took the time to explain to me the details of my case, which most attorneys have failed to do. He allowed me to work as apart of my case so I would understand all legal aspects dealing with my case. This attorney saved my life, I went from a possible 5 year sentence to all charges dropped. Mr. Ezeoke did not accept any other answer from the Courthouse, because he believed in me.
I recommend this attorney to anyone that is in need of a criminal lawyer or if you need a lawyer that will litigate and truly fight for you.

I found Mr. Preston Lanier on line, when I had a dispute with my neighbor. When I called him first time for a consultation, he was very patient and listened to my issues carefully. Since the case involved legal documents from my title, survey, and the HOA CC&R, I had an initial contract agreement with him for detailed review. I am a real estate agent and met Preston a few years ago when he was purchasing a home I was listing. I was struck then by his intellect and that he was clearly someone well ahead in his field. I have since referred him to others who’ve all raved about him. I had the opportunity to finally work with Preston directly when a complex title issue came up in a sale.
The buyer agent had tried calling other attorneys who took days to call back, were half hearted and didn’t seem to understand the urgency of the situation. So when the decision on which attorney to use fell to my seller, he hired Preston. Preston got to work within minutes of that call and patiently and diligently untangled a difficult situation involving generations of family members, some of whom were estranged, deceased heirs and basically tracked down a homeless heir and got various docs signed remotely. It was miraculous that he accomplished this. Because he never skipped a beat, kept on top of the process, even working over the weekend, the title issue was resolved quickly and the sale stayed in tact. The buyer was days away from terminating so I’m certain had it not been for Preston’s diligence, that home would be back on the market.
I cannot say enough how how impressed I was. Communication throughout was incredible. If I know anyone with real estate legal needs going forward, I won’t hesitate to recomend Preston. If I ever personally end up in real estate legal difficulties, I’d want no one else but Preston by my side. Amazing job Preston.

We were recommended to this lawyer by the Terry Bryant law firm due to his expertise in handling State Farm cases. After our accident, despite having $21k in medical bills, the driver having only a $30k liability limit, and lawyers taking 1/3 of the settlement, we still walked out with $7k in our pocket after negotiations. The lawyer had just 3 months before statute of limitations ran out and was able to get a settlement in time to avoid a lawsuit. We had our money promptly after negotiations ended. Every inquiry was promptly, politely, and intelligently answered. We are extremely happy with this lawyer and would definitely recommend him, especially if you are trying to settle with State Farm.
