Moving from out of state and not knowing the regulatory differences between where I lived and was moving to, Pat helped navigate the entire real estate process and manage our expectations accordingly. His expertise in the real estate market gave us the edge while negotiating with the sellers. His communication was direct and transparent, and explained in plain english any legal processes that we had questions about. His rate was more than fair given the amout of stress and paperwork he handled on our behalf. I met Attorney Warman in pro se clinic and she was wonderful in helping me communicate a very emotional situation so when I needed a lawyer later on I remembered her . I retained her services as my limited scope attorney for drafting documents in a family law case. Her services for will never fail as a person and her proper and effective manner in communication is stellar .
I was very pleased with her organization of my many documents in which she made simple and easy for me to understand as well. If you have to go though the horrible process of evicting a tenant, George is definitely the attorney you want in your corner. The process is such a nightmare. There are so many tricks and loopholes tenants can use, but George knows them all and is always one step ahead. On top of that he is always available. My husband and I are small time landlords and I'm sure we were not a big client, but George took care of us like we were. He always returned emails and phone calls and reassured us that everything would work out, and it did. We are so grateful!

He told me that he is not the best fit for my case. So he refereed George to me. After a few phone call, I official sign retainer agreement with George. George is one of the best attorney that I met. I've always avoided legal issues because often the stress they cause is just not worth it. But when you're stuck, you're stuck and Brad has proved to be my safety net on multiple occasions: He saved a delayed real estate closing that was mistakenly due to federal security issues. Mr Sayad did a wonderful job and was very informative when reviewing my case. He did a great job in court and put my mind at ease.

Mr. Bellino managed to get a full approval on our shirt sale and had the bank sign off on the deficiencies. We can finally start our life over again. When I hired Mr. Bellino, I had met with several other attorneys. His attitude us why I chose him. Within five minutes of meeting him he told me that he has kids of his own and that he would treat mynsituation as though his own children needed a place to call a home.
