I feel like I am doing a review on a FAMILY member. My sister met him at her job and he gave her his information. She ended up calling him for a car accident she had. When I i had my accident years later she told me not to call anybody until she called me back with his information. She told me not to worry and that he will treat you as though your family and she was right. Even down to using emojis on messages. He even talked to me about my dogs. David made this chapter of my already hetic life as seamless as he could. I was completely helpless because my car was totaled. He helped me with EVERYTHING I needed to survive this tragic event. He took care of both my 14 year old daughter and myself. I am so happy I could cry because this review comes from the bottom of my heart. David is our family attorney and I have already referred him to one of my co-workers as such. David we love you. You are incredible not to mention very talented.

I really try to make a point of leaving an honest review when I encounter businesses that go out of their way to accommodate their clients. With that said, you won't find a better example of an exceptional business than James Kent Law LTD. Jamie has done an incredible job for our company. He has treated us as though he has a personal stake as a partner in our issues. He has made himself available in troubling times no matter what his workload is. I never imagined myself needing an attorney for a car accident so when I became a victim of one of those horrible drivers out there I had no idea where to turn. My wife actually did the research to find this attorney for me and I'm glad she did. They were able to get me an appointment to see a doctor the day I contacted them to become a client and when I needed to change doctors that process was smooth as well. The staff here, especially my case manager (unsung hero!), made this entire process simple and easy to manage for me from beginning to end. Everything from signing on to be a client, to paperwork, interviews, questionnaires, potential arbitration and discovery, was made simple to understand and handle thanks to the staff here. They communicated with me every step of the way and always contacted me with any updates or to just tell me the progress of my case. Again, my case manager was wonderful. I hope to never have to need attorney services ever again, though if I do I am glad to know of where to get great attorney services.

I met with Mr. Goodman who answered all my questions and knew his stuff. I decided to hire a less expensive attorney but was not happy with the progress ended up being a waste of mo ey with other guy. I switched and hired Mr. Goodman and could not have been more impressed with the outcome. You do get what you pay for. I was in a huge bind and was 3 days away from losing my home due to a lease option contract gone wrong. Becky represents my brother in a nasty divorce and custody battle. He lives in Texas and his ex-wife in Las Vegas. Because of lies his wife told the hearings are held in Vegas. Becky put forth and continues to put forth 100% for my brother. Becky truly is a fantastic attorney. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Becky to handle my divorce. When I first spoke with Becky, she immediately calmed my worries and showed true compassion and empathy. She told me NOT to worry; that everything would be alright, and because of her expertise, everything turned out better than I expected. Becky even allowed me to pay monthly payments when other attorneys demanded payment up front.
Becky and Teresa, her paralegal, would keep on top of the numerous emails and plethora of documents I'd send and ALWAYS were quick to respond by either email or phone call. During the months we worked together Becky told me details matter of factly. She explained exactly what was going to happen and what I would expect with each step (requests for discoveries, settlements, going to court and with mediation). She explained everything so thoroughly I would share the information with my ex-husband as he had not been told by his attorney.
Becky did not sugar coat the information. She was always knowledgeable and truthful. She even gave me some "tough love" advice, which I needed as I was letting my emotions get the best of me.

Made a choice I immediately regretted while in Las Vegas. Went through the BBB and saw the high ratings that the O’Grady Law Group had. Called them first thing the next morning. My husband wanted to sell his house in Las Vegas, and it was a sticking situation with a family member. Although the house was owned by my husband, he needed to get an eviction to get this immediate family member out. The family member was less than eager to move and it became somewhat volatile. We got into a car accident and the person that hit us tried to blame the third driver who left the scene and the cops reported that it wasn’t her fault even after she tried to leave as well but her car was to damaged to make it past the next light.
