The Aldrich Law Firm is a firm that will fight for you! John and his firm fought hard for me and my children. Their knowledge and ability to calm you during your “storm” is something I will always admire about them. John had to take my case all the way to the Supreme Court… where he won! Once my case was won it wasn’t like I didn’t hear from them anymore. I feel like they continue to be my guardian angels who check in time to time to make sure I’m making wise decisions lol. This firm is HONEST and KNOWLEDGEABLE! Two things that you want on your side. HIGHLY recommend!

I had to sue a rouge partner, and consulted with 2 attorny's who advised me my case would be very hard to win, and to better leave things as they were.
I got very lucky when a friend of mine recommended Tony May to me. After a 2 hour consultation, he decided my case was worth persuing. He built such a good case for me, that when the judge ordered both parties to meet and try to resolve the issues at hand, before having to go to trial, my partners attorney was at a loss. We settled, and I got everything I was contesting and more. My partners attorney later admitted to me that sometimes your own clients are your worst enemies.

Erik Severino is an exceptional bankruptcy attorney who truly cares about his clients. Erick Severino is amazing! I initially went with a different attorney who took my money and never ended up filing my case. It was difficult to trust another bankruptcy lawyer, but after reading Erick's reviews, I knew he was the right choice for me. When I called him, he was genuine and sincere about my situation. I really try to make a point of leaving an honest review when I encounter businesses that go out of their way to accommodate their clients. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like it's becoming a rare commody these days. Which is why it's all the more important to me to point it out when I come across exceptional people and businesses.
With that said, you won't find a better example of an exceptional business than James Kent Law LTD. Jamie has done an incredible job for our company. He has treated us as though he has a personal stake as a partner in our issues. He has made himself available in troubling times no matter what his workload is. He has, above all, offered us a wealth of knowledge with respect to a diverse array of business matters. Needless to say, he has been instrumental in our company's success.

Mr. Gustafson, returned my phone call within a couple of hours. He was interested in understanding my request and genuinely interested in assisting me. He asked questions and gave me some direction on how to proceed. He called me the following day and told me that he would review the document and call me back. Mr. Gustafson is personable, appears to be highly knowledgeable and was sincerely engaged in our conversation. Thank you for assisting me in contacting him. I believe I will get a few answers and know how to proceed. I felt a little more peace after speaking with him.

Made a choice I immediately regretted while in Las Vegas. Went through the BBB and saw the high ratings that the O’Grady Law Group had. Called them first thing the next morning. My call was returned right away by Len Julian who was very understanding and very friendly, he answered all my questions and handled everything very professionally and everything was handled over the phone. I am usually very on top of everything and while going through this i was a very nervous basket case. Mr. Julian and Mr. O’Grady both handled my situation with the Time Share very quickly and sent certified letters out the same day I spoke to them and made me feel at ease that they were on it. A week later I was free from the contract! I am so glad I picked this law firm and would recommend them to anyone who needs to get out from under a time share! They are wonderful!!! My husband wanted to sell his house in Las Vegas, and it was a sticking situation with a family member. Although the house was owned by my husband, he needed to get an eviction to get this immediate family member out. The family member was less than eager to move and it became somewhat volatile. The members of this firm from the first call to the end were always available, before we hired the attorney, an assistant took our calls repeatedly making us feel important and that our case mattered. That's why we hired Mr. O'Grady. So, with all the great people working in this law firm, we had a resolution within a short time, they assisted us in finding realtors who could help after and just made our lives easier as we reside outside of Nevada. This is a firm I would recommend to anyone in pickle.

I really can’t say enough positive things about Sarah Ocampo and Nicki Beard! They helped me navigate the really weird world of probate after I lost my parents. Turns out, wrong information was given years ago, and they guided me every step of the way. No question was ridiculous and any setbacks (mine or generated by others) they treated as important and and fought to fix them, even when confronted with stupidity and dumb laws. Bud and his firm made our acquisition process the best it could be. It was apparent that he‘s done a ton of asset purchase agreements. At our initial consultation, we talked about what I wanted to see in the agreement and Bud suggested changes that would protect us as individuals and shareholders.
As we exchanged drafts with the buyer’s counsel, Bud caught several mistakes and regressions. He was on time and prepared for every call and meeting we had. Any time we met in person, copies of the agreements were on the conference table when we walked in, marked up and flagged with the items we were there to talk about. He made me feel like my business was important.
Learned a lot, and we got the deal done with what I feel were very favorable terms for me and my company. Highly recommended!

I want to personally thank Matthew Hoffman for taking care of my 90 year old dad in Las Vegas with his recent negligence case against a local hospital. Me being located on the east coast and my dad living in Las Vegas, your diligent support helped me feel comfortable that all the necessary items were being handled accordingly. I reached out to Pariente Law firm for some potential legal issues I had concerns that I would be possibly facing. I called to make an appointment but my work schedule conflicts with the same time that the firm's office hours are open. Michael personally reached out to me and offered to meet me on a Saturday when the office is closed, which is extremely hard to find any attorney that would be willing to be that flexible, so I am extremely grateful for that! We sat down and I explained to him my situation, and he offered me his advice, which felt like a weight lifted off of my shoulders. To get your world back to reality call Michael Pariente. I never knew there were lawyers like Mike. He is an amazing human being. He is immediately available any time. He handles your case like he is the one in trouble. He took my potential felony case with a mandatory two year minimum sentence back to a misdemeanor with no jail or prison time. All he cared about was getting me the best outcome possible. He really cares about you as a person and is such a nice guy. he likes to curse, so don't be distracted, LOL. I do too, so we got along great. Don't get excited when you hear the fee. Just pay it and be glad he 's taking your case. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Mike, and John. I was in a huge bind and was 3 days away from losing my home due to a lease option contract gone wrong. I email Tish thru avvo.com on a Saturday afternoon on a Christmas holiday weekend and set an appointment for me to meet her first thing Monday morning, even though she was off for the holidays and she was also very sick. She heard my story, took action, and thanks to her, we closed on our home this morning. Becky represents my brother in a nasty divorce and custody battle. He lives in Texas and his ex-wife in Las Vegas. Because of lies his wife told the hearings are held in Vegas. Becky put forth and continues to put forth 100% for my brother. Not only has she been able to show the courts what kind of lying, manipulative person his ex-wife and her family are, but she was able to get my brother custody of my niece and reduced visitation for his ex-wife to his daughter. Becky continues to represent him in a professional manner since his ex-wife continues to file motions to keep this in court and in her attempt to drain my brothers money and time and ruin his lively hood. This is one of the most difficult and worst cases seen in a long time by the courts and Becky because of all the lies and deceit told by his ex-wife. Becky truly is a fantastic attorney. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Becky to handle my divorce. When I first spoke with Becky, she immediately calmed my worries and showed true compassion and empathy. She told me NOT to worry; that everything would be alright, and because of her expertise, everything turned out better than I expected. Becky even allowed me to pay monthly payments when other attorneys demanded payment up front.
Becky and Teresa, her paralegal, would keep on top of the numerous emails and plethora of documents I'd send and ALWAYS were quick to respond by either email or phone call. During the months we worked together Becky told me details matter of factly. She explained exactly what was going to happen and what I would expect with each step (requests for discoveries, settlements, going to court and with mediation). She explained everything so thoroughly I would share the information with my ex-husband as he had not been told by his attorney.
Becky did not sugar coat the information. She was always knowledgeable and truthful. She even gave me some "tough love" advice, which I needed as I was letting my emotions get the best of me.
