I was referred to Chris to help with a business dispute between partners in a company where it was clear the partnership would be ended.
Chris was extremely helpful from the start. He assisted in developing the strategy to achieve our goal of ending the partnership and distribute the assets, but as in most cases like this emotions were running high and logic was not at the forefront of people's minds. I was injured in a merchandise store because of their negligence. They refused to take any responsibility. We went to mediation and I was told I was likely to lose and if I recovered it would be less than 6 figures. I was injured in a Las Vegas casino. The casino denied all responsibility and concealed video coverage of my incident.
Martin Little went to war for me. After many depositions and court battles with the casino's hired guns, he proved the casino destroyed evidence and got sanctions against them.
He then got me a significant 7 figure recovery.
I would highly recommend Martin Little to other injured victims. He is always available day or night to talk and advise. He visited me on multiple occasions and personally handled all aspects of my case.
I cannot say enough positive things about Martin. It felt as though Martin was the professor and the casinos hired guns his students. Martin genuinely cared about my condition and fought like hell to get me compensated.

Scott has assisted many of my clients by giving them legal advice regarding real estate related transactions.
He has also handled company disputes and issues involving both employment contracts and contracts with outside third parties.

Steve was in house counsel at a firm where I was appointed CFO to help lead a turnaround. To call it a mess is being very kind. There were backdoor deals, cash transactions and mis-representations galore. Somehow, Steve managed to keep us on the right path, help define the appropriate positions for the Company, soothe investor tensions and most importantly help us get it across the finish line.
