Martin worked on my social security case with Social Security Lawyers of Nevada. He is a smart and compassionate person, who worked very hard on my case that had previously been denied with a different firm.
He researched my complex illness and explained how it affected me to the judge in his hearing brief. He also spent a lot of time preparing me for the hearing. Questions were always answered quickly by phone or email.

Kevin Diamond is the most honest and professional attorney I have had the pleasure to work with. A friend of mine was injured at my house resulting in his becoming a parapalegic. My insurance company refused to pay the policy limits (1 million) and I was facing a probable verdict of at least 5 times that amount at trial. I retained Kevin to protect my interest against my insurance company. I am a JD and MBA who has worked extensively in litigation support. He did an amazingly thorough and extremely professional job. The insurance company eventually settled the claim but I felt comfortable that we had established a great bad faith claim if they went to trial and there was a verdict over the policy limits. Kevin is always responsive and kept me informed every step of the way.
His bill ran somewhat higher than the original estimate and he has been kind enough to let me make monthly payments.
I have recommended him to others.

I obtained Mr Patterson Esq through a referral from a close business associate in 2013. My case involved ownership of property being disputed by the family of a deceased relative. Mr Patterson scheduled a consultation to hear what the situation was first. After he heard the information he actively assisted with getting the proper documentation to assist in retaining his services to proceed with representation in the unfortunate matter. He displayed the most professional and personal services that I have ever experienced in a moment of distress. He made sure I understood the law as it applied to my case and was in lockstep with the judges interpretation on the facts as well. He made all attempts to resolve without going before a judge first, but when the only option was court, he came prepared and attentive to all aspects of everyone involved. No words can describe what Jessica did for my son and my life. When I found Jessica it was through word of mouth. She was referred to me by Ms. McNair. I was informed she is the best family law attorney. I came to her for a custody of my only son and a relocation out of the state of Nevada. Dean Patti and his staff exceeded all my expectations. I was so upset and injured after I got into an accident this year. My nearly brand new car was totaled when I was t-boned. I knew my hospitals were going to be high, and I had high deductibles. My employer recommended I speak to Dean, and I am glad I did. He gave me his cell phone number and told me I could call or text him anytime. I was surprised he answered, and when he couldn’t answer right away, he had one of his other attorneys contact me. I barely had to disclose the facts of my case. He knew! He told me. He is so well versed in the HOA foreclosure and sale matters being litigated in the courts today that the answers to my questions are at his fingertips. He was able to respond clearly and concisely and quickly without time wasting my precious hourly fee monies on redundancy or confusion. This is his biz, he does it 24/7. He gave me the foundation on which to build my case even though he represents HOA's, and I'm a homeowner. He was so HUMAN! I welcomed Jennifer into the hornet's nest that I had created with my super hero like ability to transform everyday business into troublesome legal quandaries. This was the culmination of a multiparty transaction that had lasted over eight months. It was clear that mistakes had been made and that involving Jennifer earlier in the process would have both saved on cost, while also nettig myself more money with far less risk in a more timely matter. There was no second-guessing past decisions, nor was there any pressure to involve her in future dealings once it was understood that I had identified my errors. We discussed how to prevent similar situations from happening in the future. Unquestionably, the importance of her involvement was made clear through my bottom line.
Jennifer reviewed the facts surrounding my issue and then took over and diligently worked toward accomplishing our goal. My options were presented to me without bias and despite my best option resulting in less billable hours, the resolution was clear. Dealing with an absolute professional with expert knowledge and experience is very refreshing. I own a small family business with my husband and father. During litigation Prescott was very detailed and patient when explaining the process and legal vocabulary to us. He and the Partners were very generous to us knowing that we were a small business and didn't have the funds of a large business. It can be a real pain to find an attorney, especially when you're trying to deal with a time sensitive crisis. I called about half a dozen lawyers before contacting Matt Pruitt. I'm very glad I got through to him.
If you've tried to hire a lawyer, you know most don't really listen while you speak. They are processing what you're saying through some sort of filter to see if you're worth their time. It's understandable, their time is valuable. But it can also be frustrating as a potential client.
Matt Pruitt didn't have this issue. He listened for the 4 - 5 minutes it took to explain the situation, and the asked some insightful questions. And when he noted to deadline I was working under, rearranged his schedule to make sure he could help me out.
I can't get into details on the matter, but I will say having him on my side of the table was more helpful than I anticipated. Not only did he protect our side, but he asked the kinda of questions to the other side that made them visibly uncomfortable. And that in the end is what settled the matter.
This whole thing was over in one meeting. The other side did a complete 180 and agreed to every term I was asking. And I know a large part of that was due to Matt's presence, insight and demeanor. He made it clear he means business, and it was felt.
So, if you're looking for someone who is competent, insightful, down to earth and can be intimidating, you should give him a call. I'll absolutely use him again if I need an attorney.

Tamer helped me out tremendously with a traffic ticket I received back in August. He was very honest and open and in constant communication with me throughout the process. Got my ticket reduced and handled everything for me. I didn't even have to take a day off from work or anything, he did everything for me. We went to see Mark Goldstein for a real estate related matter. There was no fee for the consultation. He was very forthcoming, down to earth and knowledgeable. We were pleased with his advice and the consultation as a whole. He also let us know that if we had further questions to feel free to contact him.
