Keith is a smart, talented and caring attorney. He represented me in a highly emotional lawsuit and stood by me even during the times I was melting down and ready to just give up. I’m a single mom with limited funds but that did not keep him from representing me zealously, ultimately winning my case, and getting me a very good settlement. Other attorneys wouldn’t even consider my case so without Keith’s help I would not have had representation, and likely lost my case, which would have been devastating for me and my children. Fighting for your rights in a court of law is exhausting, time consuming and at times very upsetting. I was first referred to Donna Turley and Glickman-Turley by my now deceased partner during the sale of my condo in Boston, in January, 2012. As a result of some of life's "unexpected twists and turns", we were prompted to consequently sell the townhouse that we had purchased together, and so we naturally called upon Donna and Company to execute that transaction, as well. During the course of that sale, in November 2012, several personal challenges ensued, including the untimely death of my partner, a job change, and a relocation for me to the West Coast. Throughout it all, Donna Turley and Kristine Grimes (Office Manager, Paralegal) were concrete in their resolve to successfully navigate this process for me, even in my absence, and to provide the necessary professional (and in my case, a very personal) support to close on the sale on schedule. Aside from the expected outcomes above, this dynamic duo also uncovered a complex and confusing lot-line abnormality on the second property, and are still in the process of correcting a mis-filed poperty loan pay-off by another attorney from the purchase of my first home back in 1999.
After having hired Donna and Kristine's services for 2 consecutive home sales, I can honestly relate that they provide a level of attention FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND the norm, and that their excellent customer focus really stands out, especially in this day and age when service lapses and impersonal practices are commonplace by many companies. Mr Duggan is absolutely the very best lawyer I have seen ! He does not deserve the 3.4 stars he has he deserves 10 star's out of 5 ! I had dealing with him and another party to defend ourselves against false allegations on 2 separate occasions and the allegations were absolutely false and Mr Duggan was on top of everything and researched everything in details and took extra time in his office to go over everything in details to be sure to defend the truth ! I have delt with other lawyers in the past that never put in that kind of effort EVER ! Not only did Mr Duggan go far and beyond his duties but His secretary sat with me unannounced and took her time to be there to collect information and go over it in details to provide the information with the attorney ! Once again I have never had seen or had an opportunity where the secretary would do this they have always told me to schedule an appointment for the attorney because they did not want to waste their time but here she was just as on top of things like Mr Duggan is ! In our case not only did he defend us but he proved the person who filed a false complaint against us was a liar right to the judge using her own word's and proved everything that party said was to harass us and to be able use the complaint on future hearings to smear us against a criminal complaint filed against that party for crimes they were charged with. Once again Mr Duggan deserves 10 stars not 5 and definitely not 3.4 ! His fees are nothing compared to what he did and his time invested in the services he provided ! He is less expensive than other attorneys but worth 10 times more than other attorneys ! May i never need another attorney again but if i do it will ONLY be him !

A. Joseph Ross represented me on two separate landlord cases when I was a tenant. He was an absolute fun to work with and he won both my cases. After months of not knowing quite what to do, I was referred to Jim by a friend who is also an attorney. I met with Jim and immediately felt like everything was going to be OK. I was impressed by his knowledge, professional demeanor, and very strong support staff. My case was intimidating to most lawyers and I think some ran in the other direction, because it was clear this case was going to require a trial. Jim was not afraid to get down and dirty. This guy actually loves the courtroom. Too many lawyers want the settlement, and that is not always the best move for the client. I am very pleased with the way my case was handled, and finally, I am not getting abused at work. It took some work, but Jim never wavered. Great experience all around. Jim's administrative staff, and his performance in the courtroom reminded me that Lawyers are part of the solution, not the problem.
