We hired Mr. Wehby to work on my uncle's probate, which was complicated by the absence of a Will. From the very beginning he display great attention to detail on our situation and took time explain our options and what would be required. Throughout the process, he kept us in the loop on the trajectory of the case and prepared numerous "extra" documents that went above and beyond the basic probate requirements in order to maximize our protection and what we could get from the estate. I recall him often sending emails late into the night regarding our case, showing just how much time and effort he expended. I hired Mr. Alvarez after my insurance company failed to provide a reasonable settlement, for the excessive damage caused by an irresponsible tenant to my rental home. I had tried to reach a settlement with the insurance company, even hiring an adjuster to review our claim, but the insurance company was non-responsive.
I met with Mr Alvarez, he reviewed my claim, his method of operation and discussed his rate structure. All were acceptable to me and I hired Mr. Alvarez. he started to work immediately, and prepared the appropriate documentation required to present my claim. After a response from the insurance company, Mr. Alvarez rejected their initial offering after consultation with me. We discussed a settlement amount I would accept and Mr. Alvarez explained his reasoning on the various amounts we discussed. I reached an internal target for settlement, which Mr. Alvarez agreed with and he presented this settlement to the insurance company. They agreed to this settlement amount and we reached a very timely settlement. After Mr. Alvarez was hired as my representative, the process went very smoothly and much quicker than I expected. I am very pleased with Mr. Alvarez's performance, found him extremely personable and knowledgeable and recommend him highly!

We met 3 years ago. He has been a great advisor for real estate deals and corporate structures. He really commits to his clients, and is always prompt for a phone call or a late email response. He is truly meticulous at finding the right solution for any issues. I know he is also very experienced in Inmigration, but I haven't hired him for that (yet).
