Mr. Valentine is an excelent lawyer and really knows what he is doing. He charges a reasonable price compared to other lawyers that tried to rip me off. I had warrants for traffic tickets and owed about $800 in tickets and he got it all removed for me. I also had some other charges which he helped me clear up without doing a lot of jail time like most lawyers were telling me. I really liked how he told me exactly what was going to happen instead of "I do not really iknow its up to the judge." which is what other lawyers would say. I highly reccomend him to anyone. He is also a very nice person and gets back to you promptly and does not leave you waiting for answers. He will be my lawyer from now on.

Justin helped me to make my television show a reality by advising me as to how to negotiate a production contract with a studio in South Florida. He took the time to go line-by-line through the proposed contract with me and my colleagues, highlighting several clauses that we didn't even notice that turned out to be extremely unfair and detrimental to our project. Attorney Warren did an excellent job for me drafting a pre-nuptial agreement that will protect me if worse comes to worse in my relationship. My particular personal circumstances warranted the addition of several clauses that were very complex, but Mr. Warren was patient first in gathering all of the information required to draft the agreement, and was also patient in explaining everything that he had drafted to meet my requirements. Well, what can I say. I'm charged with a first degree felony. As we all know thats a PBL (Punishable by life). I had no bond. Sasha got me a low low bond amount of $20,000. I am a physician who retained Ms. Nilson for a breach of contract issue. Having sued 4 attorneys for legal malpractice years ago, I thought I would never be saying this. Ms. Nilson came prepared, was articulate, focused, and collected in her arguments, and even when I was down in the dumps, she persevered and gave me the correct advice not to settle until a fair and just compensation from my former employer was offered. I hired Nicole Milson to file my trademark application with the USPTO. I had looked into completing the process myself, but was overwhelmed by all of the different classes that I could file in. Nicole listened to me explain my business and thoughtfully explored with me which classes I should apply in, and which I should skip. By assessing the pros and cons of where I should file, Nicole not only saved me from the headache of trying to navigate a system that I am not familiar with, but she also saved me a ton of money as well. I highly recommend any solo entrepreneur hire her to take care of this part of their business! I have learned that even when there are things I can do without an attorney, it doesn't always mean I should do them myself.
Nicole filed the necessary paperwork on my behalf, and when the trademark office asked us to make a simple amendment, she kept me updated on the status of the application and handled it for me. I know that if I had received this request on my own I wouldn't have known what to do with it. By hiring Nicole to take care of this aspect of my business I had the freedom to focus on the things I do well.
Nicole helped me to see that there were other areas of my business that could use a risk management upgrade. I have since hired Nicole to review my contracts and service agreements as I seek to take steps to secure the business that I love. Before meeting with Nicole, I thought that only large scale businesses could benefit (and afford) to hire an attorney. I now see that any serious small business person can, and should, consult with an expert when it comes to protecting their business.
