It's with GREAT PLEASURE that I write this review. I am breathing a sigh of relief now as my divorce was granted after a three and a half year struggle. I originally went to another lawyer, and got some really bad advice and made some really bad steps in the proceedings luckily I found Attorney Mervin Ford who loves his work, and treats his clients with caring respect that inspires trust and confidence. Mark Tobin assembled a team of experts to handle my complicated eminent domain case involving the Florida Department of Transport, which took over 2 years. During that time he led the team of experts, adding others as the developing case required, while keeping me fully informed of progress and any choices I could make on the decision tree.
The case peaked in a marathon 12-hour negotiating session with the FDOT legal team, in which Mark was tireless in representing my interests, and he won the day (and the case) with an excellent settlement. As compensation for losing about half of the parking spaces for my commercial building, I received a large lump sum plus another large amount to cover the Cost To Cure, plus of course all my legal and professional fees.

Hired Ms. Cuellar and her partner, Ms. Amador for a criminal defense and outstanding is an understatement. From the moment they took the case, they got to work and they had proof of all the work they had done. I hired Mr. Cohen after my first in-depth consultation with him. Having sent him some information prior to our meeting, I was impressed with the thoroughness and amount of research he had done prior to our first appointment. Ira is realistic so does not always telling you just what you want to hear while reminding you that he makes recommendations but you, the client, make the decisions. He has been imaginative, creative and dogged in his attempts to help me. His billing has been both reasonable and compassionate! My problems are complicated, his explanations of alternatives we can try, more than a little helpful. He has been dependable, courteous and shown enormous personal concern and he respects my input and treats me as though I am intelligent - attributes I have seldom found in my dealings with most attorneys.
