I think the answer to that statement must be an unqualified "NO!" but it does not mean that your attorney cannot be pleasant, knowledgeable, impeccably honest and patient. Joshua Alhalel was all those things and more. I never dreaded speaking with him and always left feeling as if I was truly appreciated in my time of need and given the BEST advice, even when I wanted to do something different. I went in to see Carolina to help my father with an immigration issue. He had a case from 1985 that was could have gotten him deported. Ms. Corona informed us that we can try to get the case re-opened and try to get the charges reduced. After about 6 months I just got word that the judge approved to re open the case.
We are now waiting to see what will happen with the original case but she is very knowledgable and has been very helpful through out the process.
I will post an update when I get one.
