I have used Mike for 2 things since I have been in Vegas and hes not just a great attorney but also a very nice guy. 1 was a simple traffic ticket which he charged me almost nothing to handle but I was treated so well by his staff you would have thought I was a $1000 an hour client and the end result was very pleasing. A+ to Mike and staff!! The second item was something landlord tenant related and his consultation was so incredibly useful and really let me know how I should proceed and what might happen along the way. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an experienced lawyer that knows his way around NV law.

I retained Mike Beede for two separate traffic citation incidents and am thrilled with the results of both encounters. My speeding ticket turned into a parking violation with no points and a failure to register my vehicle in the state citation of $1100 was completely dismissed. They do great work considering the insanely low flat fees to handle these cases.

Mr Onello charged 30k but simply did not do his job for the amount he charged. The divorce got dragged out much longer than it supposed to because Mr Onello wanted to charge maximum for the minimum work he did. At the end, I had to file my own forms because he was asking for more after I paid 30k. The case is listed as Cassel vs Cassel in Clark county so this is a legit one star review. Avoid at all cost.
One last point I want to make. Mr Onello spends more time removing one star reviews than actually working so I would assume all the 5 star reviews are not legit. Don't fall for false reviews like I did.

I was happy with the initial response to my inquiry regarding a potential case and the cost but as I was retaining them I got the we think this case is going to cost double. Really three weeks later as I'm retaining them. If that was the real cost why not tell me the upfront? Shady bait and switch! If you want your money to be taken then hire these people.

My Father passed unexpectedly and thought he had his estate taken care of because he paid for his funeral in advance and had assigned an administrator/power of attorney to handle his affairs. The nightmare began about 30 days from his death when the administrator my Dad had assigned failed at his duties. From lies and misinformation that cost me thousands of dollars and having to move out of the house, storage fees as well mis-filed paperwork. There's a reason Lee Drizin is so highly rated on Google, and it's because he is a really good attorney.
I'm a young woman, still in college, and when my mother passed unexpectedly and suddenly, I wasn't sure what to do to handle her estate and everything that comes after someone passes. I found Mr Drizin on Google, and it has been history ever since. Him and his team are constantly available to answer any questions one may have during the entire process, and he has steamlined the entire thing to be as painless and direct as possible. It is not easy at all, as there are so many accounts nowadays that people can have, but I was always directed to who exactly to contact and what to do.
My advise is twofold to anyone going through the probate process after the loss of a loved one: one, use Lee Drizin, and two, make sure to keep on top of all you have to do on your part to get paperwork and documents. These are the best ways to make it as painless as you can.
I also want to thank Mr Drizin and his team for also suggesting an accountant to help with the final tax documents, which also smoothed the process. With decades of experience, it clearly shows in everything Mr Drizin does to run his attorney's office. I cannot recommend him enough. I'm not sure how the other attorneys compare, but I can guarantee that he knows his stuff and gets it done here.

My dad passed away and my brother, two sisters and I had no idea where to start as my father left no directions. We consulted with several firms before coming to Anderson, Dorn and Rader on a recommendation. Mr. Rader had a remote conference with all of us (we're spread all over the country), listened to us, addressed our concerns in words we could understand and agreed to work with us. Rather than telling us to surrender our father's estate to someone we'd never met (as several other firms had) he encouraged us and agreed we should be involved. Throughout the process, Monica (Senior Paralegal) was phenomenal - always answering our questions promptly and accurately, even making suggestions on how to pursue items I wasn't aware we should be looking for. My siblings and I always felt we had an advocate throughout the process and that we'd been lucky to find the firm. They earned every penny they asked us for and they did not add on additional fees or hire external agents as we'd been quoted by other firms. I received a DUI in a very small town in northern Nevada after allegedly running a stop sign. My wife and I were on vacation from Arizona and it was a very stressful series of events. The closest lawyers I was able to find was in Reno and there were not too many choices. After thoroughly reviewing each profile of the lawyers that were available I chose to hire Lee Hotchkins. Lee was known as being fierce in court and he had years of experience defending cases such as mine. The trial eventually occurred 9 months after the incident. During the 9 month period Lee made many motions to dismiss and the prosecution opposed each motion. The case file containing emails back and forth with the DA was substantial. No video evidence was ever turned over. Lee continued to push to the point where a different prosecutor assumed the case after the original prosecutor became frustrated. On the day of the trial the DA made a deal to drop the DUI to a reckless driving citation. The plea was very unexpected and surprised Lee almost as much as it surprised me and my wife. Lee Hotchkins is admirable, a man of his word who fights fiercely for the rights of his clients in a passionate and forceful manner. Lee will not beat around the bush and will astutely advise you in your own best interest. My wife and I gave Lee a very big hug after the trial. Without his council the ramifications would have been much more severe. If you are in the position that I found myself in, I would highly recommend that you call Lee Hotchkins and get him on your case immediately. Trust me, you can't afford not to. Thank you, Lee.

After an injury at work, I mistakenly thought the doctors that workmen’s comp sent me to would help me recover. Instead, I found that their loyalty was to the insurance company paying the tab.R. Trent McAuliffe helped me get the medical treatment I needed when workmen’s comp kept trying to close my case. It took a few years to go through the process, and I am grateful that I got the surgery I needed. I’m very satisfied with the results of Trent advocating for me. I wish I had consulted him when I first got injured, instead of several months later. Get a consultation with him as soon as possible, it’s in your best interest!

I had a very unpleasant experience with Mr. Bach. First, he filed a FERPA complaint with the Department of Education, but the Department of Education denied the complaint because Mr. Bach filed it incorrectly. Worse yet, he did not inform me about this outcome; I only learned about the denial when I called the Department of Education to get an update on my complaint. Not only did he fail to file a corrected complaint, but he also refused to return the attorney fees he had received for this. Moreover, he failed to file the main complaint with the federal court, even though he had 74 days to do so. Once again, he refused to return the fees he had received for this complaint. Mr. Bach's lack of legal knowledge and commitment were staggering in my case.

I have worked with Daniel Judd quite a few times for a variety of family situations, and he has always been an immense help. He has also been nothing but friendly and understanding to my family while we struggled.
When my Dad was terminally ill, Judd managed to squeeze us in within the week to help draft a will for him, and he has once again been assisting us with the aftermath of my Dad’s passing. All of the appointments my family has made were scheduled within a week and a half, so there was no major wait time to get consultations.
Daniel Judd has also been very available and flexible in answering questions, which I greatly appreciate. I’m in my 20s and have never had to get an attorney, so it’s very helpful to have someone be patient and walk me through the process. He has also been available for advice relating to the next steps of our proceedings.

Tell me it's gonna cost 20k in retainer to go after county officials for misuse of funds and everything else you should be jumping on cases like this but nope you have rude receptionists who don't know the definition of commercial litigation when a company owns a subdivision and the contract cut with the county is in violation and the constituents are being left to fend for them selves well that's commercial litigation when it involves a llc and county commisioners

I did not have a very good experience with this company. My mom passed away almost a year ago and some of her assists needed to go through probate. We came here for assistance. Every thing was going fine until 3 days before the court date I got an email and call from Joanne who stated she needed more information for the courts. At this time I was in Columbia about to board a plane home and did not have access to anything, also confused as we had spoken to the lawyer 4 months prior to the court date and they just now had realized they needed more information. I am assuming that because of not having the needed information the court date was bumped back from April to June. I then called Joanne asking how to obtain my moms money knowing that they had a check from Macys which my aunt had brought to them. Instead of answering my question Joanne sent me a list of my mom’s assets. When my aunt went over to talk with Joanne she proceeds to tell my aunt that they do not owe us any money. 2 months later after my aunt had gone over multiple time and them telling me that they have sent the check, my aunt was able to get the check. Me, my brother, and step dad do not live in Nevada and felt that this company took advantage of that. Joanne was very rude to me at times when I called her for information. I do not recommend this company or just stay clear of Joanne.
