I went to see Erik Severino at the beginning of last year for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I wanted to wait until the process was fully completed before I did my review. Since it was my first time I was super nervous and scared. Scott was helping me for the most part. You can still email Erik questions as well and he responds very quickly. They were both knowledgeable, patient and responsive. I had so many questions since it was my first time and they answered all of them. They helped me through everything and reassured me. The paperwork was done very well. I have no issues even from this day. I really recommend their services. They are very caring, good and trustworthy. They get the job done. I feel like I am doing a review on a FAMILY member. My sister met him at her job and he gave her his information. She ended up calling him for a car accident she had. When I i had my accident years later she told me not to call anybody until she called me back with his information. She told me not to worry and that he will treat you as though your family and she was right. Even down to using emojis on messages. He even talked to me about my dogs. David made this chapter of my already hetic life as seamless as he could. I was completely helpless because my car was totaled. He helped me with EVERYTHING I needed to survive this tragic event. He took care of both my 14 year old daughter and myself. I am so happy I could cry because this review comes from the bottom of my heart. David is our family attorney and I have already referred him to one of my co-workers as such. David we love you. You are incredible not to mention very talented.

I’m not one to let someone handle my business, but getting into an accident is stressful. And when you have to deal with insurance, that makes it much worse. I knew I was going to need help. I was so lucky to find Hammond & Hammond.
I worked with Tyler and his team who worked very hard for me. He is reliable, very communicative, knowledgeable, and is more than happy to explain the process every step of the way. I never imagined myself needing an attorney for a car accident so when I became a victim of one of those horrible drivers out there I had no idea where to turn. My wife actually did the research to find this attorney for me and I'm glad she did. They were able to get me an appointment to see a doctor the day I contacted them to become a client and when I needed to change doctors that process was smooth as well. The staff here, especially my case manager (unsung hero!), made this entire process simple and easy to manage for me from beginning to end. Everything from signing on to be a client, to paperwork, interviews, questionnaires, potential arbitration and discovery, was made simple to understand and handle thanks to the staff here. They communicated with me every step of the way and always contacted me with any updates or to just tell me the progress of my case. Again, my case manager was wonderful. I hope to never have to need attorney services ever again, though if I do I am glad to know of where to get great attorney services.

I met with Mr. Goodman who answered all my questions and knew his stuff. I decided to hire a less expensive attorney but was not happy with the progress ended up being a waste of mo ey with other guy. I switched and hired Mr. Goodman and could not have been more impressed with the outcome. You do get what you pay for. I should have gone with my gut reaction at the beginning that would have save me anxiety, time and money. Don’t make the same mistake.

Christmas Foster injury Law Firm was extremely professional and courteous. I hired them after my car was totaled after a hit and run crash. Becky represents my brother in a nasty divorce and custody battle. He lives in Texas and his ex-wife in Las Vegas. Because of lies his wife told the hearings are held in Vegas. Becky put forth and continues to put forth 100% for my brother. Not only has she been able to show the courts what kind of lying, manipulative person his ex-wife and her family are, but she was able to get my brother custody of my niece and reduced visitation for his ex-wife to his daughter. Becky continues to represent him in a professional manner since his ex-wife continues to file motions to keep this in court and in her attempt to drain my brothers money and time and ruin his lively hood. This is one of the most difficult and worst cases seen in a long time by the courts and Becky because of all the lies and deceit told by his ex-wife. Becky truly is a fantastic attorney. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Becky to handle my divorce. When I first spoke with Becky, she immediately calmed my worries and showed true compassion and empathy. She told me NOT to worry; that everything would be alright, and because of her expertise, everything turned out better than I expected. Becky even allowed me to pay monthly payments when other attorneys demanded payment up front.
Becky and Teresa, her paralegal, would keep on top of the numerous emails and plethora of documents I'd send and ALWAYS were quick to respond by either email or phone call. During the months we worked together Becky told me details matter of factly. She explained exactly what was going to happen and what I would expect with each step (requests for discoveries, settlements, going to court and with mediation). She explained everything so thoroughly I would share the information with my ex-husband as he had not been told by his attorney.
Becky did not sugar coat the information. She was always knowledgeable and truthful. She even gave me some "tough love" advice, which I needed as I was letting my emotions get the best of me.

I have had to use way too many lawyers over the years just dealing with my business and getting divorce and it's never fun. Shauna I wouldn't say was fun but she did make it easy. I felt she kept me in the loop which I can't say for a few other lawyers I have used in the past. Being out of the loop is a total feeling of helplessness and it really bugged me to no end. The last thing a person needs to know in life is that they need an attorney. It is scary and stressful. When I called Patrick King, he helped me over the phone to resolve my issue. He never charged me for the phone advice and I think I called him 2 times about it. He told me how to construct a letter to send and he made me feel a lot better about the problem I was facing. Made a choice I immediately regretted while in Las Vegas. Went through the BBB and saw the high ratings that the O’Grady Law Group had. Called them first thing the next morning. My call was returned right away by Len Julian who was very understanding and very friendly, he answered all my questions and handled everything very professionally and everything was handled over the phone. I am usually very on top of everything and while going through this i was a very nervous basket case. Mr. Julian and Mr. O’Grady both handled my situation with the Time Share very quickly and sent certified letters out the same day I spoke to them and made me feel at ease that they were on it. My husband wanted to sell his house in Las Vegas, and it was a sticking situation with a family member. Although the house was owned by my husband, he needed to get an eviction to get this immediate family member out. The family member was less than eager to move and it became somewhat volatile. The members of this firm from the first call to the end were always available, before we hired the attorney, an assistant took our calls repeatedly making us feel important and that our case mattered. That's why we hired Mr. O'Grady.
