I was involved in an accident in September and had no clue where to even start. Luckily I was referred out to David and it was the best thing to have happened for me. David will be up front with you and support you until the end. I never worked with an attorney before, only because I haven’t been put in a situation like this. When he tells you he is fighting for you and has your back. He 1000% means it. His communication is spot on and will reach out immediately with updates and is very detailed oriented. Don’t hesitate to ask questions and don’t be ashamed or embarrassed to ask them. He is willing to answer any questions to help you understand. I was in a huge bind and was 3 days away from losing my home due to a lease option contract gone wrong. I email Tish thru avvo.com on a Saturday afternoon on a Christmas holiday weekend and set an appointment for me to meet her first thing Monday morning, even though she was off for the holidays and she was also very sick. She heard my story, took action, and thanks to her, we closed on our home this morning. Becky represents my brother in a nasty divorce and custody battle. He lives in Texas and his ex-wife in Las Vegas. Because of lies his wife told the hearings are held in Vegas. Becky put forth and continues to put forth 100% for my brother. Not only has she been able to show the courts what kind of lying, manipulative person his ex-wife and her family are, but she was able to get my brother custody of my niece and reduced visitation for his ex-wife to his daughter. Becky continues to represent him in a professional manner since his ex-wife continues to file motions to keep this in court and in her attempt to drain my brothers money and time and ruin his lively hood. This is one of the most difficult and worst cases seen in a long time by the courts and Becky because of all the lies and deceit told by his ex-wife. I would highly recommend Becky Pintar and not look anywhere else. She can definitely get the job done and work hard to get everything you deserve!

Becky truly is a fantastic attorney. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Becky to handle my divorce. When I first spoke with Becky, she immediately calmed my worries and showed true compassion and empathy. She told me NOT to worry; that everything would be alright, and because of her expertise, everything turned out better than I expected. Becky even allowed me to pay monthly payments when other attorneys demanded payment up front.
Becky and Teresa, her paralegal, would keep on top of the numerous emails and plethora of documents I'd send and ALWAYS were quick to respond by either email or phone call. During the months we worked together Becky told me details matter of factly. She explained exactly what was going to happen and what I would expect with each step (requests for discoveries, settlements, going to court and with mediation). She explained everything so thoroughly I would share the information with my ex-husband as he had not been told by his attorney.
Becky did not sugar coat the information. She was always knowledgeable and truthful. She even gave me some "tough love" advice, which I needed as I was letting my emotions get the best of me.
During mediation, Becky, had my back and strongly negotiated a settlement that was fair. I have NOTHING BUT GOOD WORDS for Becky and her paralegal, Teresa. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Becky Pintar as a divorce attorney.

Having to find legal representation is about as fun as going to the DMV. I'm glad I found Shauna because she made my life a whole lot easier. My ex-husband ran away with my kids which wasn't what we had agreed to. She and her staff found the court documents and summoned him to court. Needless to say it didn't turn out well for him. I have had to use way too many lawyers over the years just dealing with my business and getting divorce and it's never fun. Shauna I wouldn't say was fun but she did make it easy. I felt she kept me in the loop which I can't say for a few other lawyers I have used in the past. Being out of the loop is a total feeling of helplessness and it really bugged me to no end. Her team called me on a regular basis not only to keep me updated but to see how I was doing. How cool is that? It looks like I found my lawyer for the future.

Nobody likes lawyers, until you need a lawyer. Knowing that I had Garrett on my side has made owning a business a much more pleasant experience. Garrett Sutton is the reason I can't make lawyer jokes anymore. He is trustworthy, smart, and ethical. Not much room for jokes there. He has helped me incorporate two businesses, written articles for magazines I've edited, and helped me form my publishing company, Lucky Bat Books. He has been there with patient answers for my most ridiculous questions and has always made me feel as if this business stuff is something I can handle. He not only formed my corporation, he guided me through writing contracts and establishing billing regimen, and even recommended someone to do my taxes. I would trust him with any legal matter.
