Wow! What a law firm, words can’t describe how amazing these lawyers are. I have never felt so trusting, comfortable and empowered by strangers before. But when I say this has been a long and blissful 3 years fighting my case with Tiffany and Peter, I wouldn’t choose anyone else for better representation! Tiffany made me so comfortable and helped my with my depression and Anxiety I felt over the past years dealing with my case, that she felt more like a friend, rather than just my lawyer. Hey, you drivers out there. I have to say that Joe is amazing at his job in traffic laws. I was just handed a blessing by his representation. I got a ticket last year for a moving violation, and now that moving violation is gone, and I have no points on my CDL A license. Joe presented a stellar case, and the courts just ruled in giving me a small fine of $62.00 with no points allocated to my CDL. Great results, and now I can keep trucking. You guys get with Joe. Mr. White exceeded my expectations significantly, even though I already knew he was highly rated. Upon first outreach, he contacted me very quickly on a Saturday, which I was not expecting. Throughout the process, he provided me great peace of mind because I knew I could trust him and his expertise due to all of the positive reviews, but it was more than that. Divorce is a psychologically stressful process with naturally lots of difficult emotions, Mr. White’s persona could not be better for interacting with clients going through divorce. Mr. Austin was retained to handle our commercial property closing. this was zoned industrial, and as everyone knows with commercial it is not like basic real estate it has moving parts with many different factors and contingencies. we had to deal with sellers and their multiple business partners with different views, environmental, lengthy process to sign contracts.Mr. Austin New went to wait for their response and when to send proper time of the essence letters. He is very knowledgeable, he and his office staff are very responsive and reassuring. We completed the closing with additional follow ups and he continued to provide us with information for further beneficial steps to increase value. He was fair and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend. I witnessed what a poor attorney looked liked on the other side, missing information, always on vacation, weeks of lag response time, we spent more time sending update request then getting down to the matter at hand. Mr. Haghi is a wonderful attorney. He helped our family to be able to stay our home and stop foreclosure. We bought a house for way too much and had a very bad loan and fell behind on our mortgage payments after health problems and because my husband lost his job. We tried very hard to come up with a solution but the bank refused to work with us. The bank representatives would call my husband and I constantly, and the stress was affecting my family. Our loan even got sold to a different bank at least 3 times adding to all the stress and confusion. When Mr. Haghi began representing us, the calls stopped and we were able to finally breathe. He made us feel protected and kept the bank from bothering us. He fought the bank in court and handled our loan modification applications. Mr. Haghi was able to get the bank to negotiate and FINALLY offer a loan modification which was AFFORDABLE. I am happy to be able to highly recommend Mr. Haghi to anyone looking for help with a foreclosure or loan modification.

Mr. Haghi is a caring and helpful lawyer who I recommend highly and without reservation. He walked me though a difficult situation and helped me keep my house. I had fallen behind on my mortgage after a divorce. I wanted to keep the house but needed a loan modification in order to do so. I found Mr. Haghi through Avvo and he immediately contacted the bank to stop the foreclosure sale. He handled the complex loan modification because it involved removing my ex from the loan. I am a landlord in NJ, However, this is not my main income. I own a luxury condo and I rent it out.
I hired Tom to represent me in a tenant/landlord case. Tom was very professional right from the beginning of our relationship. One of Tom’s best qualities I noticed was his ability to think ahead. It seemed as though throughout the process Tom always had an answer or a response to whatever game my tenant was trying to play. Until ultimately, at the end, the tenant had no more cards left to play and we got what we were looking for.
I don’t know much about the legal system and quite frankly I don’t care to. I own my own successful business. I’m very busy. I am the kind of person who likes to stay in my own lane and let Tom do his job.
If you are looking for an attorney that understands the law inside and out and also makes you feel confident throughout the process that he is in your corner, I suggest you retain Tom Major. I would certainly go to war with him any day of the week.
