Lana is an excellent real estate attorney. I did a lot of research to find her and it was worth it. Lana helped me buy my first house. She was incredibly helpful, explaining all the details (and there are A LOT of details), and never dismissed any of my concerns - and I had a lot of questions. She is a pleasure to work with.
I highly recommend Lana to anyone looking to purchase a home. You need a good attorney when you buy a house and Lana is the best. She is very knowledgeable and prepped me on what to expect every step of the way from dealing with real estate agents on both sides of the table to what I should be saying to the people at city hall.
Even though the sellers did not have their act together and created multiple delays and complications throughout the process, Lana kept things on track and moving along smoothly on my end. We are first time home buyer and looking for attorney to process Attorney Review in short time so that we can secure the house. We tried couple of attorneys. But, they are taking long time to start the process. Then, my friend referred Pragati Dubal to us and she was very attentive and started AR process for house within hours and we are able to get hold on the house.

When we bought our house in Piscataway 13 years ago, Peter Balsamo was the sellers attorney. Needed help with gaining US citizenship. After reading some reviews my husband and myself went in to Alberto Brothers firm. Roderick answered every question we had, walked us through every step of the process and presented us with different payment options. After hiring them they stayed in contact with us, I called for additional questions a couple of times as well. I have been very happy with Mr. Cherry's paralegal Sylvia. I recently hired Mr. Cherry for selling my parents' house. Sylvia fielded all my questions. She got all of the paperwork together promptly. She knew about the closing out the home equity loan and ensured that the bank was involved. And on top of that Sylvia is personable. Mr. Cherry also found issues with my contract and corrected them. He was able to represent me at closing. The buyers wanted a concession, but Mr. Cherry negotiated it away.
I have bought two houses before. I have sold a house before. This is the first time I feel like I had someone looking out for me. I would recommend contacting Mark Cherry for your real estate transactions because the Sylvia paralegal rocks!!

I want to thank Mr. Truesdale and everyone on his staff that worked on my bankruptcy case.

Tanis is an excellent family attorney. One of the best decisions of my life was to have hired the lawyer Vaisman to take my bankruptcy case, he is a person who has shown me that he can be trusted and answered all my questions without hesitation.
I also love the way he takes the case and the follow-up of everything. In addition to all that he knows about the subject, another point that was very important to me is the patience he had to understand me and I say it with respect to the language since Spanish is my first language, he always made sure that we understood each other and not only that, when my case has been resolved, he also made sure to explain and teach us how to raise the credit again.
And not only that in addition to being the best lawyer specialized in this issue, it is also the most economical we have found, since the other lawyers I have contacted charged me twice and did not guarantee me anything since my case was very complex, but not for Mr. Vaisman.

Hired Mr Schutz to represent me in Hopewell Twp NJ traffic court for going 84 in a 50. I was hoping to get it reduced to a two point violation. I pled guilty to non point violation and subsequently saved thousands on insurance. Subsequently I gave him all my business except divorce and lawsuit from Chabad of Hunterdon. Unfortunately he did not want that job, because he quoted us many multiples of his usual fee. Schutz would have won since testimony seemed to indicate in my opinion the only witness misrepresented material facts. Takes a Rabbi to beat a Rabbi. Matthew, please handle the appeal. I believe you will be appalled after reading the transcript.

I contacted Mr Champagne, concerning my immigrational issues. I needed a waiver from all the vaccines including covid19 . These were requirements for my green card application. I was told by three receptionist in different immigration clinics i called that , there was no way i could get a green card without getting vaccinated. He did the waiver together with my other documents and posted them on September 23 . I received my green card just three weeks after that. He is very outstanding. We hired Ms. Wolfe after a referral from a friend to handle the legal work surrounding the sale and purchase of a home.
