I hired Wendy for the sale of my family's commercial property. I have been involved in the sale of other properties, and too soon after hiring the attorney, my questions/concerns were forwarded to an assistant or not responded to at all! Not the case with Wendy Fromer Weinstein.

I was cited for speeding 72 in 55 Mph area. Although the prosecutor dismissed my summons due to exigent circumstances, Mr. Traynor obtained a thorough discovery and was well prepared to negotiate the appropriate plea for my circumstances being a PA licensed driver working in NJ. I would highly recommend Mr. Traynor for NJ traffic matters.

Got caught up in a really bad DWI charge in EHT. He took the time to explain the discovery with me. Gerard was very knowledgable as he knew both sides of the fence because law enforcement experience. He was able to get me a decent deal with prosecutor. Charged a reasonable fee, less than most lawyers in the industry. I would say from my experience was worth it... Check ++ and would highly recommend him.

Mr. Mirne is a highly respected attorney who has a wildly successful eviction rate if you are trying to evict tricky and lying tenants. My case was an owner-occupied property holdover case in which the unit needs mass repair. For a very fair fee payment process, we applied to Essex County Court for an emergency hearing, in which throughout the process, his paralegal Melissa was extremely pleasant and answered all questions with class during the stressful matter. We won our case and now I am applying for two separate lawsuits for recovery of rent and other attorney fees.
Pros:
An outstanding attorney with advance knowledge of NJ Landlord Tenant Law and statutes
Very Professional and caring staff
Intimidating and diplomatic presence in the courtroom
Aggressive and Tactful legal mind
Affordable pricing and payment schedule (could be anywhere from $500-2500 for his services depending on what you need done)
Cons:
Due to his high success rate, has a lot of clientele and can take some time to get back to you in a timely manner (when you are the best, you have it like that)
My case was in Essex County, in an Emergency matter, but it was held virtually, since Essex County will go back to in-person trial, it is very unlikely that he will take a case outside of Middlesex, Ocean, Monmouth, or Mercer County. But it is worth a try.
Overall, this lawyer is well worth the money, time and services. Trust and believe, that no tenant wants a letter from Michael D. Mirne in the state. Accordingly, you can feel confident that his firm will get you the best results possible, and more than likely you can expect an eviction, a lockout, and a judgment for possession of your property.

Carolina assisted me with an ongoing matter that I had with a neighbor in the apartment complex I lived in. For over 1 year, we had multiple complaints with these neighbors to the building management that included several calls to the local police department. Unfortunately, our building management didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Our complaints really fell on deaf ears.

Back in March I was forced to move into an apartment. As a first time renter, I have never looked at a lease let alone one that was 40+ pages.
I had ten days to be out of my home and was anxious to sign my first lease, especially one with over 40+ pages. My friend recommended I call Sam and gave me his phone number. After I called, Sam had me send him my lease for him to review.
By the end of the day, Sam had reviewed my lease and was able to walk me through what everything meant. I was impressed that it only took him a few hours to break the entire lease down and explain it to me like I was five.
I am very glad I called and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I hired Sam to sell our existing home as sale by owner and buy new one via an agent. It turned out to be the other way around as sale was thru an agent and and I bought from the seller directly. Sam was excellent navigating us thru each step of the process and made the Agent/Sale by Owner switch very smooth.
