I have worked with Mr. Ritte on three separate occasions. I have always found him to be all of the things listed above and more. He is extremely easy to talk to, and does not overload you with a lot of legal jargon. He has always been responsive to my calls, if not able to take my call, he gets back to me in a very reasonable and timely fashion. He has been extremely organized, making our recent closing as smooth and easy as I could ask for. Even though he has a pleasant manner about him, he stands his ground when the opposing attorney gets too assertive. His billing is clear and concise, and I feel his fee schedule has been very fair. I felt that I was charged very fairly, and not nickeled and dimed for every email or phone call. Something I find appalling by other attorneys I have worked with. I would highly recommend his services if you are looking for a very knowledgable, thorough attorney who has an easy manner about him.

Mr. Porfido cane highly recommended to me by another attorney when I found myself in need of representation in Federal court. I was told that James was very knowledgeable on the compexities of navigating the US District Court process, and I quickly learned that this referral was solid advice. Not only was I impressed by his legal skill and knowledge, it was also apparent to me through this process that he was recognized and highly respected by his peers, and so many others in the legal community. I was already pleased with his service, when my confidence was reaffirmed by the Judge commenting at my last hearing that even he was impressed at how hard James fought for me behind closed doors in conference. His office was also excellent, highly professional and extremely helpful in communications. While I hope I never find myself in need of his services again ;) - I would not hesitate to refer Mr. Porfido & his office to someone who does!

Frank and Christina are an exceptional team. Because of their efforts, I was able to close on my apartment easily and on the schedule that worked best for me. This was no mean feat, as a miscalculation from the seller’s attorney necessitated some last-minute problem-solving from Christina. I've been using David Faloni for over 5 years now for all my legal matters. I can't say enough good things about David and his staff of professionals. His rates are the best around. David takes a great personal interest in each and every person. I have recommended many people to David. He recently handled my house closing. He arrived early to the closing and everything was in perfect order thanks to David and Stephanie his Senior Paralegal. The buyers lawyer had dropped the ball on so many items and David and his team went above and beyond to get things accomplished so I was able to close on time. He stayed for the entire closing unlike the buyers lawyer who said hello and left the closing to her staff to handle. Afterwards David offered to take us to lunch. This firm is a 10+ in my book

Leo has represented us through the sale of inherited property and then helped us purchase a vacation property which was being held in a bankruptcy case. It was a long and tedious process with the banks and courts but Leo eventually made it happen. Since then Leo has helped us with various business deals. Over the course of my professional life, I've become aware that I am a pretty difficult person to work for, so I was pleasantly surprised to have Jacob Awad representing me. Beyond the essentials like answering or immediately returning countless phone calls, offering excellent legal advice and being impressively punctual, Mr. Awad proved to us that he took his client relations very seriously. During the course of my experience with Mr. Awad, I learned that he didn't actually operate in accordance with normal business hours or holidays--He was always working, even when others were not. There were multiple parties involved in our deal, and whenever a seemingly-crippling problem arose, Jacob was the one who everyone turned to, who put in the extra time and who magically managed pull enough strings to right the ship. He offered advice, insight, experience, an excellent professional network, and honesty at every turn. During the months we worked together, it was clear he put his clients above all else. My experience with Jake has been so positive, that I have already gone on to recommend him to close friends. Personally, I won't hesitate to use him again the next time I need representation. The real test to judging a professional is: "Would you recommend this person to your mother?" In the case of Jacob Awad, that answer is an emphatic "Yes!"

Not being savvy in NJ alimony laws, I found Samantha extremely helpful. I felt very confident in her knowledge and advice. In my situation, requests to enter into an agreement incorrect under NJ law were presented to me. She guided me on how to proceed and offered me the legally correct information to communicate both knowledgeably and skillfully with my former spouse. Had I not seeked assistance from Samantha and the firm, I would have likely agreed to an unfair solution. I am extremely grateful to Samantha. I always felt I was in very good, honest and caring hands at a difficult time.

Samantha did her best to resolve a case involving dealing with very difficult people on the defendant’s side, who were doing everything possible to stall the case by any means necessary. While attorneys on both sides are supposed to work to resolve the problem, this wasn’t the case. Samantha has to do all the work by herself while dealing with terrible people on the defender’s side. She is highly astute, hardworking lawyer at the rise of her carrier and eventually will be running the company she works for now or her own firm. I only regret that the firm she was working for(even though they warned me that annulment would be much harder to achieve than regular divorce) did not push harder to explain to me that it will cost me x3 - x6 times more if I pursued that option, which I did, and lost a lot of money, just to get a regular divorce at the end anyway because the costs kept rising and I said “enough” when I paid over $30,000 and the case was far from resolved... If I knew that from the very beginning, I would never pursue the annulment scenario and would’ve saved a ton of money by doing simple divorce. But it was in no way Samantha’s fault as “the client is always right” and I did say that I wanted annulment from the very beginning... Again, my only regret is that I wish the firm would try much harder to dissuade me from taking this very expensive route in my case, but since it meant much more money to the firm, I can understand why they did not push hard enough to tell me about much greater costs. Again, it has nothing to do with the high quality work Samantha did during the case, as she is an excellent lawyer. And if her superiors at the firm, told her not to push hard against me changing to a simpler divorce case instead of annulment, she had to follow the company’s orders. And I give her overall work an excellent rating, as she was kind, professional, supportive, cared about the best outcome of the case for me and accomplished that very best outcome. A+ for Samantha.

I got Eric lee as my lawyer for one of my court cases pro bono. I retained Eric as my lawyer for several court cases that I had. Which included obstruction of justice, a violation of restraining order and a burglary charge. For the obstruction of justice I just had to pay a small fine. Eric was able to get the violation of restraining order dropped down to a disorder persons contempt. Which I had to plead guilty to and received a years probation and minimal fines. For the burglary charge Eric was able to enter me into pti, pre trial intervention and I plead not guilty to the burglary accusations. So as long as I didn't get into anymore trouble it was as if the charge never happened. Which was good because I was looking at 2-5 years of jail time. I was entered into pti and received another year of concurrent probation and $125 of fines. I would highly recommend Eric lee for any criminal cases you might have. He was very helpful in my court cases and kept me out of prison.

Robert Ritacco is knowledgeable, and a great person. He managed a difficult property closing with ease. With both property owners out of town for most of the time, he was able to instruct on what documents were needed, from each of us, for a timely closing. He managed the closing on his own, with signed documents from each owner. I had no reservation in signing over a Power of Attorney, since I trust him completely. He was able to research information relevant to our particular case to our advantage. There were never delays on his part, and he was always accessible to contact at any time. I would definitely recommend Robert Ritacco and would use him in the future, should I ever own another property in the state where he practices. I thank him from the bottom of my heart.

I'll try keep this as short as possible so that people actually read it. If you're on this web page it's a great idea to keep reading! The most important thing for people to know is that this review was 100% unsolicited. I have been promised nothing by this firm or its attorneys or employees current or past. I was not asked to do this. I have no affiliation or personal relationship with anyone at this Law Firm. I had two matters, with two different municipalities, that were definatley related and that I needed help with. In my mind they were both serious enough to get an attorney. Both cases were traffic, not criminal. As far as I was concerned, I had major problems. I found Rob Ritacco online and emailed him some facts pertaining to each case. Without stretching the truth, my phone rang within roughly 20-30 seconds later. I actually didn't even answer it because I didn't recognize the number and it didn't even cross my mind that it was him, but it was. I called him right back and a few minutes into the call my mind was totally at ease. It went from end of the world to life as usual for me really quick with that first conversation. Fast forward about 10 days, my first case was over with. Not only was it over with but I didn't even have to appear in court. Mr. Ritacco let me know through email that he felt best about another attorney there Kevin Sheehy handling that matter and it was handled with the results being best case scenario. Pretty good feeling for me. Fast forward once again to today, May 28th. (I was arrested on Mothers Day by the way, which was May 10th) I had been told by Rob that Mr. Sheehy would also be handling my second and more serious case in Toms River. The end result was again absolute best case scenario. Not only did it end in the best way it could have, I was the first case to be heard by the judge and was the first one out of there. Needless to say it couldn't have turned out better and I definatley couldn't be happier. The price I was charged, which I won't disclose for obvious reasons, was unbelievably fair. Keep in mind every case is different, this is only my case. There are a lot of variables and it's always written somewhere that results are never guaranteed when it comes to legal matters. I will guarantee something though. If you have a legal issue that falls under Rob Ritacco's expertise, and especially if it's a traffic matter in Ocean or Monmouth County, Kevin Sheehy and Rob Ritacco are without question the ones to reach out to. Both of them are Toms River guys, have lived here their whole lives and are very well known and respected in Brick and Toms River and most likely anywhere in the surrounding area. You will get 100% effort and will get awesome communication. I personally will only contact these guys if I ever needed an attorney or advice in the future.

I really don't know where to begin but let me start off my saying Sandra was an absolute godsend to us. We were blessed to have her and I emphasize BLESSED. I needed to sell my home because I was moving out of state. My son-in-law led me to Sandra. This is the best move we could've ever made throughout this entire process. We found Sandra to be very warm and patient, extremely knowledgeable, informative and absolutely thorough. I received many offers for my house, but Sandra made sure that I accepted only the best offer. She works with a "client first" mentality. If you hire her, I strongly suggest that you let her do her job. She knows what she's doing and she's an expert at what she does. There is no way we could've sifted through all the legal jargon of all the offers, deal with NJ DEP, various other Jersey City codes, etc., without her guiding us. Whenever we had questions she was always available for us. She explained, in detail, all of the final closing terms for a smooth close on my house. We really enjoyed working with Dana on our recent home purchase. We interviewed several lawyers before deciding to go with Dana and we were very happy with our decision. She was incredibly professional and thorough, she took the time to talk through all of our concerns and ensure that they were addressed. Quite a few issues came up during our home inspection and she made sure that we came to an agreement that we were comfortable with in order to move forward. She was available by call and text. Overall it has been a great experience working with Dana and we would highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home.

Dana has been the best from beginning to end of our entire transaction. She treated us like family and always made sure we were taken care of. I can't speak highly enough of Aurel. I told my client to call Aurel for his services for the sale of his property and am beyond happy I did. The sale started off pretty easy and quickly turned into a nightmare due to a lot of unforseen circumstances. It took us three times to get the property sold and Aurel stuck with us the whole time. He is an absolute professional and knows his craft in and out. Not only is he an excellent lawyer but he is a down-to-earth, great guy. He didn't heavy hand us because he was the lawyer and we weren't, he spoke to us with respect and came from a place of wanting to do his best to help. I don't know what we would have done without him for this deal. In my opinion, the legal world is a better place with someone with his attitude. I will never use another attorney for any business in this state. If you are looking for a lawyer that really knows his stuff, cares about his clients, and cares about getting the job done, then this is your guy.
