I applied for SS Disability in 2017 and was denied the first time so I came to AVVO and also googled the internet to find an attorney to help me. I came across a bunch of attorneys who were willing to help but there was something about Ms. Vidya's profile so I called and she immediately picked up. Set an appointment the next couple of days. She was very attentive and listened to all my issues without interrupting. She gave us the best advise and decided to help us. Ms. Shah handled my landlord/tenant matter where the tenant owed me a significant amount in back rent, late fees, damages, etc. Ms. Shah carefully and successfully retrieved all money that was owed to me from the tenant with precision and attentiveness. It is very seldom as a landlord to get all the money that was owed from the tenant but with Ms. Shah's expertise she made an incredibly frustration process very simple. She continuously followed up with the other side, answered all my questions and explained why and how we will proceed so that I understood. Working with Mr. Blaine was an experience in a class by itself. Not only was he very professional, timely, and informative, he was personable enough to relate to on a level that helped with the stress of dealing with a legal matter. After receiving several tickets, I was recommended to contact Kuttner Law. Mr. Kuttner was very diligent in returning phone calls, made court very easy, and got all except one of the charges dropped. When I first walked into his office, I was a bit concern, after speaking to him at length, I knew he was the attorney for me. His staff was pleasant, professional and we are on a first name basis, Upon speaking to him, I was advise on how to resolve my issue on my own or retained him. I was told up front how much the fee would be without any hidden fees and if I choose to do things on my own I could always call back with additional questions. He and his staff were straight forward with me. I know that sometimes people speak badly about attorneys especially if they don't hear what they want to hear or have the outcome that they want. I would recommend him to any friends or family members.

Brandon answered an Avvo question; I called and spoke w/him several times during two days. Here is where numerical ratings can be deceiving. His Avvo rating=5.9, but I would rate him a 10. I have a landord problem, and I'm disabled. He is like no other lawyer I've met. He is unassuming, kind, decent and very knowledgeable. He did not bristle, because I was frantic, and he did his best to "calm" me, told me of my options, and asked me to call if I needed further assistance. He's young, and on his way to a fine legal career. I can't think of enough superlatives to accurately portray this fine young man. PS He answers his own phone calls!

I got a ticket last year for almost running a police officer's squad car off of the road on my way to classes at Rutgers. I was looking at a billboard and didn't notice my car was drifting to the right and into the police car that was in my blind spot. I was pulled over shortly thereafter. Long story short, professor González was able to get my infraction changed, cutting the total fine to a fraction of what it was. As a result of the change there were no points added to my license and I additionally avoided paying a $250 surcharge typically paid in order to avoid points. He really is an amazing lawyer. I totally recommend him, especially if you are a student and low on cash.

Mr. Draisin did not want to take my case at first, but after reviewing all of the details and evidence, he fully committed to pursuing a lawsuit. I came to Marc originally for a consultation to seek advice. I was being taken advantage of by a Landlord (management company) at my apartment complex and due to my ignorance regarding contracts did not know how to proceed. I then hired Marc to help rectify the situation which he did like a true professional. Not only did Marc resolve my issue but got the management company to write me a check which I did not expect to get. Originally I was only trying to cut my losses, but then after getting a check from the management company, Marc refused to accept my payment for his service. The fact that Marc was so bothered by the type of exploitation that he did not even accept my money speaks volumes about the type of lawyer and person Marc is.
