My husband and I worked with Christopher on the closing of our townhome. This was our first housing purchase so we were very nervous about all the meticulous paperwork and had thousands of questions. We were in foreclosure, as a result of my being out of work for 8 months. We retained Mr. Squitieri to help and advise us. He handled the paperwork, punched numbers and negotiated a settlement with an extremely unforgiving bank. He was patient and provided clear explanations of each step and all of our options. My wife and I hired Dean to assist us with a troublesome matter involving a roofer who did not perform work to our home up to standard code. Dean not only completely recouped our funds but exposed the roofer as fraudulent, thus preventing many others from engaging with him and experiencing the same disastrous results we did. I admit I was dumb. When I moved into NJ from NY state I had to get a NJ driver license and NJ license plates on our two cars. Doing that at the local motor vehicle office was easy. I went home with two sets of two license plates, but didn't pay attention to what I was doing when I put them on our cars. I ended up splitting the plates. I put one mismatched pair on my car and the other mismatched p air on my wife's car. A few days later I was pulled over by a cop who noticed that my front plate and rear plate were different by one number. I explained what must have happened but he didn't want ot hear it. I got a ticket for "fictitious plates" which I found out later is a major offense. I went back to Mr. Katz who handled another problem for me a few years ago. Mr. Katz kept me up to date on the case all the way to trial in the town court. The judge found me not guilty. I think that because Mr. Katz also is a volunteer cop he knows exactly how the system works.

I live in Missouri, but grew up in NJ where my mom lived until she passed some years ago. I was fighting with other siblings over the estate and needed someone I could trust in NJ to protect my rights. Mr. Katz was terrific. Our shore home was nearly destroyed in the Superstorm. The damage wasn't flooding. It was all from wind. The insurance company wanted us to take $2,600, but the damage was $90,000. Our policy would cover that but the company called it flood damage. We had to use our retirement funds to start the repairs. My permanent home is in Springfield. Jeff was able to get the company to reevaluate our case. We got a check to cover all damages minus our deductible.

Whether accurate or not, and if accurate, percentage can be argued but one thing cannot be argued is the general impression across the Law Profession is that a great lawyer and a great human don't always go together. In Michael's case, they absolutely do. I was involved in a situation where one of our senior citizens/community members had been alleged in not a completely false but an over-blown/exaggerated allegation. I was tasked with finding the lawyer. In the process, as I spoke to Michael, I realized that not only was he well versed in law, he was a human who placed himself in the shoes of the victim. Above all, I felt that he would look for justice. Well, that is exactly what he did. He got the absolute best possible outcome in the case without charging any additional fees. He easily could have charged another $1K to $2K that which the person alleged would have paid without hesitation. I do NOT believe you can find many lawyers who would do that. Additionally, there was a situation/misunderstanding (caused by alleged person's daughter and niece which made me furious. I wrote an email to Michael that I wish I had not. Michael very easily could have just been mad at me/us and told us to go to hell. He did the exact opposite. He called and explained the whole situation from a legal stand point as well as the calls that caused the misunderstanding. That call from him not only embarrassed me but made me realize that this is no ordinary lawyer/human. Over the years, I have to deal with lawyers on many occasions, twice for myself directly and countless times for other people, I have NEVER come across as great a lawyer and as nice a person as Michael. If he takes your case, retain him. You will realize yourself you will be in good hands from the very beginning.

I went into a property sale blindly not knowing anyone in the area. My realtor (who I didn't know either) recommended Rifah. She was wonderful in solving problems in a calm, logical manner. Her knowledge of RE law in NJ is unbelievable and she was open to all of my questions and suggestions. She made no promises that she could not keep, including returning phone calls promptly and sticking to her quoted price. She is what every lawyer should strive for in their practice. I contacted Koles, Burke & Bustillo,L.L.P because the firm I was using prior had made so many mistakes on my case. I couldn't get appointments with physical therapists, doctors or anything else - the firm wouldn't even get back to me when I called, this went on for so long and i had enough. Ms. Beers did our will. Generally pretty boring, routine work for an attorney. Kathleen never acted that way. It was important to us and therefore it was important to her. She was very helpful and offered us lots of legal advice/suggestions for our will that we would never have known existed. It was all done efficently and with as little fuss as possible. I would and will recommend her to anyone that needed a lawyer for ant kind of legal work.

I am extremely grateful to have met Mr. Jeremy Klausner of Jeremy Klausner Law P.C and retain him as my attorney. As the work on my case progressed, his knowledge of law and his professional skills and ability to grasp the nuances and handle complicated situations became evident. There are differences between law firms. Mr. Jeremy Klausner has clearly demonstrated this difference with his astute judgement and actions, sound and steadfast guidance, which has led me through an adverse situation. He has always been straightforward in his dealings and has found perspectives that lead to solutions. In my particular situation, his abilities were a great asset when we were “on the frontline” where there is no time to think. This is where I valued his experience, his broad knowledge of law which was enhanced by his knowledge of accounting, and that he could use all his knowledge to take a firm stand from a clear point of view. In another incident which impressed me, is when Jeremy put my interest above his own. He clearly explained the value as well as the limits of the effectiveness of his abilities and the importance and timing of when to bring in another expert that would benefit my situation. Although this course of action adversely affected Jeremy personally, by following his selfless guidance and retaining outside expertise made a positive difference in my case. He also has a personal code, which I realized after observing the manner in which he conducted all his interactions with integrity, courtesy and consideration, and this ‘code’ was extended to all his dealings with everyone (with his clients as well as opposing counsel too). We had some issues with undisclosed easement on our property when we bought it. We emailed to maybe 20 attorneys in the area and Jeremy was the only one who was willing to help us. Mr. Krauser was very professional and easy to deal with. He really cares about his clients and his fees were very reasonable. He did really great research about the problem and he was always right whatever he said. My wife and I are very satisfied with his service and results that he delivered. I looked for a lawyer to handle my will, trust and estate planning. I found Sean and took a shot. Allison Cohen represented me when I bought my first home, and she made what seemed like a daunting process so much more enjoyable and understandable. It helped a lot to have an attorney whose expertise I could rely on throughout such a stressful process no matter what challenges arose. She took the time out of her day to have lengthy discussions with me to fill me in on where things stood, and when challenges arose she made sure they were handled with ease. My husband and I were in the process of buying a house for the first time. Lucky, I was referred to Bill by my mortgage company! It was the best thing that could have happened to us. To highlight SOME of his great work was he saved us $2,700.00 for getting us out of apartment lease on time. He pushed all parties to get us closed on a property in 23 business day. In this market, that is honestly unheard of! And finally, he was so easy to communicate with! He was completely on top if his game and nothing fell behind. I would highly recommend this attorney! Buying a house was super stressful in so many aspects, but I did not stress about my attorney. Garrick was cool and calm even when I was very stressed out. He answered all of my questions (and I had A LOT) efficiently, clearly, and thoroughly. He responded within a few hours or less depending on the urgency of the situation, so I was never left hanging (which again, when you're closing, can be very stressful). Overall his actions followed his word and he was clear with his advice. It was reassuring to have him on my team when it came down to closing.
