Jonathan Corey was a great divorce lawyer to have on my side. I went through a tough divorce, was dealing with a large marital estate and a long term marriage. I was really worried about all of the complexities of our estate dealing with real estate, stocks, retirement accounts, precious metals, etc., not to mention children and all of the other things that have to be dealt with. I purchased property in Tillamook County in 2016 that was reported as 10 + acres. All tax records indicated 10 + acres. After 2 years my Co. tax assessment claimed I owned 8 acres. Upon review and checking dimensions that concurred I did in fact own 10+ acres. Upon consulting Zupanic Law a $2500 retainer was required, no problem. I was disappointed that there was no contact with Tillamook County to address my situation by my Attorney and the response I received from Zupanic Law was the land description did not add up. There was no visit to the property or no visit from Zupanic.. never even met the guy, and $1300 later I was SOL.

I was referred to John by a co-worker, and after my initial consultation I knew he was the attorney for the job. John is a fantastic lawyer who is extremely knowledgeable, and communicated every step of the process to keep myself prepared for what was ahead. I felt that my problems were now his problems. He was able to get my kids out of the awful living situation they were in while living in another state and into my custody when the services in that state failed to ensure my kid’s safety. He was relentless when the other party thought they could weasel their way out of the situation. I have contacted John Bowles several times for assistance with situations resulting from car wrecks, car towing and landlord tenant issues. I had an excellent experience with Pam Yee on contract review and negotiation for a commercial real estate deal.
I reached out to Pam at a time of desperate need -- it was Friday morning, and we had a contract that needed attorney review by Monday and we didn't have an attorney. Out of the many attorneys I contacted, Pam was the only one who listened and empathized, and she spent the weekend diligently reviewing, flagging and explaining parts of the contract that needed edits.
Over the next few weeks, Pam was essential to our contract negotiation. She provided timely feedback on all documents sent her way, provided insight and advice from her experience with other commercial real-estate transactions, and at certain points directly negotiated with the opposing counsel on our behalf. I would have been lost without her.
Pam is an excellent communicator, a hard worker, and somebody I trust to have my back in these dealings. I would hire Pam again for any future business dealings in Oregon.

Yadira Ramirez is an excellent attorney. I was blindsided by false sexual assault allegations. Yadira was always calm, cool and collected. I felt she had my best intentions. She had a lot of patience when I got angry or upset because I didn't understand how the courts work, or how lawyers communicate with the courts, and also the laws. I felt more at ease once when she thoroughly explained how court proceedings take place. Although, I could not ever be fully at ease because of the implications in my case. We had evidence that showed my innocence. But even with that, I still felt anxiety because of how inconsistent the courts in America are. Yadira could have told me that I had a airtight case and that we were going to win in court. But she was honest and said that courts are unpredictable and that she can't guarantee a victory. Which I understand. But she also said that we do have good evidence and that would show favorably for me in court.
Court was set for a Friday, and on Monday my accuser decided she wanted a consent agreement. I did not know what that was, and Yadira thoroughly explained what it was.
The first draft of the consent agreement their attorney sent Yadira was bogus and unfair. Yadira told me to stand firm and not accept the terms. Yadira redlined the document an added language in my favor. Their side sent back another agreement, and Yadira once again said to stand my ground and not accept it...
So finally 2 days before we're supposed to go to court. My accuser and her attorney caved and gave in to our terms and a much more favorable consent agreement, which ended up in a dismissal of my accuser's restraining order against me...
I was extremely anxious and nervous the entire time, 3 months of absolute hell. Yadira gave me my life back and restored a little faith in the legal system. There are lawyers out there that 100% care about their clients and Yadira is absolutely one that cares.
I recommend Yadira for any legal matters regarding restraining orders.

Thomas Ybarra is a highly organized and knowledgeable attorney and I'm so grateful for his attention to detail when it came to my divorce proceedings. He was always honest with me about what to expect and also heard me when I told him what I wanted/needed. He was able to successfully argue my position for sole custody of my two children, secure me spousal support and child support, and negotiate an agreement that allowed me to keep my house. His attention to my case was constant and I could always get ahold of him when I needed advice. Would not recommend. Lived in area over 20 years, recently moved my mother into my home. After 20 years of being harassed by my neighbor (my neighbor also harassed multiple other people in the area), my neighbors hired this group to send threatening letters to my elderly and disabled veteran mother in order to I kid you not *back their boat up onto my property,* something *they are able to do with the easement they've been provided.* At a point where I'm considering legal action myself, although the judge already sent a warning letter to suggest they stop harassing my mother.
Would not recommend, they are not following the law. The property boundaries have been marked and recorded many times and are on file at the county surveyors office.

The details of navigating a probate case were fully explained from the beginning to the end of the case and Wendell was always supportive and immediately responsive to my questions. Mr. Wendell Belknap has been handling legal documents such as Last Will and Testament for my wife and me for many years. When my wife passed away last year, I asked Wendell for help with settling an IRA account that my wife had forgotten to link to a beneficiary. He was immediately helpful, explaining the various options available. After we selected probate as most appropriate, he carefully explained all aspects of the process, guiding me through how to get the personal representative class, summarizing assets, and formal notification (listing in local papers) for creditors, which he took care of. He referred me to another attorney who specialized in estates to help with determining the value of the estate. Additionally, Wendell personally handled communications with the IRA administrators regarding the probated estate so that appropriate paperwork would be completed.
Wendell was always available for my questions and was clearly concerned that the process should be as easy and painless as possible. While probate can take a long time, and this one did, I was never concerned with the process knowing that Wendell was watching it every step of the way. I would highly recommend Wendell as your first contact lawyer.

Before we met Richard, we had nothing in order -- a very very outdated will (somewhere) that didn't reflect a single aspect of our current life, kids, home, investment property, business etc. After meeting Richard, we have peace of mind! We have a living trust, will, designated guardian for our daughter, person to make medical decisions if we can't, signed docs giving us power to make medical decisions for each other, on and on. We have an enormous binder with all these documents including extremely detailed and helpful information for our next of kin and executor, should something happen to us.
