Let me just say WOW. I spoke with Mae on the phone about my legal issue. She listened patiently and then gave me several options. My case was a little too small for her firm and I really appreciate her being honest and looking out for me financially. She is very informative. kind and respectful. We were completely pleased with the work that Mae Innabi did for use regarding the recent sale of our mother's condominium in Phoenix. She worked with us to successfully create a sales agreement and get the transaction closed in a very short period of time. Mae was extremely attentive to our needs and kept us well apprised of what was happening each step of the way. Adding to this is that we (the sellers) were in Illinois and California. It was no issue at all for Mae to work with us remotely to complete the task. Mae was able to make what could have been a very stressful process simple, clear and easy for us. After an illegal eviction attempt by my apartment complex, my daughter and I needed to just TALK to a lawyer about options moving forward. NO ONE, of a dozen Phoenix attorneys, would even return our calls or emails. This effort began back in October 2018, BEFORE this issue mushroomed in a very disturbing situation. We couldn’t get anyone to LISTEN long enough to retain them for a court hearing. Fortunately, I was able to get the case dismissed myself. But we still wanted the advice of a member of the bar. Ms. Innabi’s office not only LISTENED to me in my initial phone call, she scheduled a free 20 minute phone consult for the next business day. Throughout the weekend, I received confirming emails from her office which enabled me to dial down my stress level which has been overboard since October! Ms. Innabi took time out of her busy day to listen AND recommend a colleague whom specialized in the area of law that I was involved. Her clients are primarily landlords, therefore, under normal circumstances, representing me would be a conflict of interest. My issue is actual civil litigation which is not what she handles. Yet she was kind enough to listen and guide me to the right law office. I would have gladly PAID Ms. Innabi for her free advice. A plethora of other so-called Phoenix lawyers wouldn’t even take my money for a 15 minute consultation! I just hope they keep being “Ballers” for the rest of their career that can turn down FREE MONEY! Ms. Innabi exhibits the rare traits of professionalism and integrity which is sorely lacking among the Phoenix legal community. Thank you to Mae Innabi and her outstanding staff!

Mike has worked for both my company and me over the past three years. I deal with a lot of attorneys in my business and I have yet to find one as competent and insightful as Mike. I first heard Mat Sorensen do an IRA LLC web presentation on Youtube for a custodian company. I like what he had to say and how he said it, he was very clear and sounded very well informed on the issue. I don’t know why I didn’t just call him right away to see if he would help me form my IRA LLC, maybe because he was not in my state?..Maybe because I thought he would be too busy? to expensive???
I don’t know what my problem was but I called 5 different lawyers all who didn’t seem like they had the same level of expertise Mat did. As my frustration grew so did my courage. I finally figured... what did I have to lose? Just call the guy I heard on Youtube! So I did. WOW! He knocked my socks off even more on the phone. He answered all my hard questions about forming an IRA LLC while living abroad and didn’t need to go on and on trying to impress me with his knowledge like some of the other lawyers. His friendly, clear, concise answers spoke for themselves.
After I decided to go with Mat and KKOS I have been unbelievably happy with their level of service. The entire team is sweet, friendly, educated and helpful. They ALL seem like they know me when I call and always treat me with kindness and respect. Mat will even joke with me, a total stranger! He has a great sense of humor and not to busy for a quick reply to say thanks. He is humble, funny and generous. Not at all what I expected to be honest. :)
The clarity of his instructions while setting up the IRA LLC was unparalleled. He would send me emails as to what he and his team would do and what I would need to do. Every time I came to a stumbling block I would call the team and instantly they would help me overcome the hurdle. Even when I reached out to Mat he helped me while not making me feel stupid for asking silly questions.
Well, I could go on and on but I will not. Suffice it to say Mat and his team are GREAT and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to form an IRA LLC regardless of which state you live in.

I was referred to Mr. McGirr through the Maricopa County Lawyer Referral Service. I left a message for him and he called back within the hour. We discussed my issues related to our Homeowners Association. Mick was very honest, knowledgeable and straightforward with his thoughts and advice. While he could have taken the case and charged our association, he provided an alternative course of action that would be less expensive. And he even offered to assist if we have any further roadblocks or issues. I would highly recommend Mr. McGirr.

I had a situation where a Goliath company tried to steamroll me on an employment matter. An attorney I knew urged me to contact Richard Klauer citing his expertise - and I'm very happy that I did. I admit that I was very intimidated but Mr. Klauer immediately put me at ease, collected all the information that would be needed and put together a compelling case. The case drug on for some time due to continuances but Atty Klauer diligently stayed at the ready for every twist and turn. In the end, we prevailed!
I would urge anyone to engage this attorney. His office is professional and friendly, he is very personable and easy to work with. Most of all, he's a professional and will work tirelessly on behalf of his clients. Mrs. Lepore has been my attorney during a very difficult divorce. After 3 long years of getting no where, while having another divorce attorney, I was referred to Mrs. Lepore. By my first appointment she had already acquired as much information as she could put her hands on, so she was was already prepared when I met her. She has displayed her knowledge of TN law, by being completely accurate in every question I threw her way. She has been readily available through phone or e-mail, keeping me currently updated on every detail of my case, almost on a daily basis. Nat is a sharp, diligent and DEDICATED attorney. He gave me a very quick history on precedents of my legal issue, gave me some options, made recommendations and came up with a plan.
