I had a situation where a Goliath company tried to steamroll me on an employment matter. An attorney I knew urged me to contact Richard Klauer citing his expertise - and I'm very happy that I did. I admit that I was very intimidated but Mr. Klauer immediately put me at ease, collected all the information that would be needed and put together a compelling case. The case drug on for some time due to continuances but Atty Klauer diligently stayed at the ready for every twist and turn. In the end, we prevailed!
I would urge anyone to engage this attorney. His office is professional and friendly, he is very personable and easy to work with. Most of all, he's a professional and will work tirelessly on behalf of his clients. While I hope I never NEED his services again, it is very comforting to know that I have someone like him that is willing to be in my corner!

I hired Kim after interviewing three lawyers. Kim's representation of me was well worth the money I paid. Kim's fees were also the lowest. Kim's knowledge of DUI and her ability to navigate you through are finesse. Kim helped me streamline everything including the car breathalizer, the mandated education classes, DMV proccess & my jail time. Through a couple of Kim's contingency filings I was able to do my tent city time in Apr. not extreme months like July or Dec. I did have a negative & stressful dealing with someone that worked under Kim that I had to work with while she was out of town but all in all I was in very good hands. A few months ago my husband find a bike at work he left the bike against the dumpster and towards the end of his day noone claimed the bike. He brought the bike home posted it on craigslist. He then got in trouble for trafficing stolen property he didnt have no idea the bike was stolen. My husband was looking at 2-7 yrs in prison for his prior convction from 10 yrs ago that the state brought up in his present case. Kimberly wrote a 6 pg letter proving and stating all the facts. Within days the case got dismissed. Thxs to her hard work. Words cant express on how GREATFUL we are.

Mrs. Lepore has been my attorney during a very difficult divorce. After 3 long years of getting no where, while having another divorce attorney, I was referred to Mrs. Lepore. By my first appointment she had already acquired as much information as she could put her hands on, so she was was already prepared when I met her. She has displayed her knowledge of TN law, by being completely accurate in every question I threw her way. She has been readily available through phone or e-mail, keeping me currently updated on every detail of my case, almost on a daily basis. If unavailable, my phone calls or emails are returned within the day. She has not only been a terrific lawyer, but a counselor to me as well, always sensitive to my feelings and emotions. Many times I have called her in tears, with her reassuring encouragement that things would be OK, often referring to her as "my therapist"!!! I began quickly to trust her completely, and have followed her advice, which has proven to be very beneficial. My divorce settlement came out in my favor which I completely attribute to Mrs. Lepore; (things were looking very grim with the attorney I previoulsy used.) Athough my divorce was granted a few months ago, Mrs. Lepore has continued to follow through, making sure the stipulations of my settlement agreement have been followed by my ex-husband. I completely trust her, not making a move without her. She continues to be the person I seek out for advice, and has made a horrible time in my life, quite tolerable. Mrs. Lepore is an intelligent, as well as concerned and sensitive person, and I would highly recommend her as an attorney. She has truly been a life saver to me.

We hired Matt because we we were having trouble understanding how to work out our international taxes and US taxes. He was honest with his legal scope on the matter, and was effectively able take care of all our necessary needs in a thorough, professional manner to ensure we did everything according to law and IRS compliance. Additionally, we felt his pricing was fair and appropriate for his work, as sometimes attorney hourly charges can get a pricey.

I recently had to short sale my investment property and enlisted the help of Mr. Robert Nagle. Real estate to me is another language that I don't speak so I wanted to make sure I would be protected and have the guidance and support of a professional to help me make the right choices. Mr. Nagle was able to answer all my questions and provide a few solid options on our first call. I was then able to execute the short sale of my property with Mr. Nagle's assistance. He was able to catch several pitfalls in contracts and deeds, saving my money and not to mention a lot of headaches down the road! Nat is a sharp, diligent and DEDICATED attorney. He gave me a very quick history on precedents of my legal issue, gave me some options, made recommendations and came up with a plan.
He was instrumental in not only resolving a frustrating experience with my HOA.....but also set the scenario up so that if they *didn't* acquiesce, then we would be in a particularly advantageous position, legally speaking.
Fortunately, that never had to play out, but he was ready to be there.
If you want a lawyer who will listen, take your side, tell you your options and potential/likely outcomes, and is thinking multiple steps ahead of your adversary, and it willing to be generous and judicious with your/his time....then, hire him.

I was the defendant in a real estate transaction where I was representing a Buyer as her Realtor. Three years after the cancellation of the transaction, I was sue'd personally for $2M for "interfering in the contract". Unfortunately, both of the Plaintiff's were Attorney's, so they could relentlessly persue me, at almost no cost to themselves. Given this situation, I was extremely lucky to have Patrick as my "hired gun". At every turn, Patrick was able to thwart their attacks. Before my 12 hour deposition, Patrick and I met and he prepped me so that I was prepared and confident for all of the leading questions that would come my way. While all this was going on, Patrick worked behind the scene's to get the case thrown out of court, and was ultimately successful in having my part dismissed! In my experience, it has been very tedious and daunting to begin a conversation with an attorney, especially one at a law firm with other partners, etc. That is, usually law firms won't lend an ear, it seems, unless you pay $100-300 initial consulting fee, which is basically a $15 overview of your case and whether they think it's worthwhile$$$.
However, not only was I surprised to see Attorney Rhatz offer a no-cost consultation, but he also kept it "real." He advised me with information that even seemed to work against his assumed interest in profit (i.e., he didn't try to exploit me for money), such as by providing me with self-help research suggestions, and even helped me put together an outline for my case.
He didn't want me to lose more money winning with him (he didn't want me to spend so much money to retain him, that even if winning the case, I'd still be at a net negative dollar-loss).
He gave me his undivided attention, asked questions that showed he actually paid attention, and was very resourceful with directing me towards credible sources of jurisprudence.
What's more, is that he didn't throw me out after 15 minutes, but rather stayed with me until he felt I was sufficiently informed with the material and answers to questions to send me along my way.
This man even read through all my notes and connected with me as a person.
I also appreciated his aggressive, but civil, nature towards vanquishing the countering party. He is strategic, he is prepared to preempt the countering party's legal arguments by first calling them out himself, and sparks reassurance that he is sedulously and astutely on the case.
Obviously, I would recommend attorney R Andrew Rahtz for the aforementioned reasons, despite only meeting with him one time on an preliminary consultation.
