If I could give this guy negative stars, I would. He doesn’t even deserve 1 star. He is pure scum and will screw you out of all your money and do NOTHING for your case over the course of about 2 years. We spent well over $20,000 grand at this firm and it was all for nothing. They made us sign an agreement that we would pay them 500$ each month, and on top of that would ask for huge lump sums of money randomly from us. Switch our layer 3 times without ANY notice whatsoever. Was charging $80 for each email, whenever they would actually respond. Oh, and he has been punished by the state bar previously for hold his employees at gun point and putting bags over their heads. We also reported him and his firm to the state bar. Please save your money and don’t waste it on this firm. We almost lost everything trying to pay these people when in the end we did better as Pro-se!! All of our savings are gone, thanks to this guy and his firm. We will probably never fully recover financially from the hole they put us in.

I had a pleasure to attend a networking event which attorney Peter is a special guest speaker. I am impressed with the knowledge attorney Peter presented about Trust and Will. He presented the concepts and different scenarios how and why will and trusts are applicable in a very easy way to understand. He answered all questions from guests and willing to stay longer than the time needed to make sure everyone’s questions addressed. I have gained so much knowledge about the topic just in a short period of time. It took time and many months of stress but she was able to secure a full dismissal for my case. Danny Son first assisted me with my application for H1B1 Visa back in 2004 and he was on top notch making sure every single file was promptly taken care of. Danny also helped me with my initial green card application in 2005, then renewed my green card application last year and in 2019 took care of my naturalization. I just received my oath notice just only months after the application ( of coz he was the first to submit any applications, updates, follow up etc). I absolutely highly recommend Danny.. he is the best go to immigration attorney .. never had even a single hiccup along my whole immigration journey. He is also the most honest, down to earth, easy to work with attorney I have encountered. I work in real estate and I have experienced many lawyers in my career path for continuing education but Danny is definitely the most experienced immigration lawyer!!!

Issue with neighbor harrasing us for no reason . We sued in civil court and won but nothing happened, we still never got our money after several years of waiting. We hired David and he got us our money. Of course it was a process but not take years, only months. Not cause of david but cause the courts kept rescheduling. David was a pitbull. I would definitely hire him again.

My wife & I required legal representation regarding a landlord acting in bad faith in withholding a security deposit.
As part of my employment benefits package, we scheduled a free 30-minute consultation with Mr. Strain to discuss our options. Mr. Strain was prompt, efficient, & thorough in quickly assessing claims made by our landlord vs. what we were bound by in our lease. He clearly laid out all options for us, then gave us his personal recommendation for a plan of action based on what our objectives were.
Despite providing a free service to a prospective client, Mr. Strain kept the conversation focused, productive, and made efficient use of our time. At no point did he suggest any "add-ons" or additional services that we did not need. Since this was a potential case for small claims court, any and all unnecessary expenditures were discouraged.
We left Albin Yates Balius Roach and uniformly consented that they, and specifically Mr. Strain, would henceforth be retained for the review & compliance of our family legal documents. We can not recommend his services enough.
