Jim was very helpful. He kept my stress to a minimum while we were in a lawsuit with Wells Fargo, which we won. Our lien was voided, we were refunded all the money we ever paid WF and got our attorney's fees paid. We really appreciated Jim and all his staff.

Googled Mosser to find his address and ran into this. Let me preface by saying that if these reviews weigh at all heavily in your decision to hire anyone for anything, you are likely an impressionable, gullible imbecile. Meet people for yourself and come to your own conclusions. Having said that, I've worked with Mosser for about three years now- settled a few disputes, a couple business leases, filed a few trademarks, and successfully navigated a lengthy lawsuit. While not exactly conventional (but then again, what do I know), and certainly not cheap, Mosser is a beast. The man is smart, pragmatic and to the point. He has a knack for getting the other guy's attention quick and not having anybody waste time. I recall the man even had opposing attorneys come up to him like fanboys after what was supposed to be a two day deposition (we settled in 3 hours), asking for an autograph or a job or something - I kid you not. Happy to have Mosser in my corner - would've lost my business otherwise. I'll not enter a negotiation without him. If you value your business, I suggest you do the same. Now forget you ever read this and go make up your own mind.

Always talked down to me. Never kept me informed of what was going on as he was running up my bill. Never was informed about any settlement offer. Acted unprofessional in court appearances and was sanctioned for his conduct

Was removed from the case due to a conflict of interest with a defendant that he was representing as a client. Never offered to reimburse for the legal fees in which he knew that he could and would get removed.

Very poor representation. Likes to scream and yell probably because he does not know what he is doing. Absolutely the worse lawyer I have ever dealt with over the years. Do not waste your time on this person, look elsewhere for another lawyer.

Douglas Floyd is just about the very worst attorney that one can contact. I just called him to get his opinion on a personal injury case involving a senior citizen who suffered chemical burns from a leaking package that was mailed to her over Amazon.com. Douglas Floyd was extremely arrogant, discourteous, aloof, and inconsiderately dismissive. Without even hearing the extent of the incurred injuries and damages, after about 3 - 4 minutes into the conversation, he said that he will not take the case as he does not think that there is enough money in it for him...

I had the displeasure of having a conversation with this man regarding an issue I am having. He seems to lack any social cues, respect for others and comes off terribly offensive. Honestly, if he treats everyone as poorly and as disrespectful as he did me, I wonder how he has been able to maintain any type of client base. Bypass this attorney and find a real one.

She had me do all the paperwork &’ go through the whole process and now she won’t return any of my calls nor emails . When I call her secretary &’ they give her my name she says she will call back or they change it up &’ say she is not available VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
