Based on published reviews for Sari Kurland, I hired her for a help and paid $5,000.00 retainer in February 2024. I request a few times appointment, and she refused to meet with me. As of today no word from her, no bill and no refund. We are all stun by her dishonesty.

My mother accumulated a lot of credit card debt which I discovered upon helping her with finances and her health following a stroke. Due to her stroke, she was unaware of the gravity of this situation. Paying off her debts were increasingly becoming a huge burden to her financially as she also needed to be cared for at least 75% of the day. Upon researching and contacting local law firms handling bankruptcy cases, we discovered the Kurland Law Group. An initial contact from their office was quickly followed by an initial phone conference with one of their attorneys, to determine the type of bankruptcy my mother would qualify for. Following the phone conference, emails were sent to inform my mother and I the procedure, the contract, and paperwork requirements. While the process seemed to take a long time, as long as we provided all the information required, the Kurland Law Group was quick to do their end of the process. There was always good and clear communication. They made the bankruptcy process seamless. Attorney Hope and her assistant thoroughly briefed my mother prior to the meeting with the creditors. Because of the Kurland Law Group’s help, my mother now feels more responsible with her finances, thinking more meaningfully before spending. We highly recommend the Kurland Law Group’s services. They are a valuable asset to our community, for those who have a similar problem.

They were great from Start to finish. They sent me forms and assisted me along with way promptly when I had questions. On the day of meeting with the creditors, I couldn't get Zoom or the phone number to work. Because Hope was in the meeting as well, she got both myself and the Creditor on speaker phone to complete the process. I would recommend anybody to use this firm if you need to file with bankruptcy. I would just like to say first and foremost it was an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Mercer. I had an old case from nearly a decade ago that I was looking to get expunged. Mr. Mercer always made me feel as though my case was a priority and he handled each and every obstacle we came across head on and with outstanding professionalism and just fine attorney work. I ended up getting my conviction turned into a probation before judgement (which negates the conviction) and a few months later the probation before judgment was expunged so not only was the conviction erased its now off my record completely. Mr. Rosenthal is truly a pursuer of the truth. He worked tirelessly on our case for over 3 years. Back and forth between him and the courts with all the documentation, he never missed a date or deadline. He always kept us updated to what was going on with the case. As well he was upfront and honest with us in that he would do his best and he felt we had a strong case.
The district court ruled against us and we appealed to circuit court, which reversed, and got an excellent outcome after it was sent back to district court for trial. In my opinion it was his persistence and knowledge that brought about results.

Ms. Fait is the absolute worst attorney. She represented me and was unethical, dishonest, she literally lied to me soo much. I had a custody case with my husband that had been going on for years and I needed a strong attorney and I thought I had found that when I read the google reviews for Fait & Dilima. I figured out that they are just dishonest and willing to do whatever it take to "win." The only issue was that they had me lie in my case and they literally didn't read their previous motions and their new motions said a different story. I ended up losing my case for a number of reasons and all of them point back to Ms. Fait and her team! 1. She had me lie and told me that it was fine and that I had her 2. The judge and the plaintiff's attorney pointed out the inaccuracies in the stories based on the motions alone as the stories didn't match up! All of that is Ms. Fait and her firms fault! 3. Ms. Fait & her team did not prepare me properly for court and the cross examination by plaintiff's counsel. I am a well educated individual and I should have never worked with her and her firm... They are grossly negligent and they simply do not care about their clients! It is all about the $ for her!

Ms. Fait is the absolute worst attorney. She represented me and was unethical, dishonest, she literally lied to me soo much. I had a custody case with my husband that had been going on for years and I needed a strong attorney and I thought I had found that when I read the google reviews for Fait & Dilima. I figured out that they are just dishonest and willing to do whatever it take to "win." The only issue was that they had me lie in my case and they literally didn't read their previous motions and their new motions said a different story. I ended up losing my case for a number of reasons and all of them point back to Ms. Fait and her team! 1. She had me lie and told me that it was fine and that I had her 2. The judge and the plaintiff's attorney pointed out the inaccuracies in the stories based on the motions alone as the stories didn't match up! All of that is Ms. Fait and her firms fault! 3. Ms. Fait & her team did not prepare me properly for court and the cross examination by plaintiff's counsel. I am a well educated individual and I should have never worked with her and her firm... They are grossly negligent and they simply do not care about their clients! It is all about the $ for her!
