Kathryn helped administer my mom's estate with the utmost professionalism, patience, and warmth. After my mom died last year, I had no idea what to do about her estate, of which I was a trustee. I went to the large law firm which originally drew up her trust, only to find that they were going to charge me a criminal amount for a processing this relatively straightforward trust. After starting work with them, I realized I had to switch, which was painful because I didn't want this to be more complicated than it needed to be. Kathryn was recommended to me by a friend, and not only did she complete the work much more efficiently for a reasonable fee, but she took the time to explain different aspects of the estate which confused me, and recommended certain decisions, whereas the big law firm and the banks I was dealing with did no such thing. None of them could answer questions like "What do people normally do with an inherited IRA?" whereas Kathryn could. Highly recommended!

She prepared my living trust to provide protection for my children. She explained the options and gave suggestions that I had not thought about for my circumstances. She did not rush me if I asked multiple questions and made sure I understood everything. Also, she explained it in language I could understand, without the legal jargon. After I signed all my documents, she provided me with an organized binder of all of my documents and explained how I should proceed in the future . Child and Jackson has worked tirelessly on my personal injury case for the past 31/2 years. The problem hasn’t been with Child and Jackson but with Farners Insurance stonewalling us every step along the way.
Deana the receptionist was very good to me. She made all messages were delivered and phone calls were returned. She went way beyond the scope of her expectations.
Mr. Bryan Miller the Lien Negotiator went way far Boston’s the scope of his duties. He was able to get me an extra 30% after all the negotiations of my medical bills.
Wendy Downing my Case Manager who worker very closely with me on my case should be commended for her hard work.
Last and but not least my Attorney, Mr. Erik Child who I have the greatest respect for. He worked really hard on my case and wouldn’t take no for an answer from the other side. Mr. Child is the greatest personal injury attorney around. I would listen to his advise because that’s why I hired him.

Earlier this year I entered into an agreement for an HVAC Contractor to do some major work on my home, but the contractor failed to complete the scope written in the contract. I refused to pay until the work was completed, but the contractor filed a mechanic's lein on my property. They dodged my contact attempts and seemed determined to take my home.

Recently, I hired Counselor At Law Mr. Noel Lawrence to assist me in settling a matter with a company that takes advantage of senior citizens.
Because the seniors are not expected to live a long life, the company overcharges the seniors. The company is counted on the seniors to "kick off" soon, thus the company can keep the property and funds of the seniors. This is not true.

We ran into a brick wall when requesting a legal upgrade to our existing mobile home in a Santa Cruz park. The park owner wanted it his way or the highway in conflict with Park Rules and the Law. He was devious and trying to use laws and rules that did not exist.
We hired Maurice due to strong recommendations by mobile home experts in the Santa Cruz area. He quickly did the required homework and demonstrated to the Park Owner's attorney that he was out of line but unfortunately he would not budge nor would he make himself for an in person conversation. So Maurice filed and won the required injunction so we could go ahead with our upgrade just as it was originally planned. He then followed through with a damage claim to cover legal and other costs including delay expenses which he also won. Under his guidance this process was seamless, went exactly as planned and with a successful outcome. Mission accomplished. Our thanks to Maurice.

For a small fee, Mr Falcone has done more than i could ask. I lost my home in 2009 and my 2nd mortgage had begun trying to collect for a home i no longer had. Mr. Falcone was able to diagnose the situation and give me advice on what would be in my best interest. I only really had paid for the initial meeting and he has done soo much more than that.
